Lazy river was a little dirty and elevators were terrible between 4-6 but overall we enjoyed the stay and facilities.

The condo was exactly as advertised and the weather was perfect. The first night I walked across the street for dinner at Harpoon Harry’s. The food was very good.

The elevators are horrible! So slow, they stop on every floor..
not enough food options in the Oasis bar for kids, too expensive.

The condo was wonderful but when I got out of the shower and walked across the floor, my foot got filthy. I messaged the manager and they offered to send the cleaner back that night or next day. I declined because I didn't want to hang around waiting or leave them them with all of our stuff. The management was very nice and always reacted to anything questions I ask.

Upon our arrival (after 6pm), we had garbage from previous residents in the kitchen. Full size bed had stains on the sheets and comforter, that we changed out. Additional, toilet paper was not provided, nor was additional garbage bags. This was our first vrbo that required additional fees ontop of listing fees. Quiet hours were not enforced. security needed to be called several times. Front desk staff was rarely available for assistance and often rude. Was looking to relocate. Would not recommend this location.

Beautiful property with great ocean views - sunrises and sunsets! Our family with young children as well as my wife’s parents stayed for the week and we’ll be back!

This is a great condo. Only issue was that there is very limited phone reception within the building and the wi-fi would come and go.

The condo was great, plenty of room for he six of us. When we arrived, the floors were very dirty and spots had not been cleaned in some time. I found the vacuum and cleaned all the floors, the cleaning people got paid to do that. The hall bath was great for one of our guest who is handicapped.

The condo was clean and laid out very well. Everything the pictured as shown. Easy to get to everything OB has to offer. Parking was wonderful. Covered and out of the sun…huge plus for us!! Beach access was easy…but the lazy river was our favorite! Bring your own floatie!! There isn’t enough provided to go around. They have their own air tank mounted on outside wall to help with that!
Only feedback I could add would be to replenish the cooking supplies in kitchen. I had to buy some things to help cook with. And had to buy a broom to help with the daily sand. Back bathtub (guest king) doesn’t plug so bathing the baby meant constant water running. Cabinet Ice maker was a huge hit and I’m not sure I can stay anywhere without that!! Spoiled!!! Overall would stay here again!!!

Property was nice but using elevators was extremely bad.
Upon check in it took us over one hour waiting for an elevator to get to our unit.
There are only 6 elevators for the whole building and during busy time it is simply ridiculous.

Plenty of room for large families. Everyone had their own bed and bathroom. Right on the beach. Doesn’t get much better!

The condo was beautiful great view, very clean, plenty of appliances and cooking items. We all had a large amount of space with 7 of us staying. The only thing I would let someone know if the wifi in the condominium only works really well if your inside your room, plus my cell provider is Verizon and I got zero service during my stay but that’s just in case you have to have your phone on hand. Also would love to have had smart TVs to enjoy Netflix but those are suggestions only we had a wonderful vacation and would stay again!

We enjoyed the Phoenix west 2. Lots of amenities that we enjoyed, lazy river, easy access to beach, fitness floor with 2 extra hot tubs and lots of room for multiple families if needed. The only problem we had was the sliding door to the patio was very hard to open. Maintenance was working on it.. I would suggest some rugs…. Lots of sand ends up in the rooms. Otherwise we had a great experience and would go back again.

Perfect location….the pool and hot tubs are amazing! The condo spacious, plenty of room. The gym was fabulous with equipment offered. Thank you for letting us spend 23 nights in February! It was perfect!

The property is lovely. I had a relaxing time inside and outside on the balcony. At this time of year, the location was very quiet with stunning sunrises and sunsets. Your soaking tub was a welcome relief after lovely days of doing mostly nothing, lol . Thank you kindly.

This was our first trip to the ocean, and we couldn't have had a better time. The kids loved the pools, and playing in the sand. The wife and I enjoyed the various great food to be had. We will be back in the spring!

Everything was great! The room was perfect! Clean! Beautiful view. Spacious. The only downside would be the elevators and parking once more guests arrived on the weekend. I still would stay there again.

This was our first trip to Orange Beach and it did not disappoint! Our unit was very nice and the view from the deck with amazing! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful amenities. They loved having an outdoor pool, indoor pool, lazy river, slide, and close proximity to the beach!!

Just what we were looking for
We stayed here over the 4th of July holiday and the property was wonderful. We had 8 people and there was adequate room for all! The balcony was a wonderful place to watch the fireworks! We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

We had a good time. Place was nice. Very spacious. Elevator situation could have been better. Only 6 elevators for 32 floors and one was out of order. During peak times we had to wait 30 minutes or more to get an elevator.

Rented for Baseball tournament trip for my son. Enjoyed the rental. It was great. Think its great for 2 families if looking for that too.
