12 friends gathered. Wonderful to be right on the lake. Full moon, sunny days, good beds for sleeping!! Very relaxing

This was a great stay with plenty to do for our little ones (ages 3-8). Very thankful to have some green space for them to run around, as well as on the water activities.

Our absolute favorite place away from home. Beautiful, private and always clean and organized. Not to mention the host does an amazing job at recognizing and surprising guests. Last year my wife had a Birthday card waiting on the dining room table when we arrived. This visit was even better.

This is our fifth visit to the lake house. Always excellent. Not to mention my wife had a birthday card waiting for her on the dining room table. How sweet and thoughtful. It made us both smile.

I had a group of five adult women staying here for a long weekend. We had a lot of fun riding the waves on the island mat. The house is very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of comfortable seating with lake views. Stacy was quick to respond to any questions. We were there the weekend of the shootout and it was so fun to have front row seats watching all the boats go by.

The home was great, plenty of space for all 9 of us!! Easy check-in and host was very quick to reply! Views were nice and we did get to see the fireworks show!

Listing posted both a charcoal and gas grill available to use. No charcoal grill. Both propane gas tanks were empty upon arrival Outdoor furniture needs replaced and unsafe for sitting. No hammock on premises. Broken lounge chair on arrival Needs some TLC

This property is great! We had plenty enough room for 10 people and we loved that the kitchen was on the basement level to walk right outside. Nothing against the property but the waves were a bit rocky due to heavy boat traffic when we swam off the dock, and we didn’t stay out long. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean! Just to note- the highest upstairs area has more of a loft where the two queen beds (not a “private space/room”) are and then there’s a private room past the two queen beds. We would definitely stay here again!

We had plenty of room with 11 people total in our group. Parking was spacious and easy to get in and out of the driveway. Beautiful view from the deck and the dock. Owners were quick to respond with any questions. We enjoyed our stay!

This house was great for our family, plenty of room for 12 people. If you're not familiar with LOTO, you must know that the main channel, where this house is located, is VERY busy. This means there's lots of boats (and pretty big ones) going by causing a lot of waves, hence the wavebreak they installed. Though it helps some, during the busy part of the day, especially during the week of the 4th, it's super wavy and rocky out there. It made it fun for the kids on the lily pad, but the older adults were a little wary of getting in to swim. The view was amazing, with beautiful sunrises across the way over the cliffs every morning and a perfect view of Margaritaville for the fireworks. We had ok fishing, best in the early morning before the water got all stirred up from boating activity. The upstairs bedroom area is pretty hot when the temps are high, but they have plenty of fans in the house to help alleviate that issue. We'll keep this one on our list to consider for the future.

It was awesome . Place is perfect , has everything you need . Close to grocery store. Would stay again . Stacy was awesome to work with .

My brother's family and mine enjoyed a great weekend, taking in the terrific view, private swim dock, and quietness of the neighborhood. The flat driveway/parking pad was appreciated and made things easier for me, as I currently am in a walking boot for a foot injury. The house was clean, updated, comfortable and cozy. With 10 in our combined families, we liked having plenty of space to be together for card games and gab sessions, but also space to spread out and have privacy when needed. It truly was spectacular. I also appreciated when I had a couple questions, Stacy provided an immediate response. We would love to stay there again for our next family 'reunion'.

Wonderful property to get family together from Arizona, Florida, and Wyoming. Enjoyed the fishing from the dock, swimming, sitting on the patios, and hanging out in the house. Plenty of space to be together and also get some alone time. Took in some local attractions, Bagnelll Dam, Bridal Cave, and Ha HaTonka State Park. Enjiyed our visit.

Location is private and a short drive from necessities. Absolutely our favorite. 4th trip in two years. Only wish we could find time for more. Always clean and ready for our stay. The dock is incredible……there may be neighbors but in eye sight you only see the lake and it’s beauty.

Wasn’t a good fit for our group. Lot’s of stairs. Kitchen is downstairs. Looked like hadn’t been cleaned well or lately. Would be better for a family than a group of friends. Could use some more silverware. It’s a good distance away from town. Which is nice but inconvenient. Great grocery store Woods nearby and the Branding Iron restaurant was good!

The only thing that was a little rough. Was the outside of the house sitting area. Most of my family love to sit outside and enjoy the view but I was very hard to do because of all the cobwebs and spiders. We tried wiping the area down but it seemed to just stir them up more. Other than that we all had a great time and the inside of the house was clean.

We had such an amazing time! The house was the perfect size for our family. The tennis court was a great place for the kids to go run around. We enjoyed the dock and water the whole vacation!

My wife and family had a wonderful time at this property. They found nice and relaxing to sit and watch the water. There was plenty of space for 5 people and could have held more!

The house had plenty of room and was set up nicely. The view was the pier was amazing! The only downside was the heavy boat traffic, so if you have young or inexperienced swimmers, it is not an ideal location for that. But fishing was great off the dock and like I said, THE VIEWS!

Great communication with Stacy. The house does have a lot of stairs , but we could see that from the pictures. Would recommend this house to others.

YOU CANNOT KEEP YOUR BOAT AT THE DOCK. This is not mentioned any where in the description. If you are coming to the lake and NOT going out on the water, this is a great house for you. The view is great. However if you are wanting to boat or jet ski, I'd recommend something off the main channel. The owner was out of the country when we visited and so communication was very spotty and she couldn't be very helpful. The house itself was fine. It was nice not to have a lot of stairs down to the dock. The upstairs bedrooms were still hot, even with the new AC units. Overall, the property was well cared for.

The property is great! Beautiful scenery and a great location. We rented a boat from Pointe Oasis (Scott was awesome) and toured the lake. There is SO much to see and do. Every place we went had something for the kids (which is great for adult time). The house was equipped with everything that you could need. I highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Beautiful home. Our 2nd stay in a year and one more booked so far. Love the space, the view and the opportunity to enjoy such peace.

We all had a fabulous stay at this lake house! The views were awesome. Just a short walk to the dock. The grandkids enjoyed jumping off the dock and the lily pad was a big hit! Caught several fish off the dock. We rented a pontoon from Pirate Pete’s and went to Captain’s Ron. The beach there was a great place for the kids to swim. Grocery store close by as well as Dollar General. Having 2 living rooms was great, kids on one level, adults on the other. We all really enjoyed our stay! Loved the location. It was so peaceful. We really enjoyed the access to the dock. The kitchen was well stocked and there was ample linen. Many extras to this property that we appreciated. The only concerns we had were with left over trash and towels outside from previous guests, a coke left on the stairs inside, and dirty kitchenware. Also, some broken outdoor furniture. We realize this is due to the cleaning crew and not a reflection of the owner. We reported the concerns, and provided photos. The owner answered our message with an apology very quickly.

Views of the lake from every room! The house was very roomy and well suited for my family. The beds were very comfortable. We will be back!
