It is hard to describe how beautiful and well maintained Villa Paraiso is. It was only exceeded by the service provided. Fernando and Veronica were fantastic. All the meals were delicious. it was obvious to us that Veronica had professional chef training. Fernando was extremely accommodating. Everyone of our group said Villa Paraiso was the best accommodations that they have ever stayed at. Another example of the service is that we had an extended power outage the first night. Electric company issue, not the owner's fault. Nevertheless the owner had a crew out at 9 PM at night installing a generator for us. First class service all the way. We will be back next year.

What a wonderful experience we had at this beautiful property! From the view, which is totally unbeatable, to the gorgeous home and amazing staff - it was truly the best experience we could have ever expected. I brought the "President's Club" of my real estate team to celebrate the previous year's success and enjoyed a 4 course breakfast every morning overlooking the ocean and then proceeded to relax on the lounge chairs by the pool while Sergio spoiled us with drinks and then another amazing meal. The home itself is perfect for a work function or family vacation. I plan to bring my family on the next trip and hope to see everyone again soon. Thank you for a terrific week - It was everything I hoped for and more!!

This property is the best rental we have ever had period. Everything exceeded expectations, the property is spectacular, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The daily maid service and access to concierge service were also invaluable. We look forward to returning to this property soon.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at Palmilla. It was by far the best vacation we have ever taken as a family. The house was gorgeous. Everyone had enough space and loved how comfortable the beds were. The views of the ocean were out of this world. We enjoyed swimming at the beach with the family. The staff was outstanding. We had a chef that was recommended and the food was amazing. In addition, the house was kept so clean the entire week. We also had a wonderful driver that helped us to get to all the places we needed to. I wish we could spend every day as we did at Palmilla. We HIGHLY recommend staying at this property. We can't wait to come back again!

We picked this house as the gathering spot to commemorate our son’s 50th birthday. It was a good choice. The property is beautiful in a very special location. The beach is spectacular with rock formations forming a nice cove for snorkeling at low tide. It is located between the Palmilla Hotel to the east and Westin to the leest. The younger folks in our group handled the steps down to the beach (there are 80) as well as the large loose sand with relative ease. Those of us who are in our 70’s had more difficulty, but we were perfectly happy enjoying the swimming pool up at the house while admiring the athleticism of our children and grandchildren on the beach. Chef in Cabo sent a delightful crew to serve breakfast daily for our group. We had them prepare one dinner for us of tacos, Chile rellenos and enchiladas that was, in my opinion, the best Mexican food I have ever eaten! The other evenings we ate out. The general consensus was that we should have had the girls cook for us every night! The car service was great. Always on time and very accommodating. Cabo is so busy now it is just not worth renting a car. In summary, the owner has done a great job in selecting a house manager that has assembled a very competent collection of people to enhance your experience at this property. Everything combined to make our stay a great experience. Everyone had a great time!

Our friends and we had a wonder Time here at the villa. We never had to leave and just enjoyed four days of beauty and sunshine. The chefs and Jack the Butler took fabulous care of us. We will love to come back again!

Everything was outstanding. Service, Food, House, Pool, Beach, Property Manger, And Transportation to and from the airport and to downtown. We will be staying there again.

This House was perfect for two families and located on the best beach on the Cabo corridor in my opinion, not far from the Palmilla One and Only. Our kids went down to the beach each night to watch the turtles being released and the ocean in front of the house was calm enough for our kids to swim and snorkel. The owner was very easy to deal with and very helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely consider this property if you are looking for a beachfront location with the best beach possible. The meals were prepared each morning and might by staff and the food was very good.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The beach was very enjoyable as was the pool and spa. The cooks were good. House was cleaned everyday. The table service was marginal. Adequate but no more.

Just a few minor issues. Pool didn’t work properly but people came out immediately to fix it. The property is gorgeous. Close to palmilla. The staff was excellent. We would definitely go again !!

Ten of us went down to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. Villa Paraiso is a beautiful house in a great location, super clean and friendly staff. We enjoyed whale watching from the pool while sipping margaritas. I highly recommend staying at Villa Paraiso and my family will certainly return soon.

Truly, there aren't enough superlatives to describe this house, the staff, the owner....the whole experience. First class all the way. The house is beautiful, well designed with excellent air conditioning, exquisite furniture, and amazing bed linens. We traveled down with 4 other couples to celebrate some birthdays, play golf, and generally enjoy one of our favorite areas of Mexico. From the first time we enquired about the house through the stay itself, we could not have been more satisfied. The owner, Jack, is very attentive and so easy to work with. He helped us plan our itinerary, our transportation, and our meals. We hired the chef he recommended, Jorge and his team, to cook several meals and to pre-stock the house for us. I would highly recommend this. The meals were delicious and since they cook there frequently, they're familiar with the amenities, unobtrusive, and left the kitchen spotless when they left. We also hired his recommended transportation company: Victor Cabo. Our Driver, Chuy, was fantastic and really became a trusted friend to the whole group. In conclusion, several in our group have been to Cabo many times. Usually staying in the very high end hotels while there. We all agreed this was one of the best experiences we've ever had. I can't recommend this house enough. Stay there, you'll be glad you did. Enjoy!

Our whole family takes a vacation each year for a week and we need a house that is suitable for all ages. Our family ranges from 4 years old to 75. This house covered it all. The owner is easy to work with and the staff is amazing. We hired Chef Jorge's team to cook all our meals. They were spectacular in their presentation of food and their comprehension of what we were looking for in our dinning experience. The bedrooms were well stocked and the linens were lovely. We used every bedroom, only one bedroom was not connected to the house. You had to walk through the courtyard to the main house. But this worked perfectly for us because it add even more privacy and the separate bedroom was just as lovely as the other rooms. The house is beautiful and decorated perfect. The housekeeper was efficient and kept our family well supplied with beach towels! The pool temperature was perfect. Spa was amazing and the views are not to be surpassed. The beach was lovely but it was a little rough for our young family to actually swim. But we played on the sand and in the waves. They set up a canopy for us everyday on the beach with chairs. There is a ping pong table and a pool table that add to the entertainment. We were so happy that we spent all our time there and did not venture out except for one day. And if you want to go to Cabo there is lots to explore. Overall this house gets an A+!!!! We would come again and recommend it to others. Carol

My wife and i stayed at this house with 3 other couples and had an wonderful time. The location was perfect. We were able to walk on the beach everyday and we were close enough that we could even get to the Palmilla to use the amazing spa services that they have available. The outdoor space was so wonderful and where we spent most of our time. The patio/deck overlooked the beach and we could hear the ocean and the crashing waves. The pool and spa got sun for most of the day but the outdoor table was shaded some so even when you had had enough sun you could stay outside. The set up of the house was also very nice and had everything we needed. We used about every room in the house at some point and the pool table was nice for after dinner. The Bedrooms were big and the beds were very comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge and very well done. We had added a chef and butler to the house and they did an amazing job too. All of the food was perfectly cooked and tasted wonderful. I would highly recommend this house and if we return we would love to stay here again. Thank you!

We stayed at this property for a week and had a memorable vacation. This property rivals the best vacation home we have ever stayed at. The private beach is pristine and we snorkeled every day. The view is breathtaking with a pool that is warm and gorgeous. All the bedrooms were so substantial and private. I can't say enough about this house as at every turn there are thoughtful amenities, well-appointed decor and stunning beauty. I recommend this place with 100% confidence. We do many beach vacations and this one had it all!

We've rented many different properties including staying at the best resorts in Cabo oevr the years. This is by far our favorite spot to stay when we travel to Cabo with friends & family. It's right on the beach on a small bluff so it's protected from waves and very private. We saw less than a dozen people walking or sunbathing each day during our stay. We love lounging in the pool and looking out over the open ocean watching waves break onto the beach and seeing whales. It’s also a great place for a swim or snorkeling. The view is amazing and so is the house itself. It’s huge with 5-bedrooms & 6 bathrooms with beautiful travertine stone floors throughout. It's like a mansion on the beach filled with fine furniture. It's been meticulously maintained over the years and is spotless inside and out. It's close to restaurants at the famous Palmilla resort and sushi at Nick-San. We also barbequed on a huge gas grill several nights while taking in the spectacular ocean views. One night we opted for a personal chef to come over that was coordinated by the owners for an amazing meal while we sat around a large granite table on the patio overlooking the ocean. Service from the maid & housecleaner was great too. So if you’re looking for an awesome oceanfront property to rent in Cabo, with lots of bedrooms & bathrooms, great service and a great price, this is it. We’ve been coming back for years and will continue on into the future.

Me, my friends and our dates stayed here for 5 nights and the house, amenities and location were the best. The place is visually stunning with the best views giving you the best sunrises and sunsets imaginable. You have close access to restaurants, shopping, golf courses, etc. Gourmet kitchen and BBQ allowed us to make all the meals we wanted. I will definitely be coming back again.
