This was our 2nd time to stay at one of Ron's condos at Sabine. This unit faced the gulf and was just wonderful! The view was amazing! Plenty of room and the condo had everything we needed! Close to everything we wanted to do. Alreadying planning our next stay!

This property has stunning views, is clean, and affordable. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

We had a great time, the view is perfect!! The kitchen had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a TV in the second bedroom, although I did not really watch TV all week! Overall, the place had everything we needed and I will definitely stay here again!!

The pictures really doesn't do this place justice. Awesome views from all rooms and large balcony facing the ocean. Ron, was very prompt with messaging and provided helpful info. Location was perfect and can basically walk to where we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Also, the condo has everything you will need in it for your stay.

Great location, spectacular view! Well appointed condo, especially kitchen! Pool was clean and quiet. Had a great time, would recommend highly.

Can’t say enough about this cozy condo! This two bedroom two bath condo was plenty of room for our family of 7. The living room and two bedrooms had a balcony exit/entrance so you can step out of you bedroom right on to the balcony that overlooks the ocean. Neighborhood was quiet and access to the beach was not bad at all! Just a few short steps and you’re on the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked and clean with the exception of a few spatulas and plates which dries egg was on. But, we washed it off and it was no big deal. Whoever was there before us left groceries in the fridge so we used the extra food since the expiration date was good! When we arrived we noticed broken glass on the floor so we got the broom and swept it up. Nobody got cut and everyone was fine. Beds were super comfy and we all slept very well! I didn’t see any body wash to use in the shower, aside from hand soap but we brought some of our own along just in case. There was nice big washers and dryers and a fitness floor on the ground floor and access to the pool was there too. Overall I’d say it was a great vacation and would definitely rent this place again! Highly recommended!!

Checked all the boxes, clean, comfortable, affordable, close to the beach, restaurants and entertainment.

Everything was within walking distance. All enjoyed hunting for sand dollars during the day and for sand crabs at night. Enough room for all 7 of us.

If I had one negative was in the add it said free beach chairs and umbrella across the street and that was false but the manager explained. I was very please over all. Thank you

Property was great for bringing 3 kids ages 11 and under for spring break, and the balcony was gorgeous for watching the waves and the marine life. We even seen some dolphins our last morning. Make sure to bring all the food/coffee/drinks you think you will need. Definitely a place we will be staying again.

The view from the condo was unbelievably Beachfront from every room! The beach at the front and the bay at the back! Well kept property inside and out! Sit out back and read while my grandson fished off the dock! Most relaxing vacation ever!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is nice and the views from the balcony are amazing! You can see the beach for a long way. There is a nice pool area out back with tables, chairs and hammocks. The residents and other guests were friendly. The building has carts to use for unloading and loading. The only things to make it better would be in unit laundry but the on-site laundry was easy to use and affordable. The other would be beach access. You have to walk down a ways to the other side of Holiday Inn. It looks like there used to be closer access and a new fence is up. We just drove to the public beach by the Ft Pickens entrance which worked out well.

This was our second time staying at this property and we love it! The unit is well kept, the manager is incredibly responsive, and the location is fantastic. It is within walking distance to most shops and restaurants while being on the quieter side of the island with beautiful ocean views and quick and easy access to the beach. Highly recommend!

This condo was convenient to the beach with a stunning view!!! Only issue was master bath shower could have been cleaned better. Mildew noted shower. However, very small issue compared to the pros of this condo. You will love it! Saw dolphins from the balcony

Our family enjoyed our stay. The condo had plenty of space and was conveniently located to the beach and downtown area. I did mark down cleanliness because upon arrival we found food on the on the floor and the counters were not clean. But overall we had a nice stay at the Sabine condo.

This property was super cute and cozy. Furniture was comfy and place was nicely stocked. They even had beach chairs for us to use. Walk to the beach is right across the street and is super easy. Would definitely recommend for a friends trip.

Real nice 11th floor condo. We spent Jan here and especially enjoyed the south (ocean side) facing view. Condo is an easy walk to numerous Pensacola Beach restaurants. The pathway in front was great for walks, biking, and walking our dog. Dog beach is 1.5 mile walk from here. Condo had plenty of room for us and included most everything we needed. Laundry room is on ground floor. Would come here again!

It was very peaceful and relaxing, and the views were amazing.

This is a good property for the fall and winter. I would not rent it during the hot months due to the AC. The tub stopper did not work. The shower was excellent which is what my disabled wife used. The breeze was excellent with the doors open and the AC turned off.

Perfect location & extremely comfortable

The condo has amazing views. The balcony stretches across both bedrooms and the living room. Everything you need for your stay is provided and Ron went out of his way to make us welcome.

The view from the balcony was breath taking!! We were very comfortable there! The bed was great! The kitchen well stocked! The only issue was the TV in the master did not work.

We had so much fun when we go to this VRBO. We used to stay at the Old Dunes for years… We do not want to leave our fur babies behind The condo have 2 bathroom and it is enough room to place a disposable litter box. Our kitties love it, they watch us go to the beach and in the evening they watch TV with us. The condo has two confortable large couches with covers. We (our kitties and us) are completely taking away with the beautiful view. Ron thank you for sharing this beautiful condo with us. We see you next year.

Ice maker not working properly.(I turned it on, it finally made ice but did NOT fill glasses at all) Cooking pans need updated. Site did NOT let you know you have to go 2 blocks for public access to beach The last time I stayed you just walked across the street (notation should be in listing)and the listing shows nice furniture. When we walked in, living room furniture was covered up with blue blankets. ( as if I was going to damage furniture😢 could have laid covers out with a note saying something like “if you feel comfortable doing so, please use” Not assume the furniture was going to get dirty I have stayed in this building in the past however but not this unit. I probably will not utilize this unit again

Overall , our stay was excellent ! Pets allowed , boat launch & excellent pier were attractive to our group. Bathrooms , kitchen were excellent ! Parking , accessibility was a plus + ! I will return next year & plan on hanging around the pool !

We rented the condo for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. there were a few things that were out of place but overall did not affect our stay. The view of the Beach and listening to the waves at night were so nice. We would stay again. to the owner, just make sure who ever do the cleaning check the refrigerator for food and tidy up the cleaning supply closet.
