The owner Mali was wonderful to work with and her home had every convenience that was needed to make our stay very enjoyable! The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood where we enjoyed watching the deer graze in the morning and some evenings! From the welcome basket to the well equipped, clean accommodations—we felt very much at home! We loved hanging in the kitchen nook while enjoying the beautiful scenery and the great room was so spacious and comfortable for family fun! Our party of 7 adults had more than enough space to spread out and enjoy quiet times if needed! I would definitely stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs. The home was clean and well equipped. We gathered many times in the screened in patio. We saw several deer close to the house.

We had 5 couples staying together at this location. We had plenty of room to visit and relax. The outside patio was great place to have breakfast and a relaxing evening cocktail. Every morning we were greeted by a deer eating in the shrubs. Great property and location.

Mali’s home was perfect. We were in town for our son’s graduation from the Air Force Academy. The home was conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our guests to relax and everyone enjoyed the open house we hosted for our graduate. We would recommend Mali’s home for any occasion!

Spent our 2nd Christmas in a row here . 5 bedroom on two levels gives everyone a place to visit together or retreat in peace while several can cook in kitchen . The house is clean , comfortable and located with amazing views & deer that visit ! You won’t mind getting snowed in - eight adults had so much room - we would have to go looking for each other ! Love it ! Owner is great to work with - she made these Texans feel like her home was ours

We were here for a wedding at the Broadmoor. With everyone needing to get ready for wedding events three days in a row - Welcome reception, Rehearsal Disney and the actual wedding - the space was great. No one had to wait for a shower, hair dryers where they needed to be and a comfortable place to relax and wait for the last one to be ready! We had a wonderful time and would love to have an opportunity to return.

Had a very comfortable stay in July for a family wedding. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and close to many attractions in CS. There's a hiking trail that we were able to walk to from the house and enjoy beautiful views of downtownn Colorado Springs and the mountains. We saw deer on the driveway every day! Mali was very easy to deal with. She was always prompt in her response and courteous, leaving us a welcome basket of snacks when we arrived. Had a wonderful time, thank you Mali for sharing your home.

This home is in a beautiful area of CO Springs, close to the nicest hikes & outdoor activities the area has to offer. The owner is very responsive and friendly. Three rooms & a separate living room downstairs gave our group space and privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet and upscale. We will rent this place again.

The facilities were perfect for our family reunion. Everything was available for immediate use. The living room with it's huge sofa was a perfect gathering place. The downstairs area and solarium provided wonderful "getaway " space. The view of Colorado Springs below was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the rain showers travel across the city below and the beautiful rainbow that appeared after one of the showers. Our granddaughter was delighted with the deer that came across the driveway within ten yards of the house. Everyone loved it.

We had an excellent stay is this spacious home for the families. If you are looking for space to spread a few families out in one house, this location worked out great. I will keep this on my list if we ever come back to Colorado Springs!!!!!!! Daniel

My high school friends and I spent a week in Colorado Springs and rented this lovely home. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the mountains. The home was spacious and comfortable and fully appointed with everything we needed. The five bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms provided plenty of space for five women. Every morning we enjoyed coffee out in the solarium where we saw deer and even a fox one morning. I would definitely recommend this lovely vacation home. K Ryan St. Louis MO

Over all our stay was very nice, the couple of things that we felt need updating was the media room furniture, pretty worn out. The bedroom in the basement the mattress was in very sad condition where the couple sleeping there just rolled to the middle, very uncomfortable. The owner did provide good service. The property was clean inside the outside might could use some maintenance but the wild life was quite entertaining and enjoyable. all of our sightseeing was enjoyable. Fat Boys pizza was about the best pizza we have even had...

Everything was PERFECT. From the time we arrived, it was more than what we expected! Mali called to make sure we had everything we needed - that's a great owner. The kitchen was large enough and fully stocked with all the simple supplies you needed. The master bedrooms were HUGE! You could sleep in the walk-in closets. The 2 master bedrooms on the upper level each had their own bathroom - very convenient for the grandparents. There was also a sperate toilet for guests. The separate dining area was spacious and the living/entertainment room was beautiful. Lot's of room. The additional bedrooms located downstairs were spacious, warm and welcoming. It also had a great play area for the kids. There is an enclosed carport for 2 cars, a separate enclosed outdoor room - we used this as well for the younger kids...lol...and we did use the BBQ. We also saw deer in the front yards and they also walked around the back of the property. Overall, this was am amazing home. Thank you Mali for sharing your home. We really loved the large map on the wall...the kids spent lots of time talking about the places you've been and it also gace them an education. We'll be back and highly recommend this property!

We came to Colorado for the Air Force Graduation last month coming from Hawaii. 725 Tyco Ct. Is not just a house it's a home away from home. I love to cook so I immediately fell in love with the Kitchen so big and roomy I cooked every day two to three meals. The house is real big and spacious there is Direct TV a Washer,Dryer BBQ grill 3+ bathrooms 5 bedrooms and the Master Bedroom OMG! To die for so much closet space jacuzzi tub huge living room nice dinning room a den large propriety we saw deer many days right out side the house and a rabbit too so so big and beautiful. It's a great place and Mali adds all the little extras to making your stay in her home wonderful right down to a snack welcome Basket full of goodies Thank You again Mali the Zambo-Fan Burrus Tamayo Garwood and Sieradzki clan we had a ball

Our family gathered together for a family wedding in Colorado Springs and this property was a true gem. The owner and property manager are extremely attentive and responsive and the house comes well stocked and equipped so that we truly felt like we were in someone's home. It snowed during ouur visit and we enjoyed sitting by the fire and looking out at the beautifully scenery and view. Can't recommend this property enough!

This home is spacious, beautiful & has all the comforts of your own home. We were there for parents weekend at the AF Academy & had 10 adults. You could easily sleep more if you had air mattresses. Beautiful location & views. Hope to stay there again in the future! We didn't get to meet Mali but she was in contact with us to make sure everything was fine. Would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful home, close to many of the Colorado Springs attractions. Enjoyed the spacious main floor, plenty of room for our whole family. Had ages from 6 to 64 and all had a great time. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and we cooked a lot. A plus was the garage and sunroom. Lots of great memories from this vacation.

This is an awesome house to rent in the Colorado Springs area. The location is perfect for so many different activities. The house is very large and comfortable. Two bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms down. The living room is cozy with a big leather couch and nice TV. Very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Nice views of the mountains and we saw deer on the driveway and in the backyard on two occasions during our stay! Mali has done a nice job supplying the house with everything we needed. Having space to spread out is a must when traveling with kids. This house was a perfect fit for our family.

This home is gorgeous. The kitchen was well equipped. The little touches of soap in the bathrooms, kitchen and the laundry room were great. Having toilet paper and paper towels and trash bags was another unexpected surprise. I've stayed at condos that supply towels only, tiny pans & 2 trash bags. The magic bullet was perfect as I am on a diet that requires shakes to be made - that added touch just made me feel at home. This home was spacious and the view from the kitchen was amazing. The location of the home is a perfect setting to experience Colorado as we sat high on that hill yet most of our activities were close by. All the kids said we are coming back next year ;). Sorry we didn't get to meet you Mali - we had our days filled from sunup to sundown. But thank you for being available to call or text whenever I needed you.

We brought our three adult children and their families together with my husband and I to vacation in Colorado Springs. The location of the house could not have been more perfect for us! We loved hiking and rock climbing and exploring the beauty of the surroundings--all just minutes from the house. At the same time the conveniences of the house and it's closeness to the city, while being at the same time secluded, was great. The house accommodated us all very nicely. Mali is very warm and hospitable. We loved our time there.
