Can’t wait to stay there again

The condo was everything in the pictures, upnto date and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Condo building was nice with easy parking. Easy access to clean beach. Pool both indoors and outdoors was clean and fun for kids. Condo unit had not been fully cleaned prior to our arrival. Showers and floors clearly not cleaned. Property manager notified with no response. Sink in kitchen became clogged and on site security came to assist promptly. Unfortunately was not able to be fixed till later the next day.

3 out of 4 bedrooms had outstanding views in addition to sunrise views from balcony and living room. Spacious. Everything you need. Games included. Property has outdoor tennis in the 7th floor. Beach chairs/ umbrella can be rented right next to the beach entrance. Many restaurants close by, though drive to most due to elder relatives. Younger renters can walk. Plenty of parking. Beach is clean and not over crowded. Rental agent was very responsive. No complaints at all.

This spacious condo has amazing views from morning to night. The bedrooms are large and 3/4 have a wall of window offering amazing views. Overall it's a great place to spend a week, especially if you love the beach.

Upon arrival the master tub had hair in it and a ring around it so it had to be cleaned prior to use and all the floors were covered in black sludge. The stove handle was broken, the ice maker leaked, the beds were uncomfortable and the furniture was extremely worn. Pictures are deceiving on layout. Our family owns and rents a condo on the beach and do not consider any of these things acceptable - especially for the price. One positive is the phenomenal view. Unless owner makes immense changes we would not rent this particular unit again.

We have rented condos for over 40 years and this is the worse experience we have ever had. The property manage Michael should not be in the business of customer service or hospitality. We have stayed in this complex before so this is why we returned. Upon entering the condo we noticed the large amount of sand on the floor. I took my shoes off to unpack and upon walking from the hallway to the kitchen my feet were not only filled with sand but were actually BLACK from how dirty the floors were. I literally had to sweep and mop the entire condo because I did not want housekeeping coming in. When the beds were turned down three out of 4 of the bedrooms had sand in the sheets, and one literally had dirt marks on it. This was very disconcerting. We stripped the beds and washed the sheets. The windows were filthy with fingerprints and gunk and had not been windexed.There was a coat of dust on everything from the lamps to all tables and wall hangings. The kitchen was not well appointed at all. It did not even have a set of measuring cups, no pans were to be found. Pots had broken handles. Blender was leaking the milk we poured in to make a smoothie. Garbage disposal had two small plastic bottles in it as well as some sort of towel that smelled pretty bad, so it had obviously been there for a while. Needless to say we made a quick run to the nearby WalMart to purchase need items since we would be there a week. Then on Friday we got a knock at the door from young guys asking us to bring in the furniture from the balcony. We refused them entry because we were sitting on said furniture. Hurricane Ida was headed for Louisiana and they wanted all furniture off the balcony. Are you kidding me? We sat last year on our balcony in the same complex and watched 2 storms roll in and wipe out the entire beach. The next morning the same people came back and once again we refused entry. About an hour later Michael the property manager came to our door, He was rude, abrasive and threatened to kick us out. In fact he told me lady you had better start packing. He kept saying you want to leave over and over. I had had it with this condo and now this. Now never mind the sun was shining and people were on the beach. We had to haul in all furniture and crown our space. We sat on our own chairs on the balcony. Do not rent this condo unless Michael is fired!!! I spoke with the actual complex manager and he said he would report it. I could go on but words are limited.

We really enjoyed our vacation staying at this condo, accommodations for 4 families was perfect. Loved the view from 17th floor.

This condo is just like it is represented. The staff is helpful. We had 11 adults stay in total. We asked for more towels and they were quick to bring them. The kitchen lacks some things for cooking like a baking sheet. Over all, we had a good time in this condo.

Overall great experience. Only suggestion would be for a few more basics in the kitchen. A baking sheet for example.

If you’re planning on cooking meals, this condo is not for you. There are barely enough essentials, and there are no extras. There are no cutting boards, for example. When we arrived, two chairs were broken and several drawers did not have the sliding hardware. I emailed as soon as we got there, but never heard a response. This was certainly not our worst condo experience, but we will not be back.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and the views are amazing!! It was perfect for our large family age ranging 2-50 years. The location is right on the beach with corner views of city and ocean. Our family spent lots of time on the balcony and the railing was safe for our grandchildren who are all under the age of 4. The only complaint I had for this vacation was the pool and the security personnel of the pool. The portion of the pool that was outside was extremely small and very cold. The security was ridiculously restrictive and our grandchildren were not allowed on the slide even with their parents. They do not allow any children on it with arm floating devices or life jackets! The slide was one of the main reasons we booked this location and our grandchildren were not even allowed to use it. The security person said the child had to be able to swim the entire length of the pool, without assistance or have a floating device on to be allowed on it. They also didn’t allow any toys in the pool. This upset lots of the other visitors as well. Needless to say, we did not get to utilize the pool with our 4 grandchildren. This was incredibly disappointing and the only reason we will not return to this location. Which saddens me because the condo and owner were wonderful!!! They get 5 stars from me but because of the pool & it’s restrictions it changes the overall rating to 3 stars.

First, the owner was super. The dryer had a problem, so we contacted him. He emailed and called within a few hours. Someone was there the next morning to fix it. Incredible! The beach is so close and all the windows in the unit give you full access to seeing its beauty when inside. The pools, both indoor and out, have zero entry. The outdoor pool has a slide that is fun for all. Before we left, I read reviews: I would say we found it helpful to bring a cutting board, knife, and a few other must have kitchen items. The ice machine worked perfectly! It was great to have. The pool security is tight, so you need to wear wristbands, and he will let you know if you aren't following the rules. Just remember, he doesn't make the rules, he enforces them. Give him/ them some grace. I found him to be quite nice and helpful even though he still made me follow all the rules. Overall, the unit and location was great!

Upon arrival we noticed the floors were quite dirty. After informing management, the cleaning crew returned the next day to address along with replacing a missing frig shelf. We were not able to stream TV, which only came into play because of two rainy days inside, otherwise we wouldn't have cared.

While there was lots of glassware, there were no cutting boards or a basic paring knife. Plastic, covered cups would have been nice for the beach/pool.

We would have also liked some plastic hangers in the closets and suggest several hooks be added in the hallway which would help guests leave sandy, damp towels/jackets at the door. The bathrooms need hooks as well. The laundry worked well and came in very handy. A better mop in the unite might encourage people to use;) The furniture was a little used, as is often the case in condos. A good upholstery spot cleaner would do wonders. However the swivel rockers were greatly enjoyed and we embraced the bright blue paint as adding "beach" vibe.

As for outside, the pool at this property was a disappointment. It was always shaded and the water very cold. The indoor pool was closed during poor weather defeating the purpose of an indoor pool. On a positive and more important note, the ease of getting to the beach was great. The condo is located right on the beach with minimal walking making it easy to return to building for bathrooms or unit when you forget something.

If you want to stay in Gulf Shores, this condo should be considered. We found ourselves often heading east toward the state Park and Orange Beach restaurants, so we would likely look more that direction. I would definitely return to a Phoenix Vacation Property due to their quality customer service throughout the booking process an

The property is nice and spacious. The ice maker is broken and the light in the fridge is out, but nothing major. Would probably stay again.

Our experience was easy and enjoyable. Our view was amazing and we really hardly wanted to leave the condo as it was beautiful and well appointed and we had limited time to enjoy hanging out together!
