The owner was there to meet us on arrival. Frank gave us a walkthrough and told us about the house, his farm and great places to check out in the area. An especially charming touch was a gift of a dozen eggs, which we certainly made use of. He invited us down to meet the animals, which we did the next morning. An unusual touch was an outdoor fireplace on the porch, complete with firewood. Everything about this place spelled charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The home was perfect for our family getaway. Comfortable layout and furniture. Super quite and private. The owner was very helpful and greeted us when we arrived to give us some pointers on the house and recommendations. The hobby farm was great! My daughter enjoyed feeding the donkeys, goats and houses carrots. Fresh eggs from the farm too!

The hosts were super responsive and helpful before we arrived and during our stay. The location was perfect, the cabin and property were lovely, and everything about our stay was picture perfect. We will return in the future and appreciate the hosts sharing their amazing home with us. This is a fantastic place to put your feet up and unwind, while only 15 minutes from Asheville, so you have the best of both worlds. Fantastic way to ring in 2024!!!

My family came to visit the Biltmore, do some sightseeing, and shopping. We had a great stay at “Our Place”. Frank, the host, was great and very helpful. He gave us some great suggestions on places to eat and visit and things to do! It was a wonderful time. Thank you!

A great house for a family with kids. Great views and everything you need to have downtime after hiking or exploring during the day. Close to Chimney rock and Biltmore.

This property is secluded at the top of a long road that makes it feel as if you are on the top of a mountain by yourself. We had a chill bachelorette trip there and it was absolutely amazing!

Adult family stayed and the cabin was perfect! Frank was so helpful and we had a great time!!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The animals we fed were definitely a plus. The location was excellent. The only fault we found is the bed in the master is worn and sags in the middle, but we made do since we were only there a couple of days. Everything else was wonderful!

The pictures don’t do it justice! Such a great area and place to stay for a girls weekend! Frank met us upon our visit and showed us around and how things work and the farm fresh eggs were a good addition. Would 100 percent come back!

We had a total of 6 adults staying in the spacious home. Several things to do that distract you from the busy part of life. Great family time with many destinations just a short drive away: Chimney Rock, Dupoint Forest, Biltmore Resort, Omni Resort, Blue Ridge Parkway, Rise Above Bakery (a must visit) and downtown Asheville. 5 plus stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house was well stocked and the owner was on site and very responsive to any needs We even had a visit from a black bear!! Highly recommend.

Our family loved this house! It’s private and peaceful and not a far drive from many attractions, though there’s plenty to do at the property itself. We have adult children who really enjoyed having pool tournaments, and while teams were playing pool, others were playing foosball. Plus there’s the hot tub, visiting the Koi pond, the lotus pond, the animals, relaxing on the swing or in front of the outdoor fireplace. The owner is wonderful and just call away if you need him. We highly recommend this house!!

Everything was perfect! We loved our visit at Fairview Cove. We had a short ride to Asheville. We will stay there again. It’s a 3 bedroom house and not 4 as Vrbo has listed in one place, but it worked for us. Thanks!

Fabulous wooded property with amazing host and lots of things to do. Horses, goats, donkeys, chickens to see and feed. Fresh eggs, lots of space and comfortable beds...I could go on and on. Feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, but great food and activities are truly just minutes away.

We absolutely loved this place! Honestly it was hard to leave the house to go shopping. We will definitely be back.

My friends and I needed a weekend away to have some fun and celebrate new babies, wedding, and just life in general. We chose this place because of the location. Downtown Ashville was only a few minutes away. Added bonus was farm fresh chicken eggs and some adorable animals. The house itself was clean and had just the right amount of beds for us all to sleep comfortably. Everything was set and ready for us when we got there and the hosts were very friendly. Definitely recommend this place if you want to just get away and relax or if you're planning on spending time in tye city. They had a full list of food and cool places to check out. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to get away.

We had an amazing long weekend, full of food, puzzles & games, and relaxing at the outdoor fire, for which Frank provided plenty of wood. Frank greeted us on arrival and gave a great tour of the house, and left us plenty of fresh eggs. The spa robes well a great addition that all enjoyed, especially after the hot tub! The outdoor grill worked great, and the multiple seating areas were perfect so that we could have a puzzle area, a dining area, etc. Couches were very comfortable when the day was rainy. Walked down to the farm to see the animals, the hike back up the steep driveway was challenging. It was only 15 minutes to a delicious brunch at the Grove Park Inn, and some shopping/walking around Ashville. Very close and convenient, we are already having deiscussions about next year's trip!

I would give this property 5 stars. We have rented 4 houses in the last 6 months and I can honestly say this was the best by far. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Hospitality was above and beyond! Provided farm fresh eggs. 🤗My family loved the option to chill and relax with the hot tub, easily track to downtown for fine breweries, or just to explore nearby. I definitely intend to return. Can’t wait to see it in the spring or fall. The outdoor fire area was a fabulous place to sir, talk, & enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Frank is a gem!

Best VRBO property I’ve ever rented.

We had a great time! Frank’s place was cozy and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to cook! Fresh farm Eggs were a hit! Thank you for A memorable stay!

We recently stayed for a girls weekend. The house is in a beautiful wooded location and is very private. It is well-stocked and the robes were a nice touch, especially for getting into the hot tub. While it is a little more remote, there are plenty of places to grab food as well as local breweries nearby. Biltmore was about 20 minutes away as was downtown Asheville. I would recommend having a car, finding an Uber or Lyft was a bit challenging.

My wife and I stayed at My Place for 3 days, and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house is beautiful as are the surroundings. We loved the hot tub.
