This property was an absolute pleasure to stay at over this past holiday long weekend! Booking was very easy, I feel like the value for your money was amazing, and the place itself was gorgeous! The house is very spacious and beautifully designed, and the outdoor area is very serene and perfect for a couples' trip or a trip with friends! The location is just a little bit off the strip of Old Orchard Beach but to me, that's what made it perfect! The beach is within walking distance, away from the crowds, and the perfect summer place to stay where you get a little bit of everything! My partner and I met one of the owners, and he was the sweetest and very very knowledgable! So much to do and see and he gave us so many recommendations that made this vacation unforgettable! We plan on booking again in the future and loved this hidden gem of a property!

I have stayed at this rental numerous times over the last 3 years. Everytime, the property has been very clean, comfortable and full of ample cooking supplies. The owners are helpful and kind. They are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The location can't be beat for quick beach access, as well as a short drive to any other attractions. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Enjoyed our visit so much! The small, walkable seaside community was a joy to be near. And our hosts Joel and Janet were kind and available if needed. A lovely place to visit and just relax.

Great apartment close to the beach and market. Plenty of nicely decorated space with fully stocked kitchen and terrific sunroom. Marsh provides a peaceful oasis. Excellent hosts. Always enjoy our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Joel and Jane’s place in Old Orchard Beach (Ocean Park). Check in was easy and Joel was there to give us a tour. We stayed with family including my 18 month old granddaughter (there’s a booster seat we noted halfway thru our stay in the hall closet if needed - we brought our own). The kitchen was well equipped for all our cooking needs (for coffee drinkers there is a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker) as we ended up cooking in all week. There are also several outdoor grills available to use as well. We also loved having access to a washer/dryer, especially having a little one with us. The location was perfect for us and only a short walk to the beach and about a mile to the pier. My favorite spot was the front porch which is screened in so the mosquitoes can’t get me while my partner loved sitting outside by the marsh where there were several sitting areas. We would definitely come back again next year if this place is available.

I love this place. Peaceful and relaxing. The owners are terrific. Very responsive if there are questions or the rare maintenance issue.

The property was amazing. We were greated by the owners, who provided information on food, lighthouses, the tides and provided a map of the area and how to get around. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The unit was very clean and looks even better in person. It is just a few short blocks to the beach which was great for morning and evening walks. Can't wait to come back!
