We had a very time in Pismo and the deck up top was great.

We loved our stay. The rooftop is amazing. The view of the sunset is amazing from there. The room downstairs is great. The living room is a good size.

This condo had all the touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect just a short five minute walk to the pier. Parking was horrible, but not if you stay here the two car garage was a live saver. At the end of the day the rooftop patio and fireplace were perfect to watch the sunset, if the fog hasn’t set in. But, if it has you have a wonderful fireplace to warm by. We would definitely stay here again if staying in the area.

Outstanding property in a great location.

Great location. Everything was walkable. Would be nice to have double beds in a few rooms instead of a few extra mattress that go on the ground. But all in all a great spot.

This is a great beach rental located a short walk to the beach. It’s our second time renting it and love the location. There are lots of stairs and I would not recommend it for small children as the 3rd bedroom is separated from the others. It works perfect for a family with older kids. The only improvement would be to put dressers in the rooms so you have drawer space, there could easily be put under the TVs otherwise the place is perfect

Our son is at UC Santa Cruz and we are just north of LA, this location is a great middle-ground for us to meet. Super clean, well decorated, and ideal for a weekend getaway. For a quick weekend, I love a location you can park and not have to get in the car again, and still walk to the beach and a nice selection of restaurants, as well as finish the night with a firepit on the rooftop.

This condo was perfect for our girls trip. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio with fire pit and the location close to downtown and the beach. The condo is nicely decorated and well appointed with comfortable beds in the 3 bedrooms. It was perfect for the 5 of us. Be sure to read the description to understand that there are a lot of stairs, one bedroom is downstairs with separate entrance, and that the extra beds are portable fold up sleepers so might not be ideal if you have a lot of adults. Also, you are downtown so it can be loud at night. Management was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Would stay here again.

This property was nice and big, comfy and full of everything a family needs! Our 6 kids ranged from 7-14, so with the 4 story property it wasn’t a problem for us, but would probably be a bit difficult with toddlers. We loved the comfy, fold out twin beds (and want to purchase them ourselves now!) that allowed for cousin sleep overs and being able to provide flexibility with sleeping. We could walk to the beach and downtown, as well as many family friendly eating places. We also loved the amazing view from the rooftop! Check in and check-out and the whole process was easy and efficient! Rhonda was super helpful at messaging on the VRBO app and answering every question! Highly recommend!

We celebrated my Wife Birthday and had a blast. Perfect location to everything and the Condom was more then perfect. The beds were supper comfortable and bath towels were also great. Clean rooms clean bathrooms everything. The patio upstairs was awesome Perfect view of the Ocean 360 degrees mountains. Have nothing negative to say it was a blast

We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful property, great location. Easy/close walk to the beach, pier, shops, restaurants. Very clean, beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds and linens. Definitely recommend. One thing to note is there are a lot of stairs in this property, so just keep that in mind depending on the age/mobility of your guests.

Hello. This property was very clean and in a good location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. My family enjoyed our stay, but would not stay again for 2 reasons that may intrigue others. First, I have children, lots of them, 3 of them are under 4 and the stairs were quite a challenge and there are 4 stories so stairs cannot be avoided. We immediately went to wal Mart to purchase gates. Second, being that it is centrally located and seems to be other rentals surrounding the property it was quite noisy at night. Overall our stay was full of great memories. I would suggest this home for 10yrs +.

Everything was great. Only recommendation would be a coffee table in living room

This is a beautiful place in a beautiful area. The host was amazing. There are a few key notes we did run out of paper products pretty quickly and the rooftop fire place is hard to start.

Location is so great here. We had a great visit with family & the rooftop was amazing. There are alot of stairs though. But for the view, it is totally worth it!! You will not be disappointed.

Very nice property that we would definitely consider staying at again in the future. Very clean and spacious. Great location with easy access to the freeway and a short walk to the beach, pier, and shopping/restaurants. Also a great location central to other places in the Five Cities area. The property manager was excellent and very responsive. She even responded quickly to a few questions we had on New Year's morning when we were checking out. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Not a complaint, but a note that future renters should be aware of -- the third bedroom/private studio downstairs has a separate entrance from the main living area of the condo and is attached to the main living space by outside stairs that are accessible/shared with the neighboring unit (the stairs are enclosed from the public, but they are accessible to the neighboring unit). This was not a problem for us as our kids that used the room are teenagers, but if renters plan to use that third room for younger children, this is just something that they should be aware of. Again, not a complaint, just something that we did not fully understand when reading the description of the property and something certain renters might like to know. Overall, for us, it was a really great property.

The only drawback was the can opener which needs to be replaced as hit was rusty and difficult to open any cans.

In second bedroom, no shelf space or chest of drawers. NOWHERE to put anything. On second floor, a floor lamp is needed by the two easy chairs by dining room table so that one can read. Overall lighting is average, at best, especially in light of what we are paying

Property was very clean, beautiful house. Check in and check out process were very smooth. House was well stocked with towels, bed linens, dishes, trash bags, laundry pods, etc. Gorgeous views from the rooftop deck of the ocean, mountains, and the town of Pismo Beach. Great restaurants near by. Very pleasant stay.

This property is fabulous! Beautifully furnished and very clean! But the location is what’s excellent! You can walk faster than it would take driving and finding a parking spot to any popular restaurants or shops. The only suggested amenities this place lacked were an iron and ironing board, a full length mirror, and maybe updating the coffee maker to a Keurig. And yes, be ready for four floors of stairs....which helped work off all that great food we ate!

I rented this for a group of my friends and I. The living area was big and great for meals and spending time together. The layout of all the rooms was a little confusing, but we figured it out. It was a great location for us and very easy to get to.

I was having a difficult time finding a place that would meet our needs 1) Sleeps at least 10 people 2) close enough to walk to the beach 3) allow a pet... and this place had it all! We were able to walk everywhere...everyone loved it!

Our only concern was the separate studio downstairs. We thought it had direct access to the whole house, versus having to go outside on a shared stairwell to get back inside the main home. Nice property other than that concern. Thank you

Great place to stay!

This little gem of a condo was just what we needed to get away for a bit. The rooftop has beautiful views, the rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. My dad loved the gas grill and cooler on the roof and spent most of the day hanging out up there with a book and a cold drink. I do wish the fire pit on the roof put out more heat and a little shade for the day would be welcome but these were very minor inconveniences compared to how lovely this place was overall and how flexible it is for entertaining our family.

Check in was super easy. Rhonda had everything ready for us early and was very friendly and pleasant. She gave me all the info we needed to know for our stay and it was perfect! Will definitely come back here!

The property was great! Very clean and had ample parking. We easily fit 10 girls into the condo comfortably with plenty of space for sleeping and showering after a day at the beach! It is a very short walk down to the beach. The rooftop was also super fun and we enjoyed eating breakfast each morning up there as well as hanging out around the fire pit in the evening. There are very few mirrors (and no full length mirrors), so if you have a lot of girls "getting ready" it is a little tricky. Just plan extra time! Overall, it was a fantastic choice, and I would definitely stay here again.

It is a beautiful, modern home! Comfortable furniture and excellent beds, fully stocked kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils. Lots of extra towels. 3 televisions and wifi. Large table for the whole family to sit together. Washer and drier. Double car garage. Excellent location. Two blocks from the beach, two blocks from the cute stores and restaurants. Top level has a bbq, and lots of chairs. We loved watching the sunset from up there. Only in my dreams would we ever be able to own a beautiful home like this one! You will love this home as much as us and will have so many wonderful memories from your stay here.

the property was a lot bigger than expected. the location was perfect for a stay in pismo....and the view from the top......wow excellent!!!!
