Excellent property, a lot for the kids and adults to do!

We have been coming to Northern Bay Resort for the last 10 years and this was one of our favorite stays! The penthouse layout is open and spacious, plenty of room for a large group. The decor is welcoming and we loved the view of the sunset over the lake peaking through the trees. We played cards and games with the kids at the large dining table. The communication with the owner was prompt and kind. Only thing I would have changed would have been a longer stay! We look forward to returning next summer!

The condo was fully stocked, clean and plenty of room! The pool was great for the kids and easily walkable. I would recommend printing the check-in document. I didn't have cell service when we got there so I couldn't access the information. The office was supposed to be open until 4:00, but it was closed early. Eventually had to use someone else's Hotspot to get the checkin info.

The property is great and the owners were very responsive and generous. We had a great time and would highly recommend it!

Plenty of space to fit family!

This was our second time renting this property and it again delivered on everything we needed! Unit is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The property owner helped us along the way with all of the I formation needed for proper and timely check-in. We will certainly consider the unit in our future plans!

Place was extremely spacious and well kept! First time staying at Northern Bay so check in was a bit confusing for us, but once we figured it out and learned our way in, it all makes sense now

Because this property is personally owned, you feel welcomed the minute you open the door. The entire resort is great, but this unit has to be one of the best on the property.

Despite multiple days of rain we were able to golf 5 rounds followed by boating later in the day. Great accommodations.

The condo is beautiful and has everything you need for a super comfortable stay. The complex is really nice and kept up nicely. Loved the sunset, walks around the property, Tennis, pool and the beach. Really convenient launch and trailer parking for those bringing your own boat like we did. Lastly, Really enjoyed working with the property owner, Bill Cahill who gave us good reco’s on things to do and places to eat in the area. I would highly recommend this property for families and a group of friends!

We absolutely loved this condo and will definitely be returning! The location is good, right around the corner from the resort's private beach access (sandy bottom!), with a nice view of the golfers on the 2nd hole teeing off in the distance. We had a 1-year old with us, and the large master walk-in closet was perfect for a pack-n-play sleeping space for her. All beds and furniture was comfortable, and we had all that we needed in the kitchen to make many home cooked meals. We also enjoyed the pool area and park. The golf was fantastic - such a beautiful course! The common area of the condo was even larger than in the pictures and we had plenty of space for our group. Nice outdoor setup on the deck as well. The area is so peaceful and beautiful, and we hope to spend some more time on the lake exploring (maybe rent a pontoon boat) at our next visit!

Very good time with family!

Overall we had a great stay! Was a beautiful place and the owners got back to me very quickly when needing something.

We were three adult couples in town for a party at the resort. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners in the condo; the best part being all of the cooking equipment in the codo. Usually you get a few pans and utensils. This condo is really someone's home (great 4th of July decorations) and you feel at home. Everything we needed was there. We will rent again in the future!

This place was very nice. The owner was great with all my annoying questions. We would definitely come back.
