This Vacation Home is better than advertised. The space below the home is large and provided storage for all our beach toys we bring with us on vacation. Access to the pool is secure and the young ones enjoyed the pool all week. The living area of the home has a good layout and has all that is needed for cooking and entertainment. Next to the kitchen is a coffee and wine/liquor bar that is not shown in the pictures. A ping pong table is located in the upper loft. Access to the beach is good but a bit of a stain for older family members. Communication with the Host was excellent.

This property is wonderful!!! The property owner was so helpful to answer all our questions. It was well stocked with everything you need for a great beach vacation...beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, private pool, ice machine..... My family says "Lets book this property again next year!" We will certainly try. Thanks Andrea!

Had a great stay with no issues!

The setting is beautiful. The house was very clean. Even though the weather was a little chilly, the heated pool was perfect! We had a wonderful during our stay here as always!

Gorgeous house only a few feet from beach, quick easy walk over the dunes to the crystal white sand, so well appointed... had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to pool and beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc. Will definitely consider going back to this house for next family vacation. Within walking distance to shops and eateries. Great views. The entire family just lived this place. Thanks so much for a great trip. Andrea was especially easy to work with when we had a few mishaps. She allowed me to be able to relax and let the stress go away. Thank you

Our stay here was amazing! The owner was great & exceeded our expectations & she responded to us immediately when we called or texted. The house had so much more than we expected so we wish we would have packed less. For insistence, the reviews had that there were extra beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels & beach toys but didn’t know how many so we brought our own. Trust me when I say, don’t! This place had approximately 10-15 beach chairs with 3 big umbrellas, numerous beach toys, floats & at least 16- 20 beach towels. We really had no complaints from our stay besides the pool not being warm on our arrival but the owner answered our call & walked my husband through how to get it warm & the pool was warmed within an hour or so of that call. Excellent place to stay! We will most definitely be booking this place again! This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever been on! 10/10

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was in March and the weather was cool. The heated pool was well used, since the Gulf water was so cold. Andrea was very helpful and prompt when we had pool heater problems. We enjoyed being on the beach and took advantage of being in the sand daily. The house was huge and well furnished. We needed only to take our suitcases since everything else was provided. Our only disappointment was the condition of the grills in the car port. The weather and salty air has made them too rusty to use. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

This house is spacious and completely furnished. It has everything you need and more. The kitchen has anything and everything you necessary to prepare meals. The kids (and adults) loved the ping pong table which came in handy when it rained a few times. Besides having perfect beach access, the unlimited use of the private pool is one of the main reasons we enjoyed our stay so much. It was so nice not sharing with others and having no time restrictions. Andrea was quick to respond to any questions and even offered to mail a very small video game to my son after the cleaning crew found it. I just can't say enough about this dream home. We will be back!

The master bedroom was small in comparison to others we have stayed in. The set up downstairs is perfect for family fun...games, grilling and a heated pool was an extra plus. Our grandkids enjoyed the hammock in the evenings. The interior is dated but definitely has character. The bedrooms all have carpet. The walk to the beach is close and steps outside the back door. The gulf view from the large porch was not what we expected. It was still beautiful, however not a full view of the gulf shore due to the high sand dune. The sand dune to cross to the gulf is steep and a challenge for anyone with mobility problems but there is a public walkway to the beach just a few steps away. We had a few maintenance issues the first couple days but the host was very responsive and had it all fixed the next day.

The property was wonderful. Like other reviewers have said, the pictures on this website don’t really do it justice. The house provided everything needed for us to enjoy our visit. There were plenty of utensils and necessities for the kitchen. There were plenty of linens and towels. If you are planning to stay here, leave the beach chairs at home. The beach views were gorgeous even when it stormed outside. Besides having a repair man show for up to work on the ice maker one day, which apparently was already called in prior to our visit, there were no interruptions. It was a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The pool was great for the kids on the yellow flag days as well. Thanks!
