We loved how comfortable and spacious the condo was for our family of 4. The location was perfect - we could walk to a wonderful family friendly beach and a variety of restaurants. We really appreciated all the beach gear. Would book again 100% if we ever get back to the big island (I hope we do!)

We found the condo just as advertised. Very quiet. It is in a great location close to the airport and some great beaches. Enjoyed drinking coffee on the back deck each morning over looking the golf course. Made use of the pool, the beach and some of the restaurants in the resort. Would definitely recommend this condo for anyone visiting the Big Island.

Best location, fully stocked with all of the island essentials, clean and comfortable. Excellent communication from owners. Beach towels are next to tv, lol, we missed that detail. Mahalo.

My family and I loved our stay at this condo. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for us. We were in this area for a convention at the Marriott and were within walking distance. We also enjoyed the pool and being so close to shopping. We ate our meals on the balcony and enjoyed the gorgeous views and the visiting birds. My only complaint is that all the pots had scratched non-stick surfaces. This poses a serious health risk and I’d advise the owners to replace asap. Thankfully the frying pans were intact and we cooked everything in those. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels, both bath and beach. There are 3 beach chairs and 2 boogie boards, which were great! We would absolutely stay here again.

Its a very nice condo. It's very clean. Pictures accurately represent it. It has everything you want or need. The owners Barry and Susan are very nice and responsive to any inquiries. You can tell they really care about their condo and keep it maintained and it has very nice decorum.

This place is quite a gem. Fantastic location within walking distance to the stores, restaurants, beaches and on a golf course. The complex is very nice, with beautiful grounds and a great pool. The unit itself is very well located away from the road, overlooking the fairway. The place was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Many beach toys, chairs, and even boogie boards. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We had the best vacation and cannot wait to come back.

Property was great. They had beach stuff for us to use and most everything was great. The only thing I'd say for improvement was no hot water for showers. However, we enjoyed our stay overall.

It was as advertised and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We enjoyed the community pool and hot tub in the afternoons.

This condo and location are terrific. We love to stay at Waikoloa Beach. This condo at Fairway Village is the perfect spot. It is well appointed. The kitchen setup is great so you can eat in when you want to. There’s plenty of beach gear for your trips and a great lanai. Staying here is a can’t miss. We can’t wait to visit again.

We thououghly enjoyed our stay and this beautiful condo. Barry and Susan are very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had every breakfast and dinner are the lanai, overlooking the golf course. So peaceful! We especially loved the walk in shower!. The sunshade was great, also blocking the wind. We went the beach every morning. Loved the pool in the afternoon. This condo has everything you need, great cookware and excellent beach chairs and unbrellas. We look forward to coming back!

Susan and Barry were very easy to communicate with, always answered quickly. We loved being on the golf course. A short 10 min walk to the beach! Would of loved to golf but a little rich to play! The complex was well maintained. Had a great time, thanks for your hospitality! Cheers Margaret

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Villas. This vacation home is well stocked with both basic ammenities, kitchen and cooking ware as well as beach accessories ( 4 chairs, 2 unbrelkas, snorkelling gear for adults and kids, coolers etc). The Villas has a lovely pool and hottub, good workout facilities and lots of BBQ’s. The lication was ideal- we could walk to both Kings Shops and Queen’s marketplace and a short drive to Hapuna beach! The owner’s were great to deal with and very responsive! Highly recommend staying here!

The location is the best .A cool breeze most of the time. Close to the beach and shopping center and golf coarse. But the best was the condo it was so well kept and clean and well furnished .I have stayed in 5 star hotels that were not as nice as this place . The beds were of high quality and we slept like a baby. Over head fans and A/C kept us cool all the time. If I could give a higher star rating I would it was that good. The owners were very nice and helpful.

I retired from the Hawaii Visitor Industry after 35+ years as a Revenue Manager for two major property management companies. This unit exceeded my expectations in terms of accessibility to the Waikoloa area as well as the highway, cleanliness, well equipped kitchen, up to date decorations and furnishings. Importantly, the unit was comfortable and projects a serenity that makes you feel as though it was your home.

Barry and Susan have truly created a little oasis for families to enjoy. We came for a long birthday trip and in true fashion did not want to leave the island. The lani was a fantastic place to go enjoy a nice slow morning and read while enjoying the wildlife and morning sunrises. They have a fully stocked kitchen, full of dishes, Tupperware and anything you would need. The closet has enough beach chairs/supplies for everyone and we enjoyed using them. The extra towels/beach towels were great too. We had an issue with the toaster while we were there and they were super quick to respond and get the problem solved right away. Another extra perk is the covered parking spot! It was so nice to not have to look for a spot to park after a long day. We would recommend staying here to family and friends who are looking to relax and get away on the big island.

This property was beautifully decorated and well stocked with beach essentials!! The private Lanai offered a peaceful view of the golf course. Our hosts communicated essential information and also offered "guide books" with area knowledge and tips. The location was great and our hosts made us feel right at home!! Would highly recommend!!

Loved the location of this condo, the lanai was beautiful overlooking the golf course. It was close to everything we love to do around Waikoloa. Well stocked and very clean.

This property had two bedrooms, two baths and a full kitchen. It was perfectly for our family of four. It’s located on the second floor and parking is the first spot on the first level. We purchased groceries at Costco on our way over and this home had everything we needed to cook. It also had a large variety of beach gear that includes snorkeling, beach chairs, umbrella and towels. We definitely put them to good use. The owners provided great communication before and during our trip. The gated community has a nice gym and beautiful infinity pool and spa. We put the pool and gym to great use. We didn’t get a chance to use the spa since there’s a 12 year old and above requirement. The community is within a short walking distance to the Queen Marketplace and Kings Shop. It was also very close to A-beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is one of the few places that I found that provided AC which is needed during the warm summer month of August. Overall 5 stars + !

Between G21 and G1 we had the most fantastic family holiday. The location can’t be beat; pool, beaches, shops all close by. Our hosts, Barry and Susan, provided everything a family or two couples would need to enjoy their stay. There is absolutely no hesitation in recommending this property!

Location was great. Pool, store, and shops were close. Beach was about a 15 minute walk or a quick drive. We had everything we needed for meals and adventures.

Definitely visit the Queen's Marketplace to pick up pre-made food for picnics or some fresh ahi to enjoy at the condo from Island Gourmet Markets or dine at Charley's Thai Cuisine restaurant. We didn't have time to visit the pool, but it looked nice. Lovely condo!!!

Well appointed condo located in a modern complex. Beach gear helped make visits to the the array of nearby beaches pleasant and enjoyable. Nearby shopping offers access to staples and souvenirs. All around a very pleasant stay.
