Great place to stay, so relaxing and close to downtown. We walked everywhere!! Recommend this property highly!!

---for this to be one special house. We had a few electrical issues which is probably an easy fix, but the house itself needs a face lift. It could definitely use a paint job, new mattresses, pillows, linens and bedspreads. The front bathroom needs a bit of work, and marking the step down to the toilet in the back house would be helpful. With all that said, none of it is a reason not to stay here. The location and layout for max 4 ppl is great, just don't expect a deluxe experience. Key West is awesome, and most of your time is spent out of the house anyway.

Location, location location! WE LOVED our stay! The unique layout was wonderful. It was an easy walk to Hemingway House for our wedding. House was clean, beds were comfortable. House is in good condition and any wear just adds to the charm of a stay in Key West. I was surprised by some folks who complained about their experience with this property. We encountered zero problems and would stay here again. Perfection!

Property was in a perfect location. Very much enjoyed our stay. The property does need some TLC. Blinds broken, bed linen and mattresses need to be updated. We only stayed 3 nights so wasn’t a huge issue. Living area was in good shape. Issues with the hot tub but owner tried his best to help us. Wasn’t an issue either bc we didn’t have much time to spend in the hot tub/pool. Owner and cleaning service was very easy to communicate with! Very prompt !! Would stay there again !

Place definitely needs work, missing blind slates on doors and windows. My sisters hung up sheets to because the lack of privacy made them nervous. Only used the pool once, directions were confusing. Owner is trying to get me for a broken table nearly a month after we stayed there, when others came in the night we left. And I am sure more besides that! Nice that it has the space for all of us and good location, but a little money in this place would go a long way.

The cottage is in an ideal location for walking to restaurants and attractions. We loved the pool and spa! The only things I would have liked to be better were the water pressure in the kitchen sink and more comfortable seating in the living room. Overall our stay was a wonderful Key West experience.

We have stayed here a few times before and have always enjoyed it. Our last stay was quite a few years ago, and it was sad to see the effects of aging this time around. The patio chairs in the pictures appear to be the same ones they had the first time we were here and they are in bad shape. One of them is in front of the house because it has broken which doesn't bode well for a first impression when arriving. Quite a few of the deck boards are cracked in the middle. They are still safe to walk on, it was just the appearance. We love this property. It holds so many memories for us. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect location for walking in Key West. Easy walks to the Harbor for fresh seafood, Truman White House, Hemingway House and very close to Duval Street. Daily trip to Cuban Coffee Queen in Key Lime Square was great. The house is really two houses with living room, bath and Kitchen on one side of the pool and spa, 2 bedrooms and bath on opposite side. Pool was awesome at 95 degrees! Great to have onsite laundry as well. 2 smart TVs was nice. Very quiet and private- only crowing roosters to wake you as everywhere in KW! Perfect for our needs on this trip.

Great house. As described. Never got internet code but was kind of happy about that. If you rent bring a portable speaker with you.

The house was perfect to spend 4 days in Key West with longtime friends. We rented bikes from down the street, the location was great, having the pool to hangout was amazing and the house overall was very comfortable.

Property is in a great location, just off Duvall street. Pool is great, except for the sawdust that blows in daily from construction next door. Very tight parking, even in the small driveway because of all the construction vehicles. We had a nice stay because of the location of the home.

Unfortunately, the pictures and price point do not accurately depict the condition & quality of this property. We expected moderately comfortable accommodations in good condition, well-located for walking to Duval and surrounding sites. The location was very good, but the home was in dire need of maintenance, with several items impacting the quality & value of our stay. Several bathroom fixtures were corroded, broken or missing entirely. The back door handles were not in good operational condition (and the sliding doors to the deck were all screwed shut, allowing only a single door for access). The grill was rusted through & uneven, with a broken handle & missing wheels. The decking in the pool area had significant structural rot, creating tripping hazards. The exterior doors to the bedrooms were missing seals entirely, leaving finger width gaps for mosquitos etc. Window units in the bedrooms were haphazardly installed, creating more visible gaps to the outside. There were also several odd factors that impact the overall comfort and appeal of the property. Nearly a dozen cabinets, drawers, closets etc are locked/screwed shut with a "Owner's property" label. There's an inaccessible loft with a pile of junk visible from the living room. The living room doesnt have comfortable seating for 4 adults & needs two very loud window units running at full power to keep temps down. The hot tub is oddly activated by a "bike pump" sticking 6in out the deck. Save your money & avoid.

Everything was great except the parking situation. However, this is not the property owners issue as there is clearly a drive / parking for this home. The issue is the neighbors, construction crew building a home next door. They blocked the drive/street making exiting and entering the space very difficult. Construction crew was noisy all day but we stayed out so wasn’t really an issue unless we were trying to get a little rest midday. Again, not the fault of property or property owner but just the nature of Key West! Overall this home was beautiful and uniquely designed. We had a great time!!

This place is centrally located amongst all the action key west has to offer. My wife and I walked everywhere. The pool is a great place to cool off during the day or at night when you get home. The air was ice cold and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was a breeze. I will definitely be booking this location again.

We all loved this place. Friends that stayed at a very nice hotel said they wish they rented this place. It just feels like home. Very neat and clean. The owner was very nice, always helpful and available. The pool and hot tub was very refreshing. The kitchen is nice and has all the utensils you need. I just can't say enough nice things about this home. Great location, everything you need is within walking distance and Duval is only a block away.

Perfect spot on quiet street, 0.5 blocks from Duval. Owner was quick to respond. I felt like I was Jimmy Buffett for the week. :)

We enjoyed our visit so much! The house is set up so well with a separate entertaining area from the bedrooms! The location is perfect and of course the pool was the highlight!! David was so helpful and responsive. We will definitely return.

This was a great vacation home and the perfect place for a relaxing Key West getaway. The kitchen and main living space were comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool and patio area between the main house and guest rooms. The location offered everything we wanted. It was private yet within walking distance to all of the fun Key West attractions. David was a wonderful host and quickly responded to our questions. We would definitely come back. It was a perfect Key West vacation!

Our host went above & beyond to accommodate our needs. This architecturally inviting property was beautiful with all of the windows, & the pool was a welcome site at the end of the day. Thank you for letting us enjoy your oasis!

Communication whith the owner and the property manager was great. The house is located perfectly for Duval street walks. We spent time in the pool every morning and evening. The house itself was perfect for us (two couples). Kitchen and living area seperate from the bedrooms (pool in the middle) all were very clean and had everything we needed. A great rental!

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The set up of the house was great. The location was perfect. Just a short walk from Duval street but in a very quiet area.

Location was excellent with only a couple minutes to Duval St. When Duval St was party city this place was a haven of peace and quiet. Having our own pool and spa was great for relaxation. We had a few short requests from the Host and he was prompt and helpful. While there are a few outside repairs that would enhance the property we would certainly return for another visit.

This property was perfect for a long weekend spent with friends in Key West. We loved having the pool and hot tub at the house. I did have a couple of questions for the property owner but he was very quick to respond and help out. We would definitely stay again.

Loves the location-close to Duval but quiet! Our pool was great! Any issues we had David promptly responded to. Would definitely stay here again!

Visiting for the Key West Half-Marathon and chose this location for its access to Duval street and relative short walk to pretty much all the sightseeing snd shops. The host was very helpful and when walking was too much then there were plenty of scooter rentals or Uber/Lyft
