My family and I love coming to this property. This is our fourth year staying here and already booked for next summer. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated, the property is beautifully landscaped and quiet and the perfect distance from the ocean, shops and restaurants. Can’t wait for our next trip to Maine!

This property was amazingly comfortable, furnished lovely inside and out. The landscaping and lighting in the gardens was beautiful and relaxing. Was comfortable for our group of 7 (5 adults amd 2 children) to create great family memories and still feel like we had plenty of space. Close to shopping, beaches and old orchard beach. We had a wonderful time at the Kennebunkport house. The house was sparkling clean, extremely comfortable, both inside and out. We loved just hanging out in the house! And our host was very responsive to all my questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Our Maine home rental was everything that was promised on VRBO: spacious, clean, close to beaches and downtown while still offering quiet and solitude. But the surprise was the great hospitality! Besides communicating so well in advance of our trip, the owner outfitted the house for cooking (complete kitchen setup), beach (complete complement of beach chairs and and buckets in garage), and play (variety of lawn games and puzzles for both indoor and outdoor relaxation.) We had SO MUCH FUN in our week in Maine and credit our VRBO rental for providing the perfect setting.

This house was perfect for us. Private with a large yard for kids to play safely. Beautiful clean home with everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay with your family. Plenty of space for 4 adults, 4 bigs kids with one 3 year old. Large rooms and comfortable common areas. I guess the only thing we thought could be added is a clothesline for beach towels. All communications with owner were very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this house for families looking to vacation in Kennebunkport with easy access to Goose Rocks Beach or Gooches Beach. Truly a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

We traveled with 6 adults and two children and this house had great space for all of us for the week. The landscaping is beautiful, we loved the rocks and the flowers. Location is a quick drive to the beach and town. Every room had such wonderful decor - really lovely thought and detail. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

Lots of room inside and out. Spent every nite at fire pit. Close within 15 min to everything first time at this house but already within day knew we wanted to return next vacation

As soon as we pulled in on day 1, we knew we were going to love it. The yard is impeccably landscaped with several places to sit and relax, and somehow even bugs don’t bother you, so the kids especially loved that. Inside, it was warmly decorated and comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone, and amazingly quiet if you stayed in bed later than the rest. We had everything we needed with all the comforts of home right there, with the exception of towels and bed linens, but we knew that going in. The washer and dryer kept our packing light and made it easy to keep towels and clothes cleaned. Andrea and Nick were super responsive and even when we left, and forgot some things behind, they said they’d mail them out to us. That was so very much appreciated and offered by Andrea so pleasantly, I couldn’t be any more grateful. The location is fantastic as well. Most of the places we love to visit were about a 10 minutes drive, so we loved that too. This was our fourth vacation in 6 years to the area, and easily and by far the nicest place we found. If there was a for sale sign out front we’d put in an offer, we truly loved it. We hope and plan to stay again in the future.

This is our 2nd stay at this beautiful home! Clean, comfortable, great supplies and kitchen to stay in and cook, great location!! The owners are amazing and informative! We can’t wait to book 2021!! Thank you!!

This was by far one of the best properties we have rented for our family vacation. The house is huge (we were 4 adults and 2 kids with lots of room for 2 more) and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was completely furnished with good quality plates and utensils and everything you would ever need to cook any type of meal. The garden and grounds were stunning and the fire pit was put to good use most evenings for chatting over a glass of wine. We will most certainly rent this property on our next Maine getaway.

This was our second stay at this property. We love everything about it. The private location, the layout of the house, the cleanliness, the beauty of the property, and the fire pit. That’s just to name a few reasons. The location is private, but close enough to town, the beaches, and restaurants. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped for eating in. There’s plenty of seating, and room for eating at the large table, or high hat table in the kitchen area. We loved staying here once again.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home! The house was spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. Our family enjoyed sitting by the fire in the front yard and grilling in the back. The house had everything we could ask for and we look forward to going back next summer!

The house was roomy and comfortable. The area is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the Rachel Carson refuges. We suggest to future guests that they bring a few toys, like blocks or Legos for the kids.

The home is beautiful and well maintained . All the extras like fire pit, outdoor chairs, & games is a big plus.

It was one of the coldest weekends in history and the house was cozy and the fireplace was perfect!

The house was the perfect fit for our family get away. The house is nicely decorated with a beach theme and has a homey feel to it. It is only moments away from Goose Rocks Beach which is a great family beach.

We were so comfortable in this lovely home. It was close enough to town and beaches, but in a very private area. It was so comfortable, clean, and had enough room to accommodate our family of 8, including a toddler. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of seating for us to eat together. The owner was quick to respond. We hope to return next year.

This property was wonderful. It suited all our needs. Large yard for parking, 2 full baths and 4 bedrooms. As two couples traveling together it is always nice to have your own bedroom and private bath. We were close to town (10 minute ride) but rural. Owners were very pleasant and easy to get a hold of. House is in excellent condition and very clean. Would recommend this property all the way.

We absolutely loved this place. It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Being early June, we had a couple of days on the cooler side, and were able to use the gas fireplace which was so nice. The location was quiet, and yet just a few minutes from the Beaches, grocery store, and famous downtown Kennebunkport. We really LOVED this place and look forward to renting it again.
