The location and actual building was lovely. Had a lovely pool which was exactly like the picture.

The actual apartment and the service were a mess. First night we given an apartment where the power supply tripped. The wifi credentials given did not belong to them and we were blocked out within a few hours. When we reported it we were told we will be moved to a new apartment the next day. The 2nd apartment the toilet bidet did not function correctly as it was broken and the actual toilet was leaking. We reported it but it was not repaired and remained that way during our 8 night stay. It was unhygienic and just disgusting as the toilet water leaked everywhere. The wash basin had a disgusting stain in the middle which you had to look at each time you washed your face or hands. The sofa was broken and could not be used. I definitely would not recommend this apartment. The service from management was terrible

The view & location were good.

The room was old. the toilet & floor was broken. The TV not working. If you have any special requests. 1st they say yes. when check-in time. they refuse everything. Better just booking another place. Same price you can get a better option.

Great location

The staff were super helpful and prompt with helping us check-in. The property is in a building that had a mall and club house. There is a metro train station close by. In terms of facilities and access to restaurants and other things in the city. It's perfect. Additionally the view from our room was superb.

The rooms are a bit old and because of no ventilation and water stagnation, they smell real mouldy. If you're planned to be out for most of the day, it's manageable.
