My family and I brought too much stuff! Our hosts provided far more amenities than we could have ever expected. Everyone has a favorite pillow so we brought extras. There was no need. The pillows and blankets were in abundance; the beds were so comfortable; the kids fought over who got the 'best one'. Two of the bedrooms had adorable little sinks in them. A definite bonus when traveling with 3 teenagers! The kitchen had absolutely everything we could have needed. I've seen "chef's kitchen" on some rental descriptions....it might apply here. We didn't utilize the basement, but if needed it would have been a nice space to occupy. Roomy and bright, with a partial kitchen itself, and a big screen TV. I was actually glad that the only television was on the bottom floor - it kept my kids focused on the scenery and not on a screen. We also didn't utilize the top floor, or "loft", but it was adorable. We could tell it was in the process of being readied as an additional room, and I'm sure in the future it will be one my kids fight over. The entire space was very roomy, but the photos of the porch were the selling point for us. And it did not disappoint! Separate groups of people could be engaged in different activities on the porch in their own space. Great for fresh air, people-watching, and scoping out the fabulous ice cream shop across the street. About to run out of characters, so no more gushing. Thank You!

Wonderful old Ocean Park "cottage"! Cannot beat the location - fun to sit on the porch watching the activity at the deli, ice cream soda fountain and the Library! House has wonderful updated ktchen and bathroom. 4 bedrooms upstairs are great, as expected in a cottage. New owners now, so there may be updates in the future. Note that 5thbedroom, the Window Room, has lots of windiws facing the street but no shades or blinds, so kids wake up early! Loft bedroom in process ofbeing finished. No AC but lots of fans. Ocean Park is a wonderful place and this is a great place to stay to enjoy it all! batg bath

Great location and great deck to see activity in OP. Easy to communicate with owners and quick to resolve issues. Very open to feedback to improve experience! Third time renting this property, first with new owner.
