Older facility but very accommodating. Staff was excellent.

Breakfast was great. Staff were extremely helpful.

Dodgy area but this actually created no problems - just something to be aware of. Our room faced the freeway so we actually got very little sleep due to the noise.

Honestly if I could give this hotel a zero star I would. We planned a family trip with 3 kids and prior to coming I called 2 weeks in advance to make sure pool was open they said yes pool was open… we get there and pool is closed for renovations… mind you kids are excited about getting to swim in pools so that was a big bummer for 3 days… thats besides the point when bringing the situation up to the DAY SHIFT front desk he was totally rude, inconsiderate and lacks and professional manner… so then ask to talk GM .. he thinks looks at me and tells me don’t know what to tell you and was extremely rude as well… trust me if I had 700$ to spend at another hotel I would have in a heartbeat.. my whole family felt uncomfortable the whole stay .. and the bed to the sofa had nasty stains all over it.. the only good thing I have to stay is they have a sweet lady there named Megan and the night shift worker was always polite. I will never be staying at holiday inn ever again..

Big family room on 4th floor. Quiet and lots of room for four adults. Liked pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was good.
