the location was fine.

the water did not work for 1 of the night's. no shower in Mexico is a bit tough to handle.

Great place, staff were horribly slow at getting the breakfast started so we left without breakfast one day and went on a boat. As the sea got rough we would have gotten really sick if we would have had anything in our stomachs. So I rate it as a positive (but for most people would be upsetting).

Breakfast is not ready at 7:15 as the receptionist said. We left at 8 and breakfast wasn't ready.

I like the location nearer the center of Loreto. It is not on the water, but it is not a long walk. Quiet, secure. Easy walk to plaza. Close to Tacos el Rey and Orlando's, two of our preferred places to eat in Loreto.

No staff at front desk in the morning, so we couldn't find anyone to call us a cab to the airport. Finally, one drove by after 30 mins.

Reception is only open from 1-9 pm. Not acceptable they lock the door and leave. No security guard either. what do we do in case of emergency. No phones in rooms either.

Spotlessly clean. Tasteful. Comfortable bed, hot shower, small fridge. Fine for a night. Excellent breakfast! Good location, can walk to downtown sites and restaurants.

Rooms open out onto small closed courtyard, can hear all conversations. The room I had had a full glass wall looking out onto courtyard exposing whole bedroom, Room was small, It was overpriced for Loreto and for what it was. But fine for a short stay.

Breakfast was good, service was very pleasant. Maid was very helpful and friendly. My favorite part was the bag in the room that I was able to use for shopping and the option to purchase the bag .

pool was freezing and unheated. no secure space to stow bags at reception. staff offered no info about area nor restaurant recommendations. no area maps nor suggested activities. NOISY neighborhood: round the clock Dogs barking, chickens crowing and cars passing by. rooms are cramped, small and poorly ventilated.

Cute, very clean, and well-kept property. It is within walking distance of the main square. Breakfast in the mornings was filling and delicious! There is also parking in front of the hotel as well as on the street.

Many positives: love the design of the hotel and the rooms. In the spacious room is a huge comfortable bed, aircon, fan, mini fridge, little coffee machine & fresh bottled water every day. Incredibly clean. Great location also.

Negatives: 1. Was quoted one price in Mexican pesos when booking, upon arrival the price was different and quite a lot higher due to “the exchange rate with USD” which makes no sense as I was quoted in pesos and also paid in pesos. 2. In the rooms the breakfast is advertised as consisting of “fruit, cereal or oatmeal, small baked selection, butter, marmalade, toast & on alternate days a cheese quesadilla or egg burrito”. Breakfast actually consists of an omelette or scrambled eggs, tortillas, toast and pineapple. 3. On our last night there was no hot water. In a “4 star” hotel! I really wanted to like this hotel, but for the price and the dishonesty I would not recommend it.

Breakfast was excellent.

Be aware, the cost of the reservation was stated in USD. The hotel charged in pesos. The exchange rate they use is way above the stated currency exchange rate for the day from USD to pesos. This makes the hotel stay more expensive.
