This place was perfect for our family of 5. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The pools were perfect for all ages. It’s so nice to just walk directly to the beach. The inside was awesome. The place was very nice and clean. The location is great, right across street from water park and extremely close to Walmart and target. We will be back.

Pelican Resort #609 was everything as advertised! We were so pleased with our stay and our most gracious host! We highly recommend this property when traveling to Destin and we look forward to our next visit.

My husband and I went for his birthday and it was a great stay. The condo had a beautiful view and everything was very clean. The proximity to restaurants, shopping and grocery stories was very convenient.

We had a wonderful time. Check- in was quick and easy. The condo was exactly as pictured and described- bright and clean. It was decorated in a beach style. It was furnished and stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The views were amazing! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We will definitely stay again!

My husband, my three-year-old son, and I stayed here for a week and fully enjoyed every moment! The owner is very kind, accommodating, and communicates very quickly if anything is needed! The golf views are amazing, we loved having the tiki bar by the pool also. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you would need for a stay! Thank you, Teresa for a wonderful stay! We will definitely stay again.

Exactly as described on line. The bed and furniture was comfortable. The resort was great with two pools and the beach. Do book beach chairs ahead though! We loved hanging out on the balcony and watching the surf and dolphins. They thought of everything that someone could need, so the condo was complete! Great rental.

This property was exactly as listed! I travelled with my son and he loved the bunk beds in the condo, each one has it's own TV, it was a clubhouse to him. I highly recommend this property. Great amenities (pools and tiki bar) and ocean front! I enjoyed spending time on the balcony. We utilized the chair and umbrella service offered, I highly recommend doing this. You can't set up private umbrellas or chairs in front of the rental set ups. The location of the property is close to some of our favorite restaurants and shopping. Teresa was wonderful to work with, accommodating, and responsive! Thank you for a great getaway!

Stayed in this condo from December 21 2021 to March 29 2022. It is beautifully appointed, with breathtaking views of the ocean and sunsets. Teresa is a wonderful host and was very responsive to any and all of our needs. The only downfall for us was the weather which was less than perfect for us. We loved Destin and it’s friendly people and restaurants. Thank you Teresa and Victor for a lovely stay.

Unit was nice and comfortable, with great view of the beach as advertised. Very large condo tower with lots of foot-traffic and long waits at the elevators. But we enjoyed the stay very much (and learned to use the stairs more).

Great time and beautiful location. Only drawback is unless you use the pelican beach chair service you can’t easily get or see the water

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful and updated! I loved the style. We are building a house right now and I even took pictures of the kitchen and bar for ideas!

This rental was worth every single penny and then some, we would definitely repeat. The pictures show you exactly what you're getting, no hidden angles or weird shady upselling. The beach view was spectacular, the beds were comfortable, and my kids absolutely loved the smart TVs built into their bunk beds. The unit was large enough that a family of 5 didn't feel cramped, and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and dining. We walked from our unit to the beach every day, and it was an easy walk. The tiki bar was great and happily served the kids non-alcoholic drinks- the prices were very fair. We didn't use the pool or the Cafe, but you could tell it was quality. If we hadn't been in "adventure mode" and done watersports and fine dining, etc, we could have very easily gone to Walmart for some groceries and then spent the entire week at the Condo and still have had a great vacation. That said, we did leave every day at least once to tour the area, eat, parasail, etc, and everything was very close. The hosts were very responsive, very kind, and we would recommend them to anyone. Excellent rental, worth it and then some.

I stayed for a week with my husband and 3 kids and we had a blast! The condo is so clean and updated and the beach and pools are so nice. We enjoyed the food, drinks, hot tub, and surrounding area. I had a couple questions during my stay and the owner responded instantly each time! Highly recommend and we plan to be back soon!

Conveniently located in the middle of Destin right on the Gulf. Elevators move very quickly and parking is close. Unit is very clean and well kept.

This condo was a great place to stay while at Destin. It is oceanfront with beautiful views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything was just as described. The view was spectacular and my kids loved the pools! We enjoyed every minute!

Overall we had a great time in Destin and liked our condo but we are not sure we would stay there again. Our biggest frustration was the chair rentals. We have young children and need to be near the water to watch them but could only sit in our chairs at the waters edge for a temporary time without sun coverage. My husband and I both got burnt on the first day. When we tried to rent chairs we were told we should have booked the chairs 6 months ago in order to get the front row. We were unaware of the policy re: personal chairs at this condo when we booked.

Very nice room and stay. It was a small family reunion with 14 of us. The rest of the family stayed in other rooms on the first floor that weren't near as nice as this one. A tip for your stay-pre book an umbrella rental through the resort website. We did and it came in handy.

This condo was beautiful. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. It felt like home away from home. We really liked the layout of the condo. Master bedroom with bathroom for mom and dad, with bunk beds just right outside for the kids and their own bathroom and tv’s. Master bedroom bed was comfy. Balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing. Everything was very family friendly. Not a lot within walking distance from the resort, so we used door dash a lot so we could stay on property and not deal with Destin traffic. Check-in was easy. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. We would recommend this property and hope to be back!

It was a wonderful trip and couldn’t beat the amazing views. Great being so close to the beach. We paid extra for the chairs on the beach and felt it was worth the money.

The condo was beautifully decorated and the location was perfect. The kids loved the bunk beds with TVs. The condo was supplied well and felt like home away from home. We were very impressed! The beach was beautiful with white sand and clear water. Make sure if you plan on renting beach chairs, you rent them early because that is how they base where you sit. I do wish the new zero entry pool was open as long as the other pools, but they closed it around 7:30 each night. There are two other pools you can use until 10:00pm though. The beachside cafe delivers directly on the beach which was awesome! Overall, we had a fantastic trip and plan to return!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The owners are exceptionally attentive and answered all inquiries. We hope to be able to return to the area soon. We would love to book another property with these owners in the future.

My husband and I loved this condo. This was our first trip to the Destin area. We had a little miscommunication upon arrival, but the owner Teresa went above and beyond to make it up to us. The condo itself was gorgeous. Very clean and inviting, and I absolutely loved the decor! And although it was just my husband and myself for this trip, there was plenty of room for a family. We are already planning to bring our daughters with us next time. Coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins play every morning is what I’ll miss the most. Until next time!
