The house was exactly what it described. Nicely maintained. Pool area needed some work, tile in some areas were cracked. But all in all home was nice.

We loved the house. It is spacious. Pretty, clean, well stocked kitchen! Pool is great. View spectacular. A couple of little issues attended to quickly by management company staff. Filtered water inside frig discovered after a couple of days. Beds comfy. Wifi works well. It is a great spot to stay. Thank you.

This house was overall even nicer than I expected. Very spacious rooms, clean, good decor. Certain things are showing a little age (bathroom tile, pool deck), but certainly serviceable. Note that this is a corporate-run property, so they completely clean out the kitchen after each guest (though they did leave a little welcome gift that included a few spices including salt and pepper) and there is zero wiggle room with check in or out times. That said, the management was very responsive and checked in with me early to see if I needed anything. A couple things to note: the little pool is not really a hot tub, it gets luke warm at best; and the bathroom in one of the suites downstairs has a tub but no shower. It wasn’t a problem for our family to share. This location was a quick drive to lots of activities—snorkeling, surf lesson, manta ray and snorkel excursions, and there are a grocery and drug store only a half mile away.

This property exceeded our expectations. The panoramic views from the balcony were more than we imagined. Great location - we were 5-10 minutes from anything in the area. The drive to the other areas of the island (volcanoes NP, Black Sand Beach, Southernmost point) were not difficult drives. David, the concierge, was great help with excursions. I highly recommend this property.

The house and pool were amazing, the pics on the website are very accurate. We had amazing sunsets every night and we were amazed with the ocean views from this property. We had 8 people staying in the house and there was plenty of room.

This property had amazing views and sunsets! It was very accommodating for a family trip. The place was extremely clean and the furnishings abundant! The location was minutes away from the hustle of Kona and central to many beaches. Our family will never forget this place! #memories weremade

We had such an awesome week at this house. It’s beautiful and clean! Such a great view. We came with our 4 kids, ranging from age 6-15 and brought grandma too. Everyone loved it. Was well stocked. Would definitely return.

House was as advertised. A lot of room for everyone. But, didn’t like time we had to be quiet. We didn’t get to enjoy the evenings outside with family that came for a wedding! And for some reason they thought we were holding wedding at our rental!! Guards at gate were very helpful. Thank you Nick!

Great stay overall. Pool and jacuzzi temp could have been warmer for a winter visit.

We stayed with our family and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were refreshing in the afternoon. The house is well stocked and has been beautifulully updated. We will be back!

My mom is 92 and decided she wanted to see Hawai'i one more time. (She and dad had been several times in the 70's thru the 90's.) I did the research but she picked the house. We (mom, me & my brother and our wives) all had a terrific time. This house checked so many boxes...not the least of which were the daily gorgeous sunsets as viewed from the deck - every one beautiful and unique. The house is beautiful and sets beautifully in this quiet and wonderfully landscaped neighborhood. We've rented other houses on the past. this was the best!

We had to deal with a significant big issues with gnats everywhere. The screens were all warped and I literally had to have a handy man at the house three times during the stay for a pool malfunction, several leaks in the middle of the kitchen and laundry space when it rained (which is everyday in Hawaii) and for the screens to be fixed. I lived in Hawaii so I know what to expect but given the leaks the property should have not been on the market that way. Especially not at the daily rate. The property manager was prompt to respond but I didn’t pay to manage a property while on vacation.

The home is huge with lots of space for a big group. In excellent condition, clean and well stocked with the essentials (towels, soap, cooking tools etc) The tradewinds help to keep you cool but it is the tropics and can be hot and there are bugs that visit. The stairs can be a challege for the elderly and young ones. The pool is great and jacuzzi just needs to be turned on during pool hours to keep it nice and warm. Close to excellent snorkeling, Kailua-Kona, restaurants and the Captain Cook memorial area. Had an electrical problem with the internet/cable and the management company tried to problem solve over the phone and when it did not work promptly sent a handyman who was able to resolve the problem easily. Also they called to warn us of tropical storm Darby and make sure we stayed safe. Wonderful stay.

We were met by the property manager when we arrived. She gave us the grand tour and a nice overview of how the pool and spa worked. She had also generously placed an amazing HUGE Hawaiian floral arrangement in the dining room. It was stunning, as is this house. The configuration of master bedroom up and guest suites down allows for getting together for coffee, meals, drinks, but still have the luxury of privacy. We hosted two groups while we were there. First bunch was family/grandkids. It was heaven! They had a ball both in the pool and local beaches up and down the coast. Second group were two adult couples, and again the spaciousness and layout of this amazing, graciously appointed home seemed to provide everything we all needed or wanted. The grill worked perfectly and the kitchen was well equipped. We were blessed with the weather, as it was not too hot during the day (80's), and was cool at night (high 60's & low 70's), so sleeping was delightful for everyone. The pool is not heated, which is not uncommon in Hawaii, and I have to say that even tho I'm a wuss about cold water, if you just jump in, the initial refreshing shock is nothing, and the cool deliciousness of the water is divine and the pool is so well-maintained. The spa was wonderful, but if you like a warmer spa, you need to pay attention to the heating schedule of 7-10 am and 7-10 pm. If you turn the spa heater on during that time, and keep it covered, it is delightfully warm. Because we were there for three weeks, we scheduled interim cleaning and they were thorough and quick. What a treat! We cant say enough good things about this property! As far as things to do, Flumin Da Ditch was a blast and educational for parents and three kids ranging in age from 8 to 14. The FairWinds morning snorkel cruise is simply amazing, and their other power catamaran Hula Kai's morning cruise is equally amazing and fun, but you get to go to two snorkeling spots! We love going up to Hawi on the Kohala coast for lunch at Bamboo, and no trip is complete without a sunset dinner at either the Kona Inn or Huggos. If you like beaches, the Kona coast is peppered with gems with picnic shelters, bathrooms and showers. If you feel like you'd like a slower paced but fascinating, educational tour that is great for young and old alike, the Ocean Rider Seahorse Farm is an amazing tour.

All patio screens are flimsy and need to be replaced. Screen by the pool fell out the tracks and hit one of the guests in the head. Downstairs family rooms needs battery for smoke alarm. Pool was not cleaned and hours the jacuzzi came on were not very conducive to guests. Took to long to heat up

Beautiful view. Wonderful pool and hot tub. If I had any complaints it would be to have an extra set of bath towels per guest so when you wash you have a set to use. And the hot tub, we never could figure out how to get the Jets on manually.... must have been on a timer. Those were so minor, everything else was such superior quality we didn't mind.

Management was quick to remedy our refrigerator issue when we called. The home is not very friendly for young children (1 yr old). Lots of steps and the pool area was extremely slippery. The view of Keauhou Bay was visible from both floors and nearly every room. The Keauhou Shopping Center is nearby with restaurants, a movie theater, grocery store, pharmacy etc. It was exceptionally hot the last several days we were there (only complaint is that only one bedroom had AC) but this was unusual weather from our past experience.

Pool was beautiful, although quite cold, would help to have a solar cover as I saw other pools in the area have. Did have what appeared to be a hot tub with a swith that said spa heat, but was not heated. It did start bubbling everyday around 4 for hours but was a cold little plunge pool. The biggest drawback was no air conditioning. We had every window and door open and very little cross breeze. The upstairs master bedroom heated up +++ during the day and made it difficult to sleep at night. Overall we enjoyed our time but would look for a house with bedroom air conditioners in the future as there are lots out there. For the price point of this house it does need some updating.

Our grandkids loved the pool after swimming in the ocean all day!! We would seat and have our coffee and watch the whales breach from the top deck that had the best view of the ocean.
