The location is perfect, short drive to great beaches and very very close to a nice plaza with coffee, bakery and great food. The house has AC throughout the house, which is great, usually you get only AC in the bedrooms. I had a simple issue with the internet and management fixed within minutes, very responsive, very professional.

We loved this condo. It was fully furnished and well-equipped for our stay and for cooking our won meals. We were very pleased with the security and the quiet atmosphere of the condo complex. The pool was great and not crowded. I would recommend this property to anyone, especially if you have a large family or multiple couples in the same condo. There is plenty of space with the living and dining areas and 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths. Great choice for the price!

Lillian’s condo is beautiful, the pool is perfect, we walked to the playa Bejuco for sunset and had cappuccino at the City center which is just down at the entrance to Del Pacifico Villas. The market is at the entrance as well so it’s easy to provision, but stopping at the local market for fresh produce would be advisable. The bus to Jaco is infrequent but the driver and all the locals are very helpful and friendly. There’s a lovely hotel bar at the very end of the beach where the sunset is very peaceful.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the three bedroom, three bath unit. Everything was accurately listed in the description. It was well appointed and comfortable as well as being stocked with many of the necessities that are often overlooked like salt/pepper, paper goods etc. One of the reviews I read before renting mentioned there were 42 stairs ascending to the front door. This proved true but none of us found the climb difficult. We especially enjoyed the two balconies overlooking the swimming pool and lush grounds. Having our morning coffee while listening to the tranquil sounds of the birds and animals was a real pleasure. And as if that isn’t enough, a short 5 minute drive will take you to beautiful Playa Bejuco where you can choose to brave the waves of the Pacific or swim in a lazy river that empties into it. Many thanks to the owners for making this property available.

Extremely nice rental property. Air condition throughout! It provides everything you need except your clothes and food. Very quite with excellent security, and close to a small grocery store and 4 or 5 restaurants. Less than a couple of miles from a secluded beach and half way between two popular public beaches.

The condo and grounds were absolutely beautiful, and Lillian made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this place!

This was our first time visiting Costa Rica and I have to say that one of the highlights - if not THE highlight - of our stay was this outstanding condo! The resort itself is impeccably maintained with a well designed and interesting landscape, as well as a spotless pool/hot tub. The convenient location between Parrita and Jaco made it easy for exploring the area. The "town center" as the entrance of the resort provided a number of places to eat and a "better than expected" food market. This, of course, only enhanced our overall experience. Before and during our stay, Lillian was quick to respond to our questions and gave us her personal recommendations regarding the area's many attractions.

This is a nice condo located in a development with beautiful grounds and several pools. It would be best to have a car as it is not located in a community, however, there is some shopping within walking distance. It is not exactly located in Parritas. There is a small grocery store, some boutiques, a bakery, and several restaurants just outside the development. The food was excellent in the restaurants we tried. There is not adequate signage if you are approaching the property by car without someone who knows the location. We found that out when the airline tried to deliver a piece of luggage to us that did not make its connection. There is local bus service available which is very inexpensive nearby; you will need colones to ride, and you also need to pay attention to landmarks to be sure the driver stops. This was our fourth trip to Costa Rica and the first time in this location. There is beach access across a busy highway. The property was very quiet, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and enjoying a light breakfast or reading there. The weather was excellent, and of course we enjoyed the tropical breezes. There are 42 steps from the ground to the doorway of this unit, so you may need help with your luggage and maybe it isn’t suitable if stairs are difficult for you. We were 3 adults, and were very comfortable in this space.

Great location between Jaco and Quepos. Many restaurants and shops were within a 5 - 10 minute walk. The condo is beautiful and nicely furnished. We had the pool to ourselves for most of the week. There are some things that need maintenance. The hot water fluctuated between scalding and cold, and the blinds are worn out. Overall, a wonderful week with superb weather in early December.

My family and I stayed at Casa Feliz for 10 nights Dec'18. I am so glad I came across this property, it is absolutely stunning! So tastefully decorated and comfortable.It was so nice every morning getting up to have our coffee on the large balcony, seeing and listening to the birds.The villa is really clean and well stocked with dishes and appliances to prepare meals.The grounds are beautiful and the pool area lovely. Easy drive from San Jose and a short walk to Playa Bejuco across the road.We loved that there was a "Town Plaza" just at the entrance of the property. Good little supermarket, with fresh baked baguettes every morning, several nice restaurants, coffee shop, craft brew,pizza. We particularly liked La Fondua.You are situated within easy reach of Manuel Antonio park , Quepos with its marina and Dominical (two stunning waterfalls) to the south and Jaco and lots more lovely beaches to the north. We saw so much wildlife it was amazing - from scarlet macaws, monkeys, frogs and even a sloth with a baby! If you want a jungle drive with a breathtaking view and a little adventure try TiKo Restaurante Mirador Surf & Turf. Fantastic service, food and view! I could go on and on about this villa - how beautiful and comfortable it is - and the owner Lillian Bickel is excellent to communicate with. If you are thinking of visiting this area don't hesitate with this property. It truly is paradise - we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We loved our time here. The villa is nicely laid out and very quiet. The pool was fantastic and we were normally the only ones there! The owner was genuinely kind and helpful. We found driving from the San Jose airport and getting to the area beaches quite easy, despite it being our first time in Costa Rica. We saw lots of birds from the balcony, including a toucan. This place was exactly what we had hoped for! This place was a highlight of our long planned trip to Costa Rica!

This condo is incredibly nice, well decorated, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked excellent and the pool was fantastic. There are excellent restaurants that are fairly priced just outside the gate of the complex. The location is in the middle of everything we wanted to see (45 minute drive to Manuel Antonio). I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, ample and comfortable apartment with view, catching cool breezes and the sunset. Everything we needed was provided and available. The bedrooms are very well appointed with comfortable beds, the bathrooms also are great. we enjoyed the pool area and also the nearby beach. There is a well-stocked supermarket right outside the complex, as well as various restaurants. For any other needs, the upscale Automercado is a 20 min drive away. We spent a day in Manuel Antonio Park, which is a 45 min drive away. The whole complex is very peaceful and tranquil. Definitely a place to return to!

Relaxing and convenient place to stay.

Lillian, I don't even know what to say. Your condo was incredible. We absolutley loved it. We got up early every morning and early evening and made pictures of McCaws, Birds, Anteaters, and Squirrels in the large tree off your balcony. Enjoyed the pool and surroundings. Your condo had everything we needed and more. My husband and I slept great on the kingsize bed. The condo is away from everything and that is what we liked. We rented a car and drove down the coast and enjoyed Quepos, Manuel Antonio Park, Parrita and many other places. Took a Damas River Cruise to see the monkeys with Rafa and it was so much fun. We also went to Jaco during the day and went to Puntarenas. Stopped at many fruit and vegetable stands (they were incredible). We put a lot of miles on the car-really enjoyed it. We love the restaurants down the hill. We had quesadillas, pizza and pico de gallo from La Mana. It was great. Harold and I want to thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We would highly recommend it. We were not sure about all the steps but it was worth it. We had a great view and could make wonderful pictures from the balcony. Again, thank you for everything. Our Christmas of 2017 at Casa Felix was PERFECT! From the friendly greeting by the guard at the gate who handed us the key, followed by the anticipation during the drive up the winding hill to Unit 11, we knew we were in for an elegant experience, topped off by the impressive wooden double door entrance with CASA FELIX across the top. Elegance is the best word for it. It was delightful just as we pulled into the parking area having a staff person appear to help us carry our luggage, then disappear before we could get to him with the tip. Sandra, the manager, and her assistant were right behind with lighting the lovely vanilla scented candle that creates such a welcoming feeling. That wonderful balcony with the beautiful views of the pool, the ocean off to the left, and the tropical trees so close, seems like a magnet for beckoning one outside to experience the gentle breeze and comfortable furniture. Although we enjoyed checking out the many restaurants at the foot of the hill next to Del Pacifico, cooking meals in the condo was so very easy in the well equipped kitchen and then dining in the beautiful dining room with the pineapple welcoming motif. The surprise of our experience was the appearance of a kinkajoo, or honeybear, at the bathroom window our second night there. He obviously wanted to come in, but when we all descended with our cameras, he moved on. We think we heard him scratching on the window another night, but it was too late in the evening for entertaining any more guests. We stayed at Casa Feliz for a week and had a wonderful time. The home emits just that "happiness" it is a peaceful, family oriented place perfect for relaxing. At the same time it is within close proximity to the bustling town of Jaco and the beautiful national park of Manuel Antonio. A perfect place for day trips to the beaches. The property is nestled amongst lush tropical vegetation and fauna. I would definitely recommend this property.

Casa Feliz was delightfully surprising from the time I pulled into the front gate and was met by a friendly, smiling guard. The grounds are breathtaking as you drive up the curving access, but they are nothing compared to the apartment itself. It is beautifully appointed, with something lovely to look at everywhere you turn. It has all the amenities you could want--a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, and living room that makes you not even want to go out exploring! The deck offers a splendid view of the ocean horizon, the beautiful pool, the surrounding tropical vegetation complete with nesting birds. And the location! It is close to many sightseeing options, dining choices on and off the property, adventures, surfing, off-road exploring, fishing and more. If you run out of anything you need, there is a small grocery store right on the premises. The only real drawback with this site is that sooner or later your time runs out and you have to go back home to face reality. Getting there: it is an easy drive from San Jose or from the airport. The bus can stop right in front, but you really need a car to get around. There are two spectacular marinas close by in case you want to park your yacht and go inland for a few nights! The town of Parrita is very close and welcomes visitors to annual festivals, parades and other activities. Really, I would rather not tell you about it and just keep it to myself. Except the place is so well designed that you are not at all bothered by people in other units. You can enjoy your privacy, and there are rules about noise levels, to keep everyone happy. So I guess I will tell you about it anyway and wish you a pleasant stay.

Very luxurious, yet economical, “Casa Feliz” (Del Pacifico resort) proved to be an outstanding choice by three old friends and me for our three week Costa Rica trip in February 2015. We’ll return!!! The beautiful furnishings and interior appointments of Casa Feliz exceeded our expectations, as did the lovely ocean views from the 2nd. floor balconies. When not “out and about” or otherwise enjoying this lovely area, we enjoyed some really great R & R both inside the condominium and outside around the pool and hot tub. A bus stop on Hwy. 34 directly in front of Del Pacifico made it easy for us to access shopping, dining and lots of fun destinations, both near (Parrita, Jaco, Parque Manuel Antonio) and far (Nicoya Peninsula and Monteverde and next trip, Oso Peninsula) without the costs and liabilities associated with rental vehicles. Of course, taxis and other transportation are readily available. Lovely and comfortable, Casa Feliz is exactly as described by its responsive and accommodating owner/manager Lillian Bickel. The four of us went to Costa Rica for a relaxing, rather than hurried vacation, and that is just what we got!!! RELAXATION!!! I highly recommend Casa Feliz as your luxurious and comfortable home "away from home."

We stayed at Casa Feliz for five days and had a fabulous time -- we loved it! We're a family of five and our children range from 5 years to 8 months. The house was setup perfectly for our family; spacious, comfortable, plenty of room to unpack suitcases, and situated in a wonderfully quiet community. Two smaller families could stay there with ease. We spent our days visiting with friends who have their own beach house in Esterillos Este, going back and forth between the ocean and their pool. At the end of each day, nothing felt better than coming back to Casa Feliz, hot and exhausted, and enjoying refreshing showers, air conditioning, and letting the kids settle down in a cozy bedroom free from bugs. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need, including tupperware. It was easy for us to drive the ten minutes to the nearest grocery store and stock up for the stay. The balconies have great views and are for perfect for morning coffee and reading. Because we were often out with friends, we didn't make as much use of the community pool as we would have liked, but it really is fantastic, with a shallower kiddie pool that our kids loved. Additionally, Lillian was great to work with. She's very quick and responsive with communication and took a sincere interest in making sure we had a good stay. We would happily go back to Casa Feliz and easily recommend it to others.

Wonderful getaway in a beautiful location! Imagine this, a view and sound of the ocean from the balcony as well as the pool, wading area and hot tub located right below. Being from Colorado I especially appreciate the lush tropic floral gardens and thick green landscaping while listening to the tropic birds. The unit is quiet but other guests or home owners are also present for the chance to have social interaction. My personal favorite activity in Costa Rica is as a beginner surfer. With the help of instructors the surf was easy enough for me to get up on the surf board (60 plus year old women) but challenging enough for the World Championship of surfing to be held in the area. I was able to find quality surfing instructors both at the local beach and in neighboring Jaco. Surfing is much like skiing; you can find “green” waves and “black diamond” waves just a short distance away depending on wind, tides, and bottom structure. Riding the zip lines over the rain forest with the view of the ocean approaching was also one of my favorite days. Located on site is a stable with horses and tack for a ride on the trails where I overlooked the ocean, rolling hills and saw and heard monkeys calling. Often in the evenings, we’d travel to a local restaurant where we dined on local fish delicacies and fresh fruits and vegetables. One year of the two I stayed at this condo, we chose to travel by local bus both to and from the airport and visit the neighboring towns for groceries and activities. I always felt comfortable and safe and enjoyed the local Costa Ricans. I am a non- Spanish speaker, but the locals went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I highly recommend this condo for a peaceful getaway. I traveled with a group of 5 women once and two of us on another stay and found the accommodations to be beautifully decorated, very functional and clean. I vote “yes” for this being a place to stay.

A wonderful getaway. This is a very beautifully decorated, comfortable condo that accommodated 6 adults for a week. The grounds are very lovely and the pools are just a delight. Very often we were the only ones using the facilities. The beaches, about a 5 minute drive away, were so beautiful and hardly another person on the beach. The local restaurants were quaint and the food was excellent. We never had a bad meal while we were there. This condo is remote, yet close enough to enjoy the tourist attractions. You will need a car. As stated in the description it is a second tiered condo so there are many steps. Something to consider if you have any physical limitations. We really enjoyed our stay.
