Great place to stay, very clean, great location on the boardwalk.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location - oceanfront / boardwalk is great! The condo is charming… nice balcony off the living room overlooking the boardwalk and beach. There is a balcony off the master bedroom that overlooks the bay. The kids loved their bedroom. We were very pleased with everything!

We decided a few days before our Anniversary that we wanted to get away. Having stayed here several times decided to see if it was available and it was. Contacted Sondra thru VRBO and she accepted our reservation and made arrangements for us to pickup the parking pass since there wasn’t enough time for her to mail it to us. The condo has always been clean when we arrive and is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.

We come to Ocean City every year to spend time with our friends. We have stayed here several times because we want to be close to where our friends stay. We like that this condo is convenient to everything and is on the boardwalk. It is clean when we arrive and has all the necessary amenities. We like the fact that instead of keys to enter the condo the owner now gives you an electronic code to enter which is more convenient.

Overall, very nice stay. Some nearby construction noise during the day...fortunately, weather was nice & we were on the beach. Owner very organized & responsive. Yes, we would not hesitate recommending to others or staying there again.

The pictures on VRBO do not do this condo justice. It is very nice, very clean, very spacious and perfectly located. We will be back multiple times to this condo I'm certain.

My husband and I and our 2 children (2.5 years and 8 months old) stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and we had a wonderful stay. The unit is very large and clean. The separation of the 2 bedrooms provided great privacy, and the view of the ocean and boardwalk from the main balcony provided lots of entertainment. The unit has been updated since the photos were taken and the beds were very comfortable. Sondra sent us a packet of very detailed information a few weeks prior to our stay, which was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Sondra!

The condo was clean and comfortable. The high floor and oceanfront balcony was great. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils needed. Oven worked well. Washer/dryer was very nice. Location was perfect right on the boardwalk. Only one elevator wasn’t the best and no ramp to bring luggage cart back and forth from car.

We found the apartment to be even better than advertised - ideal for our needs. The owner was great about promptly answering any questions we had. For us, the location was ideal.

This is a really nice condo. It has been well maintained. It's a split level with a the twin/double bunk bead upstairs as you walk in and the king bed down stairs with a balcony overlooking the bayside. The living room has the balcony facing the ocean and boardwalk. I got to see the sunrise a couple of mornings xoxo. We felt comfortable and right at home. The owner does not provide linen, so be sure to bring or pick some up at Wal-mart on the way in. Highly recommend that you bookmark this listing and always check on its availability when planning a visit to Ocean City.

This was our first time staying on the boardwalk, we usually stay in other parts of town. This condo was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to the inlet and close to two playgrounds great for kids. The condo was clean, the layout was funky in the best way possible and the views were beautiful!

Four friends, we had the best beach weekend ever. Sondra's unit was the best we ever visited in this condo. The unit was beyond our cleaning expectations. We loved the non-carpet flooring, and the big round dining table was perfect for game nights. Cannot wait for next year's girls trip.

Best location!
We have stayed at El Capitan in the past but this year tried a new unit and we are so glad we did. It was so clean, code on the door made it easy to not keep track of the keys all week, people watching from the deck is always so fun and our host was so easy to work with! We already booked again for next year!!!

Exceeded expectations
Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay! Our daughters stayed in the room with bunk beds and they were so excited to have their own bathroom! The location for us was phenomenal we were with in walking distance to everything!! The place far exceeded our expectations! It was very neat and clean! The children love that it had a pool so they had the choice! We will definitely be booking again! Communication with the owner was great as well!

The property had plenty of space for our family. Upon arriving we realized the water heater wasn’t working. The owner communicated quickly and had someone out the next day to fix the heater and compensated us for the inconvenience. Overall, a great location right on the boardwalk.

Excellent property, exceeded our expectation!
We stayed in this home for three days, and it exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, it is right on the boardwalk. It is also very close to the area where there are many rides and attractions. Sondra (owner) was great in communication. We loved it!

Wonderful Easter Getaway
Our rental was perfect location on the boardwalk. Just steps away from restaurants, shops and the beach! Car didn't need to move all weekend and the rental had everything we needed. Pop downstairs for dunkin, take it back upstairs to eat and drink on the porch facing the ocean.

Wonderful condo, great views, steps to the boardwalk
The views of the ocean on one side of the condo and the bay on the other side were wonderful. Coffee on the balcony in the morning and a glass of wine on the other side in the evening. It was so nice we never turned on the TV!. The kitchen is well stocked.
I love OC in the off season and would definitely look to stay here again. Sondra was great to work with.

Nice Condo
The condo was very nice. We enjoyed the views of the sunset and the moon everyday. It is easy to walk to the attractions at the inlet. The condo was clean and quiet.

The perfect spot
This condo is in the perfect location, has amazing ocean and Bay views, and all the little things that hotels don't offer with regards to utensils, night lights, plugs, seating, space and amenities. It's the perfect spot and was better than expected!

Great vacation spot on the boardwalk
We enjoyed staying in this condo. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The condo is right on the boardwalk and is accessible to lots of restaurants and shops. Sondra was easy to work with and she communicates in a timely manor. If you rent this condo you will not be disappointed.

Great condo in a great location!
We had a great vacation! The condo is very nice - the VRBO pictures don't give it justice. Amazing beach and bay views. The pool was never crowded and my daughter loved going every day after the beach. Sondra is super easy to deal with and the check in and out process was smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks!!

Fantastic location with amazing views!
We had a great vacation staying in this condo! The view from the front balcony overlooking the beach and ocean for the sunrise is phenomenal! I’m the evening we sat on the back balcony to watch the sunset over the bay! The condo was super clean, and had everything plus some extra amenities! Close proximity to everything! The host was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Stay in OCMD
Excellent property in a great location. Well sized for a family of 4 and a very interesting layout to maximize space. This condo has all the comforts of home plus an amazing ocean view. What's not within walking distance can be easily accessed by the Beach Bus which stops a few steps away from the property. This was our first time in a private rental and we can't wait to do it again. Thank you Sondra for sharing your piece of OCMD heaven with us!

Great place, Great location
This was our first vacation with just us. My wife and I and our 2 kids had a great time! The process of renting and staying here was extremely smooth. Sondra was very responsive and even provided her daughters contact information while she was unavailable.
Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Even has beach chairs and boogie boards for the ocean. Location is great as you are right on the boardwalk/beach. You really don’t have to drive anywhere, everything I walking distance.
We had a great time and would definitely go back!
