The owners were easily accessible by email and phone. FYI bring you own towels. The property has limited number of facial towels.

Kevin's condo was a great place to come back to after hikes/adventures during the day. I could see this being a fantastic place to stay during ski season too especially with the giant hot tub and being within walking distance of shops and the slopes.

What a perfect location and amazing unit! The owners of this property truly care about this property and their vacationers. A++ for communication! The unit had everything that we needed and amazing views! We loved being able to walk right across to the village! The complex hot tub was great! Hoping to stay there again!

The condo was beautiful and the location could not have been better! The price of the condominium was so affordable and I would highly recommend this place to anyone, whether it be a couple or family.

My husband and I came here for a few days to hike and check out the place for winter skiing. Excellent location and close to great hiking.

We were in Winter Park for a mountain bike event. The property is convenient to the base area making attending the event very easy. If we forgot anything it was only a couple of minute walk away. The unit is large enough to entertain which was what we wanted as we had our family (staying at a different property) over for dinner. We particularly appreciated the full-size refrigerator in the unit (I'm not sure all have one). There is a cage in the parking garage for bike storage which was also great! The view from this top floor unit is very nice and we spent some time each evening just sitting or standing on the balcony looking out. If we had any questions, Kevin was very responsive via the VRBO app. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great but for disabled need to know-very low toilet & no horizontal or vertical hand ads to help also shower needs handbars (especially penned for grip)

Exceeded our expectations.

We stayed at this location in between the ski and summer seasons so the whole area was very quiet. Perfect for our needs. The bed and bedding were great and everything in the unit worked properly as expected. The owner's responsiveness and communication were superb - we couldn't ask for better.

Perfect spot for the ski enthusiast. Short walk to the slopes and the parking (covered) and ski locker availability made it even nicer. the manager Kevin was very kind and communicative, not that we had any issues.

The condo was perfect - clean, well furnished, has nice view slopes and pool deck. Ski locker worked out perfectly. Will stay here again next year if it’s available.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this condo. It's in a great location for easy walking access to the Gondola, even with small kids in ski boots! The place was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We used both the pull-out couch and the pull-out ottoman to fit our family and both were in great shape and very comfortable. The owner, Kevin, was very friendly and helpful.We stay at Winter Park two to three weekends a year (come in the summer and bike!), and will look for availability here for our future trips. Highly recommend.

However, the opening date got pushed later we decided to go anyway and we’re glad we did! The Condo was perfect for us. It was a great size throughout and we were very comfortable. The drive into winter park (the town) was easy and convenient. We plan to come back at a later date when the mountain is open because this location would have been really great in proximity to the village. I can’t leave a review without mentioning how great it was working with Kevin. He was prompt with replies, even as early as several weeks before our planned trip. He accommodated our requests and was so easy. We weren’t really sure what to expect when our plans fell through, but we’re really glad we went through with our trip as planned because we really enjoyed ourselves and this cozy condo.

Kevin was so patient and helpful with any questions we had, and he was very quick to respond, too. The condo is very nice and the perfect size. Very convenient to the Winter Park ski base and comes with a ski locker! Perfect place for our couple’s getaway!

This unit was in great condition and very well stocked. It is a short walk across the street to get to the gondola at the Winter Park base area - there are also little red wagons you can use to haul your skis if you don’t want to carry them. Because the unit is on one end of the horseshoe shaped building, it is a bit of a long walk to the elevator. But the direct access to the garage, hot tub and street are awesome. Very convenient ski lockers on ground level. HUGE hot tub was fantastic. The unit itself was larger than it seemed in the photos, ideal for my husband and me. Loved the large bathroom with plenty of counter space. If you want to do a lot of cooking, the only oven is a combo microwave/convection (there is also a two burner electric stovetop) and counter space is limited. We ate most of our breakfasts and a few dinners in the unit. Loved the gas fireplace and balcony. We would definitely come back!

The condo was so great! Clean, perfect location, beautiful views, and the bathroom was huge! Which I can appreciate. Kevin was so accommodating and wonderful to work with. Only thing that’s a little fidgety is the access to get into the garage, it took us a couple times of having to call the operator, but we got in just fine after that. I would definitely recommend Kevin’s place!

Great view top floor! Good view from couch, Updated furniture, better couch and chair than other units. The owner Kevin responds immediately.

From the location to the cleanliness to the small touches the owners had to the amenities, we couldn’t have asked for more. We have stayed at many ski resorts before but this one was our favorite. Closer to the lifts than the resort parking. It’s perfect for a small family. Thank you to the owners for making our stay seamless and enjoyable.

Location, location, location!!! You know what they always say location is number #1. Its nice and close to the slopes, shopping and eating. That's what I'm looking for after a day of skiing. Coming back to the condo I drop my equipment in my locked locker head upstairs to change into a swim suit for the hot tub now thats a vaction... Kevin the owner was wonderful in every way. Easy breezy vacation.. Highly recommend this condo.
