House is a perfect set up for a big group. Lots of large common spaces and plenty of bedrooms.

I stayed here with my family over Spring Break and we really enjoyed the home and neighborhood. There are great food and beverage options in walking distance from the home. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Seattle!!!

We loved, loved, loved our stay here—it’s spotless clean, spacious, conveniently located in a safe, quaint neighborhood with a grocery store, bakery, and the best Mexican takeout restaurant within east walking distance. Sarah was very responsive and helpful and the home had everything you need. We highly recommend this beautiful home and we would definitely stay here again when we return to Seattle.

Such a lovely home, host. Super clean, pretty, fresh, thoughtfullly appointed. We will come back often. The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score, was that it was cold in the bedroom, the cold damp environment of Seattle is hard on my body, and the host is not in control of the climate but I do wish it was warmed up before our arrival which also has environmental implications so I see that! I would have brought warmer clothing if I knew the house was going to be chilly. By the time we left it had warmed up though. I think the host is a professional and it was a sweet neighborhood too. A favorite rental property I will be returning to.

First of all, North Queen Anne has to be one of the cutest and most convenient neighborhoods in Seattle. It’s charming and very walkable. Two incredible bakeries are within two blocks of the home, which gives guests the feeling of living like a local as we ventured out every morning for our fresh coffee and pastries. But there’s no need to ever venture out! The entire home — kitchen, bedrooms, baths, living areas, lawn and MIL apartment — are so comfortable and perfectly appointed. The beds are all very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. The heated floors in the primary bathroom were a welcome treat on chilly mornings! Our family of four never used the MIL apartment, but it looked beautiful and very comfy. It also has a full kitchen, so we put the downstairs fridge to good use as we shopped and prepped for Thanksgiving dinner and family meals. Speaking of meals, we ate in every night because we came out to visit our newborn granddaughter, who lives in Queen Anne with our son and DIL. The kitchen was equipped for just about anything and everything. There was even a meat thermometer for the prime rib and the turkey, as well as a rolling pin and mat for the homemade pie crust! The owners were very communicative and responsive. It was clear that they were wanting us to have a good experience in the home. And we did! We will definitely return on our next visit out to see our son and his family.

We are a group of 12 friends who very much enjoyed our comfortable stay. Sarah made everything super easy, the property was excellent and well equipped, and the location was outstanding.

House is beautiful and just as pictured! Big wonderful space in the middle of the city. Great location close to a cute coffee shop, bakery, and good restaurants. So great to find a space that can accommodate a big group. Host very kind and helpful!

This property was perfect for our family gathering. The house was equipped with everything we needed for small children and very comfortable for our large family gathering . The location was wonderful! Our grandchildren really enjoyed being able to visit the playground across the street. The 6 year old wanted to stay there "forever".

The house was in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of tree lined streets framing stately homes with English gardens. Best view of Seattle is a 10 minute walk away. Lots of room for large gatherings. Lower apartment has a separate rear entrance down some stairs (a tad musty). Some appliances not working but overall, not a big deal. A very nice stay!

We had a fantastic time in this lovely home! It's roomy, clean, fresh, lots of towels, bedding, and everything you need for a wonderful stay. The upstairs TV room is wonderful with lots of room to gather, the kitchen is big and very accommodating and the fireplace was wonderful! Sarah was an INCREDIBLE host! Quick to respond and went the EXTRA mile to make our stay amazing. She put up a live Christmas tree for us as we were there for 2 weeks over Christmas. She hung a lighted garland over the mantel and even had gifts for our grandkiddos with some gifts for the adults as well!! Truly over the top service and home. We would DEFINITELY stay here again! The location is superb with a great grocery store 2 min away on foot and an amazing taco shop around the corner and the famous bakery around the corner. You won't be dissappointed with this house and host!

The only drawbacks were: we were given incorrect instructions to enter the house upon arrival, there was only 1 available parking spot(it had been advertised as having 2 spots), and the Mother-in-Law apt. had not been described or explained in the VRBO write-up—it is not an ideal set-up. Finally, the house was not thoroughly clean upon arrival, but the host did explain why before our arrival. However, we did have to finish the cleaning from the previous renters ourselves.

The house is wonderful. The decor is a perfect blend of modern comfort and period appropriate touches. It was very clean and provided for all of our needs. It comfortably accommodated our group of seven with several bedrooms to spare. The upper level contained a wonderful large dollhouse that kept my granddaughter entertained for many hours and the back yard has table and chairs as well as a separate seating to keep the adults happy, while our granddaughter played in a delightful play structure. The neighborhood is great, with a full playground across the street and walking distance to several markets, bakeries and restaurants which we took full advantage of. Our hosts were accommodating, going so far as to provide us with a stroller for our grandchild. It was a perfect venue for our post pandemic family reunion. Thanks for the great time.

We just got back from a long 4th of July stay at this great family house on Queen Anne! It was perfectly outfitted for our large family (which included kids, teens, young adults and tired, middle-aged parents)! We loved the layout, floor plan and the proximity to all the great sites Seattle has to offer! What a gem!

My entire family came to Seattle to spend Thanksgiving with my twin boys who are attending UW. Owner, Sarah, was wonderful and attentive and even left us a welcome gift upon arriving. The house was perfect for my family. Everyone had a bed and with the large downstairs room we were all able to fit around the table and the kitchen was perfect for my Epicurian Genius Sister-In-Law. We loved gathering around the large kitchen island and the game room upstairs was a blast for late night movie viewing and gaming. The house was well finished and upgraded, we never caught a draft and we never felt to hot, the temperature was truly just right! We even made use of the basement Mother-In-Law quarters which had another full bath and kitchen. We will be saving this house for future visits. Queen Anne is a wonderful neighborhood and so close to everything!

This house is great for large groups- comfortably slept 16 adults. Sarah was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The house has a great open concept- we would definitely stay here again.

We were expecting the property to be a bit more clean. We found that the owners personnel belongings around the property we to much, even though the owners dont live there anymore It felt like we were still in their space. We felt the price per night was to high with the defects of the property. The property is however situated in a great location.

We loved waking up each morning and heading to the coffee shop right around the corner. A great market with all you would need to stock a kitchen was right there. Loved the Queen Anne's farmers market. The kids played daily in the backyard and across the street at the huge playground. A plum tree in the front yard meant daily tasty fruit. MIL suite allowed the grandparents to escape when they wanted a break from the crowd. Great space for all the family.
