Awesome property with river access. Manger was great and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Will stay again soon

This visist to AK consisted o f 2 locations this being the 2nd and I wish it had been the only. The property was beautiful and the location was very central for penisula happenings. The house was very large and the location right on the river was great. We were a little tenative driving into the parking area which is the parking for an apartment building, the outside of house was very size decieiving, cause when we opened the door we were elated. They thought of everything we could possibly need and then some. The onsite management was very friendly.

Four of us (ranging from 16 to 76) stayed for a week of fishing on the river and the property was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very roomy and clean. We didn't really get to fish the shared dock, but when water is lower it looks like it could be a great spot. The location is also very easy and walkable right back into town. Overall perfect for our needs.

The location and cleanliness was great! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. The downstairs bathroom shower was difficult to use for older individuals with the large step up. The couple we went with could not use it. Overall a wonderful and convenient place to stay.

This was our second year here. The house is perfect. Tammy and Jeff were great again. This was another wonderful vacation. We hope to return.

The house was perfect for 6 adults, and the view of the Kenai was amazing! There was plenty of room for all! The ONLY negative is you cannot bake anything without setting off the fire alarm - it is hyper sensitive. I would definitely stay here again. The managers were wonderful and super sweet!

Kenai Riverfront home was awesome very clean with all the kitchen ware necessary for our stay. Jeff our property manager was very helpful even loaned us a cooler during our stay and schooled us on Sockeye fishing techniques and necessary tackle. Fishing dock was better than expected our Homer - Halibut Fishing Trip was cancelled so we fished all day down on the Kenai River catching nice size salmon. Love it will be back!

The property is right on the river and in town making it perfect. The house needs a little more TLC but it was great and we had the most wonderful vacation of our lives.

This was the perfect place for our vacation! Clean with plenty of room for our family if 7. Convenient location and views of the river were priceless. Hope to visit again soon.

Nice location. The outside of the property, in the back, needs a little TLC. Weeds and clutter in the yard. The bedroom carpet is “vintage” but the the rest of the unit was nice.

Right on the river, right in town. Dock access. Great great property. We'll be back!!

Enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing was there was no hot tub that the picutes showed, but other than that the house was very clean. The view and access to the river was great. Enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio and very convenient to the grocery store. We would stay there again.

Property is very spacious and clean. Great location in town to multiple restaurants.

Five seniors ladies stayed here for 4 days. We found the accommodations were extremely comfortable and lacked nothing that we needed. Once inside the house, the view took our breaths away. It was quiet and peaceful. Each of us would highly recommend it. We also wished we had taken our fishing poles, for it is a fishing paradise! Pam

We stayed here with four guys. One slept in the den downstairs on the sleep sofa. Could not have been a better stay. Kitchen and the fire pit were great additions to have for a rental. We ended up eating in for dinner every night because it was so convenient. One night we sat around the fire pit and ordered delivery pizza form Pizza Boys. A completely pleasant stay. Well equipped place and extremely clean.

The house is located on the river in Soldotna and is within walking distance of the grocery and hardware store. We had 9 people stay in the house and we did not feel cramped. The shared river access was great (even though the fish counts were low). The back yard could use a little TLC, but the view of the river is beautiful.

Overall the location and river access is great. If you are looking to be in town instead of out in the country this cabin is the right spot! The management there is also on top of it making sure you have everything you need to make you're stay enjoyable. The cabin has been updated in the past few years as well. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 out of 5 was due to sleeping quarters. It says it sleeps 9 which maybe true if everyone were to bunk up. That may be tight even if it were couples but 9 grown men fishing all week is a definite no. I'd say it comfortably sleeps 5-7 with the use of a few blow up matresses. There was some wasted areas in the cabin in which they could add more beds for the future. Other then that the cabin had everything we needed. Thanks

The house was great for a family of 7. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star review was that the beds were not comfortable.

We had 9 people stay in the house. It was great, and the property manager (Jeff,) was very kind and helpful. The place was very comfortable.

The house is located right in town and close to everything. It's very nice and clean with comfortable beds. Rich was very nice to deal with. We didn't catch any fish from shore there as the current is really fast by the house. However, there are several parks to fish at that are within blocks. While there is satellite tv, there are only a couple of channels. No HGTV, or NFL channel.....just the basic. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this house as an option if you are looking.

We had a fantastic time at this property, it's a lovely house, and good fishing at the bottom of the garden, convenient to shops and restaurants etc, property managers were the icing on the cake, lovely helpful people, made us feel very welcome without being intrusive, house has everything you need and is suitable for large families, groups etc, really loved this property.

My group of 6 visited Alaska in July, 2017. We started our Alaska adventure in Soldotna, staying at this property. We had a wonderful time and the property offered everything our group could have wanted. The location was fabulous, the opportunity to catch fish was fabulous and the house and amenities were wonderful. If you plan on visiting Soldotna and are looking for a wonderful, comfortable place to stay, book this property.

Wir wurden sehr gut betreut durch unseren Verwalter. Das Haus mit dem direkten Zugang zum Fluss und nur einige Schritte zum Einkaufcenter was will man noch mehr. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen, nochmals herzlichen Dank das war super. Werner Lanz Switzerland

We all were very happy with are stay. Home was even better then expected would definitely stay here again in the future. Management was very friendly setting up arrangements from reservations to arrival of stay. The apartment complex next to it the home are very quite and helpful people

The main floor is phenomenal - especially the entry complete with benches and fishing pole rack to hold your gear. Jetted tub in the master bedroom was great after a long day of fishing. The pictured fishing area on the river is a shared space with an apartment complex on site (possibly other vacation rentals?) but we rarely ran into anyone else down there. Again, all in all we had a great time and were very happy with the house and have recommended it to several of our friends.

Wonderful rental home, located exactly where we needed to be for our fishing trip the next morning. We will definitely be utilizing this property in the future. Thank you to management for being so helpful and friendly with making our arrangements!
