Bed bugs, bed & pillows so smelly, bedsheet & pillowcase not changed from previous guest and smelly with a bloodstain on the bedsheet. The bathroom lighting is not good. Wall and room furnishing are old. Toilet dirty. Requested room change in the middle of the night because cannot sleep or rest at all with all the bed bugs and smelly room. Reception gave new room far better. Just wondering why can't he give us a good room in the first place. Is it because we booked through an online agent so the profit might be lower for them or what? So unfair, we were given a new key card for the new room, and the reception set a time for the electricity to shut off punctually at 12noon. Without any common sense thinking that we are paying for a good damn stay and rest. At least give us a late checkout or anything that can balance the trouble that we facing. Such a very very very bad experience!
