The house was exactly as they say. Comfortable, quite, and cozy. This house has plenty of space with the master suite being on opposite sides of the house from the other bedrooms. It was equipped for all of the families needs. Every bed is like sleeping on a soft cloud and made resting a breeze. Our favorite bonus was the screened in back porch. There was even a ping-pong table, that my family enjoyed several matches on to end our evenings. The fenced in back yard was perfect to bring our furry friend along. The location is key. Its in a nice quite neighborhood, just blocks away from all of your must sees. Also, far enough away that you don´t feel the fast pace life going on around you. You will not be disappointed!

We were in Auburn for my niece’s graduation and decided to tack on a beach getaway for a few days. Our biggest constraint was that we travel with two geriatric golden retrievers and needed a pet friendly place to stay. We were extremely fortunate to find this place. It’s located in a beautiful quiet and friendly neighborhood which gives you insight into living in Orange Beach. More importantly, the home reflected the pride and joy, coziness and friendliness of the owners. The home had all the amenities anyone could possibly need and had a fun, laid back atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to spending time here again. Thank Royce and family!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! My only recommendation would be to pressure wash the deck as it gets VERY slick when it's wet. Several of us almost slipped on it after a rain. Great location.

The house is in a great location, it is a quiet neighborhood and is very convenient to get to the beach and shopping. The kitchen and laundry have everything needed. The screened in porch and the ping pong table were a hit with the teenagers and best of all, it's pet friendly, so the whole family was able to be there. We had a great time.

If you read all the positive comments about this property and Royce. Than you will see how my wife and I, as well as sister in law and husband felt about this place. Its not often you find a location with 2 King size beds. The beds were extremely comfortably compared to the ma y we have slept in over the years. Royce was great to work with. Location with fenced in backyard yard was perfect. Only complaint, Super hot, could not really enjoy back porch/deck. Would highly recommend this for couples with pets. PS..there is a bedroom with twin beds for kiddos.

Osprey house is definitely a home away from home. Beautiful decor, large rooms, fenced yard for the pups, and great location! This house is located in a quiet neighborhood yet it is only minutes to beaches, restaurants, and shopping! We loved it so much! Great pet-friendly property. Helpful owner! The property didn’t feel like a generic rental property as it had all the comforts of home. I wish it had been a little cooler so we could have enjoyed the screen porch and deck area a little more although we did get in a few games of ping pong. It was a short drive to everything we wanted to see and do. The neighborhood was very quiet and walkable and it was nice to be able to see sand and water by just walking a couple of blocks down the street! Being pet friendly was an added bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay. Royce was awesome, keeping us informed before and during our stay. The home was very clean and perfect for anyone traveling with a dog and a boat. The back yard is fenced for your pet, which is really nice. There is plenty of room for a 22 ft boat and access to clean water to rinse it daily. The landing is easy to access and plenty of parking. Note if you put in from this location you must fish in Alabama waters to return with your fish. We had to put in from FL the days we fished in Florida in order to bring the fish back to the landing in FL. FWC in AL and FL are very strict about where you put in and where you fish. Make sure you understand the rules before launching.

We absolutely loved our stay at Royce’s place! He reached out as we were driving in from Texas and made check in so easy. He also had all the great tips and advice for my husband to fish the area! The home is exactly as described and was a comfortable stay for our family of 4. Quick drive to the beach and very close to the city playground that our 3 year old and 1 year old loved! Great location and very attentive host. Great fenced yard for our dogs to enjoy. Made life easy while we wanted to "get away" from the normal day to day.

The home was very comfortable. Royce was very helpful with answering our plea with the TV he came to our rescue. Our puppy had a good time roaming around. Only wish we had some fans that blew some air on the porch, it was extremely hot. The back porch was great for hanging out. Hope to go again next year.

Were booked first week of October but had a medical emergency. Royce kindly offered us Thanksgiving week. The house was great as was the weather. Royce was awesome to work with. He did everything possible to make our stay comfortable & memorable.
