The condo was clean and neat. Our host was very courteous and repsonsive. Highly recommend.

This property has a wonderful location and everything you need for a great time at the beach.

The view from the balcony was awesome. We sat up late into the night watching the waves come in. The beach was 40 feet away with beautiful white sand. Family had a great time. Thanks Gary

First of all, this condo is located is a great location. That’s the main reason we’ve stayed there more than once. Right on the beach and not crowded at all. Close to restaurants and entertainment. The condo host is quick to reply when needed. Condo is as described. Parking is very convenient and roomy. There is an elevator located in the garage area. I would recommend this condo.

Had an amazing week in this condo. Right on the beach, views cannot be better! Beach was pretty quiet (which we prefer). Convenient location; close to shops, restaurants, as well as Fort Pickens. Hope to be back!

Steps away from the beach! Older unit, but very clean. Updated appliances. King bed was comfortable. Covered parking. Very reasonably priced. Great views from the balcony. It was our first time to Pensecola Beach it seems like this unit is in a very quiet area. At least it seemed so during our stay. This will be at the top of our list when staying in PB.

As many of the other reviews say, the property is a little rough around the edges. With that being said, you can’t beat the location and the price. Being on the gulf side and so close to the beach made the rough edges a non-issue.

We really enjoyed this condo. Location was great and directly on the beach. Plenty of room for two adults and four kids. They also had beach chairs and a few sand toys available for our use. We would definitely stay here again!

My kids loved this location and that they had many choices of beds. They loved being able to see the beach every morning. Great location.

Our stay at Gulf Winds was great! The views from the balcony were beautiful! The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. Would definitely recommend. My only caution is the beach access on walking down the dune to the beach is slippery on the sand. If you’re older I’d go down the road to the public beach access. Other than that everything was great!

The location can't be beat. We would come back on location alone. We are willing to deal with certain things for the view & access to the beach. I'll start by saying we rent condos/houses in different beach towns multiple times a year. So I'm comparing this condo to the many we have stayed in, just in the last 3-4 years. The host was quick to answer my call & give us a work around when I reached out to her. Small things that need fixed, If the owner actually stayed in this condo for a entire week, they would see what we mean. -The master bedroom bed is very low to the ground & was hard as a rock. -We were surprised when we moved a chair in the master bedroom to find a hole in the wall. -Only 1 nightstand in the master bedroom. - Master bath had holes in the wall due to towel holders being moved?? -Both bathrooms had the door missing from the medicine cabinet, and it was very obvious there used to be doors on them, as the hinges are still there. - No coffee table in the living room. - The kitchen table is up against a wall, and if you pull it out to use it, the space gets very small. -No ice maker in the freezer, not even ice trays. -Kitchen cabinets looked dirty by all the handles, nothing a little scrubbing or paint couldn't fix. -The gate to the beach is rusted closed, so you have to walk around the building every time...which isn't horrible just not as convenient as it should be. We would rent it again, a few small fixes would really make it great.

The condo was clean and just as described in the listing. We loved the view and the neighborhood. The only thing we would change was the grill as the one there is very well loved however it did work ok, but aside from that everything was great! We will definitely be back!

This condo worked great for a preholiday celebration. I love Pensacola in the off season when it’s less crowded. This condo was just steps from the beach. The host was super responsive. It was the perfect place for our family to gather for fun and relaxation. Kitchen is also very well equipped.

The property needs a lot of attention! Stair rails are chipped and look nasty. The whole code for gates is ridiculous! The gate leading to the beach isnt working and we were told by some other guests that it hasn't in 3 years! TAKE IT DOWN!!!! Having to walk the length of the garage then back the length of the garage to the beach walk is hard to walk in, there are thorns that hurt really bad and it is pitiful! Full of broken shells and IDK what else. The "gate to the dumpster" a big joke! All you have to do is go out the drive, IT'S ON THE ROAD!!!! We never saw the gate closed. Looking at the property from the beach, it is in bad shape. Needs painting and trim work. So other than the view, being in the condo made me feel ilke I was in a Mexican restaurant all week! This property is dated and the HOA need to get together and clean it up and fix the gates or remove them and put up a board walk! We won't be back to this property again!

The condo was in a great location. The beach was so close and so clean. We loved exploring all the activities around. The only things we didn't love was that the pool isn't heated and the condo was still pretty sandy inside even after being cleaned before we arrived.

This place is awesome. Location is very private with no crowds and the views are spectacular. The family enjoyed the stay and we will be back.

This property has great access to the beach. It is very comfortable for a larger group and has a well stoked kitchen for cooking as well as an outside patio to hang out listen to the ocean.

This condo location is great and away from crowded beaches. The condo was comfortable and had everything thing you might need during your stay. Parking is convenient and there’s an elevator if you need one. Right on the beach and close to the water’s edge. Loved sitting on the wrap around deck enjoying the view. Check in was easy. Lesley, the owner is quick to reply if you have any questions. Over all, very nice and we would stay at this location again.

The condo is exactly as you see in pictures. It was perfectly on the beach and the location was perfect. My family and I had a great time.

Nicely decorated with beach theme. Plenty of room for the four of us. Could easily hold a large family. Beach towels and gear available to use. Baby playpen in closet which we would have used if my grandchildren were able to come with us. Quiet location on beach and not crowded at all. Beautiful weather and water. Appreciated that some toilet paper and trash bags were available for us to start our stay. Condo ready early, which we appreciated since we were already at beach. Owner was great at communicating. Would rent again.

Great location, right on the beach and not too crowded. The unit could use a few updates but nothing significant. Afterall, we spent most of our time outside. We did get to see the Blue Angels pratuce that was awesome.
