We enjoyed our spring break vacation! The house was great and fit our three families very nicely.

What a wonderful setting for an extended family vacation! This lovely home is conveniently located and perfect for fun family time. Our host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great place Great location Great Host!

Our family of ten spent a week and had plenty of room to spread out. The home had everything we needed and the extras made our stay enjoyable. The game room kept everyone busy on rainy days, and the garage had pool toys and a beach cart to pull our things. The kitchen lacked absolutely nothing. It was well stocked with dishes and cooking ware. Usually when we are cooking at a vacation home, we wished there would be more dishes or better pans, but everything here was of good quality and abundant. Steve was great to work with and he even helped us find last minute trailer accommodations when our daughter decided to bring her boat the day before we arrived. We highly recommend this vacation home.

The house has tons of room with a sizeable pool. It's located close to everything, beaches, shops and restaurants. Rent a jeep while you're there, it was a blast exploring.

Technically it deserves five stars but I was a little disappointed that we didn’t have access to Netflix on the television.

Owner is very responsive! Plenty of amenities for family/adult fun- pool table, air hockey, ping pong and more. Well equipped kitchen. Traveled their for Destin Poker Run - perfect place for boaters - dock in excellent shape and great location! 2nd fridge in lower level.

We wanted to celebrate our big anniversary with family, and Holiday Isle provided something for everyone from 6 to over 70. We swam, fished, body surfed in the ocean, built mega sand castles at the private beach and had tournaments in the game room. Our host was very accommodating, and the house was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space to be together and enough areas for anyone to escape for a few quiet minutes. At the end of our week, everyone agreed that they loved the house, and we had one of our best vacations ever.

This was our first time staying at this home for our yearly family vacation. Everything was perfect including space to dock a large boat. The location was great both by road and by water and we expect to be back next year

We had a fantastic time in Destin! This home and the owner were great! The house was perfect for four families that had 4, 14-16 year old boys, and 2, 13-14 year old girls! Great gaming area, close to the beach, pool in the back, and beautiful back patio area with water view! The back patio was the place go for morning coffee and evening beer!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 5 adults 65+, 3 adults aged 35 and 2 children under 4. The house had plenty of beds for everyone and was incredibly clean and well maintained. The location was perfect to all Destin ammenities and attractions. I drove my boat over and the dock was in great shape and allowed an easy transit to crab island and offshore fishing. Couldn’t have picked a better house for our family vacation.

This house was perfect for us! We had 2 families with 4 kids ranging from 18 months to 10 yrs old. There was more than enough room and the game room on the bottom floor was perfect for evening fun while the baby was sleeping. We also liked that it had 2 Master suites. Pool was a good size, it was perfect for us to dock our boat, and the kitchen was supplied great! Owner was great to communicate with! We would definitely stay here again!

We had never been to Destin prior to our stay. Steve’s location is perfect for adults and kids. Walking distance access to the beach and if you have water toys, this intercostal location gives you great access. The house is comfortable with bikes, pool table, table tennis and a pool. Be sure to checkout this must location.

This house overall was great, the owner Steve is very easy to communicate with. we had several families/friends staying here. We are not picky people, but just a few notes for others that may be. There were some large dead bugs found, mainly in weird spots or corners, never in the kitchen or bedding issues. crock pots were missing lids...we improvised and im sure he remedied. the pool is salt water and was getting pretty dark 3 days in, the pool company came out but you could tell they just dumped chemicals and didnt really scrub it. so that was not truly the owners fault. It started to clear up toward the end of our stay. lots of pluses though. Quick easy walk to the beach. The water taxis will pull right up to his dock for pick ups and drop offs. The game room is awesome and kept us entertained when we couldnt be outdoors. Our biggest issue is the HOA, they are extremely strict, some one called a noise violation on us the 2nd night there. The security was knocking on our door at 9:04 pm which means one of the neighbors was waiting to call on us. We are not a crazy group, but we had 9 adults and 4 young teens, it was hard for us to even sit on the back patio and laugh and have drinks after 9 for fear of getting a fine.....so that was a bummer. Great house but in the future we will be looking for something that doesn't have a HOA for our group. Still gave 5 starts, just tryting to give an honest review.

Great accommodations. Something for everyone. Pool and boat dock were very nice. Close to shopping and restaurants. Stayed with 10 adults and there was plenty of room.

We brought our boat for some offshore fishing. Great location and beautiful home.

Everything was perfect! Too bad hurricane Michael ran us out early. Hope to visit again!!

We could not of chosen a better place to stay. Everything was absolutely incredible, from the to fully equipped kitchen, Pool , Dock to the clean and well maintained property ! The house is decorated wonderfully, with all the Bedrooms very comfortable and nicely furnished! We had 3 families and everyone had such a incredible stay. The Pool was one of our favorites as we were able to enjoy in the evenings watching the Kids swim after Dinner! I brought my 24 ft. boat could not of worked out better at the Dock, with a nice Cleaning Station with power and water! We were able to access the Bay in minutes to go Fishing , Crab island and the Thursday Night Firework Show. Its location is perfect for all the good restaurants. Plenty of parking for the Vehicles. We've booked it again in 2018 and Cant wait to return! Memories were Made!! The Welch Family!

We had three families for a great birthday weekend and everything could not have been more perfect. A gorgeous house tucked away right in the middle of all the shopping and dining with all of the amenities you could think of. A gourmet kitchen with a huge deck to dine outdoors where we grilled most of our meals and the pool was heated for us all to enjoy. The kids claimed the entire first floor family room and declared we would not see them until Sunday! But the best part was walking through the neighborhood to the private beach entrance where we enjoyed the waves and searched for shells, put our feet in the water, and watched the sunset. Amazing. We are already checking our calendars for next year!!!

We had an even better time on our second visit here! (We came for our 40th anniversary 5 years ago.) Thanks for the heads-up about the Thursday night HarborWalk festivities. The live music was great and were able to see the fireworks show from the table at A.J.'s Restaurant. Taking the water taxi was a great option, since parking was at a premium there. We rented a pontoon boat to go out to Crab Island, and it was great to load and unload from the back dock. The Destin beach is always a plus - the sand and surf are so beautiful! All of the grandchildren loved the pool and the gameroom. We even celebrated the 2-yr. old's birthday - got some beach pictures and some in front of your lovely home. A tripod with a remote made it a lot easier this time. Cannot thank you enough for allowing us to all stay in the same place. Oh, and of course my husband took 2 fishing trips - 3 grandchildren on the Sweet Jody, along with 4 adults. It just seemed appropriate to see "Finding Dory" at the movie theatre in Destin Commons, which is a very nice mall. It really was a fun vacation! Many thanks!!!

We had a wonderful time at this home for our September family vacation. We had 8 adults and 3 small children, the house fit us perfectly. We loved the pool and the beautiful view of the water. We loved the private dock, the water taxi picked us up and dropped us off right in front of the home. Our only complaint was that the beach was a bit further walk than we would have like (especially with small children) and the beds (besides the master) were much too small. They were advertised as queens but they were doubles. Other than that, we loved this house!

We took the first family vacation in many years, 4 generations and 11 people. The on-line pictures do not do justice to this amazing home. We expected a lot, but got much more. The backyard pool became the family gathering place. It was a short walk to the beach, but the kids spent more time in the pool than at the beach. The downstairs game and living area was absolutely perfect for the two teenage girls. Plenty of parking and a guest garage to store beach stuff and golf clubs. Could not ask for more and if we ever get the chance to go back to Destin, we will do everything in our power to stay in this great home again.

This was the second time for our families to stay in this house. We had a great time, made lots of great memories. The house is just as nice as the pictures show. Having a pool to cool off sure made the afternoon heat more bearable. The location is great for trips to the beach and having a place to leave your boat in the water sure is nice. We look forward to our next trip.

We had 3 families staying here together and it was perfect. Great location. Clean home. Felt like our own place. We will be back.

The house was perfect for my family which came together from 8 different States (including Florida). There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was pleasantly well stocked which allowed us to cook most of our meals. The pool was wonderful and the short walk to the beach was great. Being off the main drag of Destin was great and the morning walks to tour the neighborhoods of Holiday Isle were fun! We even rented a 6 seater golf cart to toodle around in. Our boat fit perfectly on the dock along with our large float we brought for Crab Island. I would truly recommend this house to others looking at vacationing in Destin.

Recently spent several days with 7 other golfers. Property was first class. Plenty of room for all 8. Great kitchen with 2 separate areas for relaxing. Really enjoyed the heated pool. Location was perfect, close to restaurants and courses. Very comfortable plenty of beds for all. Look forward to next year. Owner was very accomodating. Will recommend to others.

We just spent a fabulous week at this home from February 15th through February 22nd. 7 adults and 4 children were very comfortable and had plenty of privacy if needed. The heated pool was a tremendous plus at this time of year. The kids had an absolute blast in the pool and in the game room. Plenty to do even on some rainy days - phew!! Easy walk to the beach even for the kids. My husband and nephew caught some amazing red fish right off the dock that were large enough to feed the entire gang. Great place that I highly recommend!

We celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary by inviting our children and grandchildren to join us for a beach vacation in Destin. This home looked like the perfect place for us, and it did NOT disappoint! With 7 grandchildren under the age of 10, eating "in" was a better option, and everyone enjoyed the food. The kitchen was big and roomy and had plenty of seating for visiting as well as eating. We even ate some of the fish the guys caught when they took a deep-sea fishing trip with Sweet Jody's. We boiled the crabs they caught out back - the dock was such a fun experience. I have pictures of grandchildren catching their first fish there, and the back view of the harbor was gorgeous! The beach was fabulous in the mornings, and we enjoyed the pool the rest of the day,and the game room, and the beautiful new TV - what a clear picture! We even got a great family picture in front of the palm trees in front. We will ALWAYS stay at this location when visiting Destin....great memories! Many thanks to the owners for keeping it so well maintained. Thank you, Steve! It was a dream vacation!

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our 3 children and 5 grand children. The house was perfect for us with the large game room, deck and spacious bedroom and living areas. The indoor temperature was very comfortable even though it was approaching 100 degrees. We were traveling from four different locations so the off-street parking was absolutely necessary. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again.

My friends and I have been going to the Billy BowLegs Festival in Ft Walton for 18 years. We stayed at many different places over the years but 4 or 5 years ago, started staying at this house on Noriego in Destin. We won't ever stay anywhere else as long as it is available. The house is always clean, great beds, very large open kitchen-dining room-living room area. It also has a second "apartment" downstairs with its' own bathroom, living room and kitchenette if someone wants to be seperate from the group. The dock and pool are great to boat during the day and lounge in the pool at night. The main business section, restaurants, clubs and Crab Island are just a short boatride away. Rent a boat or bring your own - fantastic set up. The beach is a short walk away also. In the heart of Destin and close to everything you need, groceries, gas, shops and the best restaurants on the Panhandle. This is the perfect spot and the owners are always easy to work with and always accomadating to their guests. The photos don't do the house justice - it is great. My friends tease me because I live at Myrtle Beach but vacation in Destin - this house is one of my reasons for the trip every year. You will go once and always come back.

Owner's communication was great, everything that you need in the house is there. We had family from Texas and Kentucky meet there (10 of us total) and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their personal space and then some. The kids ages 11, 10, 6, 6 were all kept entertained all week, even so much that they didn't even desire to go to the beach one day...:) The games in the basement kept them entertained at night (kind of had their own little apartment down there), and when were were at the house during the day and some at night we all used the swimming pool, grill, and fished off the dock. (We had the most luck with frozen shrimp fishing on the bottom). Overall it was one of the best vacations we have had and the accomodations really assisted with the overall experience. Went on a 6 hour deep sea fishing trip on the "One of a Kind" and caught a ton of fish, then when to the Fisherman's Wharf and they prepared them for us for about $10 each. You have a wonderful home and we had a vacation that my boys will remember for quite some time. Thanks again!

I would recommend this house to be your rented home, which really feels like home away from home, to anyone that wants to get away. We had so much fun just at the house visiting with each other, swiming and fishing at the same time. The pool is close to the walkway of harbor that you can talk with each other. Then the beach is very short walk and a wagon in garage to put beach things in, very cool. Had a blast on the beach and this is absolutely the most beautiful ocean you will ever see. Had not been there for over 15 years; and it is wonderful. Left a couple extra water noodles and beach chair in the garage for the next vacationers; hope to get back there some time. My son was married on the beach in Ft. Walton,and was only 15 minutes from our house. It was great to be close to dining and shoping.. No trouble finding plenty of places to eat and shop. Some of our guest went deep sea fishing on Sweet Jody, which again was close by to get to. This was difinitely the best vacation ever and with this house, we were able to actually stay together and yet have plently of space for privacy. God blessed us very well and it was just like gloryland for us. The owner was helpful in answering all questions before getting there and very understanding. The house was very clean and had that home feeling about it. Again, my son was married on the Saturday we left and some day hope to go there again, we just fell in love with the home and the area. Also soaked up some of that golden Florida sun and bringing it back home with me. Thank you so much!
