Very nice and quiet condo at the base of the foothills. I had a great time visiting my daughter at the U of A. We did some hiking that was close by and ate some great food. This place was perfect and would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you!!

Perfect condo!!! Bright, spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Well stocked kitchen and super comfortable bed also contributed to the positive experience. Loved the location, close to the mountains yet easy access to shopping and to the valley. Also Loved the Mountain View from the kitchen and the peaceful large balcony overlooking the trees and the greens. Being close to the pool and grill was a plus. Patricia was very gracious and did her best to make our visit a wonderful experience. We’d love to return!!!

We had such a wonderful stay. What a lovely condo! My husband was able to easily work from here and I hiked at nearby Sabino Canyon Recreation Area, East Saguaro National Park and the Pima County trail. We enjoyed walks together in Sabino Canyon in the evenings. It was a bit cool for the balcony but it would have been lovely if it had been a bit warmer. We were so grateful to have easy access to a washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen. Thanks - we would love to stay again if there is an opportunity!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, quiet and comfortable! We were in Tucson for a few days vacationing and this was perfect for our needs.

The condo was just perfect for our 4 day stay to see our daughter attending University of Arizona. It was pretty far from campus but she preferred that to get away for a couple days. The place was spotless and well appointed. Patricia was easy to get ahold of throughout...not that we needed anything. Will probably be back. Grocery store, drug store and various very good restaurants nearby. Being right across the street from Ventana Canyon resort, the Catalina mountains are right there and provide a wonderful setting in the lush desert of the area.

This unit has everything you can hope for. Perfectly situated nearby Sabino Canyon, the area has everything outdoor enthusiasts could want. Nearby restaurants and shopping galore, the location is tops. Inside the condo is spotless with tastefully decorated decor and comfortable furnishings. The host Patricia is a wonderful person and cares about her guests. We highly recommend choosing this unit for your next stay in Tucson.

This condo was perfect for my husband & I visiting family nearby. The host has thought of everything you could possibly need! Very comfortable and close to many restaurants. The bed was a little soft for our tastes, and a fan on the balcony could make it more useable (it was so hot outside), but otherwise a great stay.

Love this property! So clean & Neat and close to everything; excellent communication with Owner. Bed is wonderful; patio is cozy & feels like having a glass of wine in a tree house :) The "office" reading nook was a great place to enjoy a chapter or two in that book I brought. 100% would stay here again & again :)

Very well equipped unit and quiet

This is the quietest condo I have ever rented anywhere! There is no street noise and very little noise from other units. I love that there are some shareable items left to be used — I’m talking salt/pepper, other herbs/spices, olive oil — that type of thing. This owner does not “nickel/dime” her guests; there is some laundry detergent, there are baggies, trash bags, etc. — all those things that make it easy to get by without a constant trip to the grocery. Much appreciated. I found it a little dusty (well, it is Arizona!) plus the dishes felt filmy, probably from the type of detergent used previously. We rewashed dishes and all was great after that. There are hikes at Ventana Canyon, easy to get to. We also checked out the National Park. It is easy to walk to the grocery store, Basha’s, plus several very good restaurants such as El Charro and Gavi Italian. We enjoyed this place a lot. The owner really has done a good job making it extra pleasant for her guests.

All went well. Very private and quiet condo in great location. A few minor issues that Patty immediately resolved. Thanks for the great stay!

In these difficult times, I reserved a few nights so my parents could safely travel to Tucson and visit the grandkids. We were very impressed with how clean and well kept the place was. My folks would use it again in a heartbeat. We also plan to keep this property as a go to location when we have more family and friends in town in the future. Thanks!

The condo is so cozy, well decorated and supplied with everything necessary for a short or long stay. The owner is thoughtful and responds right away to any questions. The location is great with a beautiful setting right next to the mountains and walking trails for the dog, and a Basha's shopping center just minutes away. This is a true home away from home.

Your home was the perfect place for our stay in Tucson...close to golf, hiking, restaurants, etc., and a wonderful place to come home to each day. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 2.5 months this winter and loved every minute of our stay! It was exactly as advertised, nicely furnished, quiet and close to golf, hiking and all the amenities Tucson has to offer. Patty is very nice and hospitable. We had one minor issue and she was there to resolve it immediately. She was also able to get us in the condo a couple of days early which was very helpful. She had a nice card and bottle of wine for us when we arrived, very nice! All you need to bring is your clothes, golf clubs and hiking gear to have a great time because the condo has everything else you need for a great stay in Tucson.

I came here to get away from snow and ice and to do some road biking. Condo is in a pretty development with lots of trees and very quiet. A lovely pool is nearby as well as barbecue. The 'loop' 120 mile paved trail system is only a few miles away as a beautiful canyon for hiking and biking. Tucson is a great place for riding a bike and this is the place to stay for one person or a couple (there is room for 4 with a fold-out). Patty was very friendly and considerate. I was very pleased with the quality of the condo and will come again!

This was my first experience with VRBO, and I have to say it was one that will be very hard to beat. The owner, Patricia, was very helpful and responsive to my "newbie" questions, and provided clear instructions on how to find our way to her place, as well as helpful information on places to go in and around Tucson. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed sitting on the west-facing balcony and watching the abundance of birds in the early morning. There is a line of trees between the condo and the tee box, so we didn't find it disturbing even when there were golfers, and being on the 15th tee meant we had a chance to enjoy morning coffee without seeing anyone. The condo is just steps away from a lovely swimming pool that had nice shade, and was very quiet since it wasn't heated-- not a problem for us hearty Minnesotans. I look forward to staying here again when I'm in Tucson!

Patty’s condo was the perfect setting for my wife and me. The condo was clean, well equipped, tastefuuly furnished, and the ideal location. Traveling throughout Tucson is so easy from the Greens at Ventana Canyon. The patio has a southern and western exposure so there’s lots of sun, and we spent many evenings watching the sunset. Golf, shopping, restaurants are all near by. We couldn’t be happier with our stay, plus Patty was so easy to work with.

This condo was the perfect size for my husband and myself. The condo had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen, linens, washer/dryer, and pool towels. Loved the view of the mountains from the kitchen windows. Only a short drive to Sabino Canyon, restaurants and grocery store. Patty was very pleasant and professional to work with and always available when needed. Would definitely stay again.

A true 5 star location. Patricia, our host thought of everything. Even included coffee, chips and salsa The condo was clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains from the kitchen and a quiet shaded golf course view from the balcony. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub on a regular basis. Walking distance to multiple top notch restaurants and groceries. Phenomenal hiking trails are close by Mt Lemmon is a short drive away. We will definitely be back.

It is very rare to see unanimous reviews for a property, but I must admit that everything you can read in the reviews section from previous customers is 100% true ! Indeed, I’ve rented this outstanding property in early May from Patricia, hoping that I will get the level of comfort that I had read about well… may I say that I got more than what I was expecting. Indeed, often pictures over sell a property but in this case, it is, again, 100% accurate. Moreover, Patricia has been an outstanding host and managed to offer me a condo with not only outstanding comfort, but also a complete like at home experience. In my case, I rented this property for its proximity to Mount Lemon (I spent a full week cycling near and around this great mountain…) and indeed, it is probably the best location. Moreover, you will be close to everything you need minutes away from the condo. Consequently, I give the highest rating for my stay at this unique property for its total cleanliness, modern equipment, great location and of course… friendly host!!! May you enjoy your stay as much as I did !!!

I just returned from a great three-day stay here (May 2017). The condo is very nicely furnished and equipped with everything you could need. A bonus is that the pool is just next door (but separated by another unit so no noise issues) and partially visible from the back deck. The back deck is great - quiet and shaded by surrounding trees - a really nice place to sit and relax after a day of hiking out in the sun. The owner (Patricia) knew I hadn't been to Tucson in a few years and left me recommendations for several restaurants/brewpubs around town - always nice to get additional local info other than from Yelp! My only regret is scheduling such a short stay - I'll be back again soon for a longer stay!

This condo is in a great location in northeast Tucson convenient to a grocery store, gas station, CVS pharmacy, post office and a variety of restaurants all within a mile. The condo was just as described and pictured on VRBO and owner Patricia was responsive to all communications, very welcoming, and available if needed. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated, quiet and restful with mountain views from the kitchen windows and on the opposite side a balcony that faced the 15th tee of the Ventana golf course and was surrounded by trees, shrubs, and grass which was like an oasis. The balcony was our favorite spot and kept cool from the greenery until mid-afternoon and a wonderful place to eat dinner, have cocktails or just enjoy the warm evenings. We particularly enjoyed watching the rabbits play and listing to and watching a myriad of birds including a quail family with young chicks and a roadrunner. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessities for cooking your meals including some pantry items. Laundry located in the condo made it very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with plush towels and various amenities. The condo was just the right size for us and had easy access to explore various Tucson sights. Saguaro National Park (East), Sabino Canyon, Mt. Lemon and several golf courses are within a short drive. We definitely enjoyed our winter getaway in this condo at The Greens and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great location and nicely appointed

jThis was our second winter stay at Patricia's neat condo. We highly recommend it. We wrote a nice review last year so I won't repeat, but it is still neat, clean, well supplied, and a comfortable place for two people to spend 2 to 4 month. The location is spectacular and so convenient to everything you need.
