Just what i was expecting.

We had a wonderful trip. My mom, boyfriend and I were in Destin for my cousin’s graduation from Niceville High. We decided to make the most of it and booked our stay a few weeks ago. We even brought our two dogs. The house was really nice, exceptionally clean and in a wonderful location. We were less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. We loved it and would definitely come back.

Will definitely stay here again. It was a great location and super nice house… only downfall was they were building another house across the street so there was a lot of traffic and commotion in the morning but night time was great….

The property was clean and the location was great for us. My family of five stayed plus our dog. We were a 10 minute walk from a beach trail and a 10 minute drive from the harbor boardwalk and other beautiful beaches. Super easy check in also! We loved being able to cook and relax in between adventures! We will definitely be back.

Very beautiful area. It was very nice place to stay house had all that we needed the beach walk was further than we thought but other than that it was very good. Clean place , two parking spaces. Seemed very secure in this neighborhood. Great time seeing the dolphins and enjoying the white sand beaches!

Spend 4 weeks here and did day trips to Panama City, Pensacola, and other locations along the gulf coast. Comfortable with all bedrooms upstairs. Only thing I wish they would had a few more simple kitchen items like salt and pepper, tinfoil etc. Would recommend this place to others.

Very clean, quite area and close to almost anywhere you would need to go

The entire upstairs stayed hot. Had to call for AC service techs twice. Spent almost $200 on fans just to comfortably sleep at night. Was told we would be refunded for fans but never heard anything back from the property manager.

I absolutely loved this tiny townhouse. The location was close to everything we needed or wanted. The only con was that there was too much furniture in the master bedroom to where you could not open the bathroom door all the way causing me to jam my toe and bruise my forearm. This townhome in particular wasn't very toddler (16 month old) friendly but we made it work. We loved that the kitchen had dishes (besides it being all glass) and that we could grill. We enjoyed being able to walk 2 minutes to the beach that wasn't crowed and then at night being able to curl up on the comfy couches and watch movies.

My wife and I loved staying at this property! It is close enough to any touristy attraction that you feel included but the private lagoon next to the property is quiet and relaxing. It is the perfect mix. The management for this property is top tier! They are so easy to communicate with. The property was clean and they had thought of everything we could need!

The location was perfect for beach access and shops! Even a necessary drive was a short trip! Board games and WiFi kept everyone entertained during a storm. THE BEST location for return visitors or new timers!

This was our yearly girls trip celebrating birthdays and new adventures (one of us is moving to Korea to teach English) The stay here was perfect!! So clean, well put together, close to the beach with its crystal clear waters and very relaxing both in the home and any of the seating areas outside the home (porch / balconies). Plenty of touristy places to shop and dine. We just loved the whole experience. The best place that we have stayed and we recommend it to anyone that is considering staying there.

We had an incredible time. Appreciated the full kitchen for cooking including the grill and outdoor sitting area. We would absolutely recommend and come back again!

Great home . Very cozy and clean, we also loved the close proximity to the beach. It truly felt like home away from home!

The property is about a 5-minute walk through the beautiful sand dunes to the water. The water is gorgeous. The snorkeling was great and it was fun to see the dolphins.

This townhouse was perfect for us. The location is great...just a hundred yards from the beach, and in a small court with no traffic to hear or worry about. It is an older home, but everything worked, the appliances are newer, there are 3 tvs and they work well, the wifi signal is strong, and the home is well stocked. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils and gadgets needed....even a good blender. We were impressed how well stocked it was too...there is a big gas grill on the back patio and they even have a second LP tank available in case the first one runs out. We stayed for three weeks so we needed to clean a few times and there are all the cleaning tools needed....even extra bags for the vacuum cleaner. Very well thought out. We enjoyed the upper decks...there are two of them. They were great to sit out and soak up the sun during the day, and gaze at the stars over the ocean at night.

Close to shopping area & other attractions. Short walk to the beach through nice dunes. Beautiful white sand and wide beach, safe & clean. And you don't pay a penny to go to the beach like in local state parks. We went to one, paid for entry and only one restroom was available. The property is on a private street & it is quiet. It has a great deck with a new gas grill & fish cleaning area. Each room has its own deck which is very convenient. For our group of 4, it was not enough coffee mugs, plates & silverware. Had to wash dishes often. It is hard to read at night in the leaving room, there is no floor lamp & the ceiling lamp does not give much light. In my opinion, it would be hard to accomodate 8 people for a longer stay. Overall, we loved this place & will come back. I highly recommend this property.

Super easy and fast!

This was our first time to Destin and this rental made our stay. Nice and quiet with a short walk to the beach. The sunset Dolphin cruise is a must. October is perfect weather. Not too hot, and still warm enough to swim. Can't wait to come back.

2nd time back, for a reason. We love this 2 Story condo/townhouse. Feels like home as soon as you walk in. Was much easier walking to one of 3 beaches of your choosing with our kids a little older… 4 and 3, as opposed to 2 and 1 the first go round. We lucked out of a bad hurricane (Prayers for those effected in southern Florida) and had great weather and lots of beach time. The grill was convenient for cooking and we had all we needed to post up. Short drive to the harbor boardwalk if we wanted to do Some sight seeing or order a yummy meal. We’ll be back. We love this place.

Property was clean with tons of amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet location and beach was super close. Only down side was it was not within close walking distance of any grocery stores/restaurants/ bars. But plenty of ubers/lifts/water taxis available. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time on our girls trip! Very spacious condo with everything we needed! Would highly recommend.

Location was great less than a 5 minute walk to beach..water was so nice and blue with white sands.. everything is close by

The beach was much farther than lead to believe as it is 100 yard walk thru the dunes and once on beach had limited beach due to resort next door. Not easy for older guests.
