I stayed at this condo with my fiend and our 2 five year olds for a long weekend in the winter. It was super cold out but we managed to get in some beach time and play in the pool. The condo was perfect for us and just as described. Julie was also super responsive when I had questions. Our kids were in love with the place and we would most definitely stay here again!

The condo was nicely laid out and had a spacious common area. Kitchen had nice appliances and was well equipped compared to most rentals we’ve stayed at. It was great that all 3 bedrooms had a bathroom and ocean views. Grocery store and miniature golf were nearby. This was well suited for an all adult group that was less interested in a lot of resort amenities. Some in our group did enjoy the hot tub. Host was very responsive and checkin and checkout were easy.

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Julie was great about responding to inquiries promptly. Each of us loved having our own bedroom/bathroom and the views were awesome. Ample seating, plenty of cookware and dish ware made it very pleasant. We also enjoyed the ocean spa and the indoor pool. We will definitely stay here again

Enjoyed our time at the beach. Condo was clean and owner was available anytime needed. I had no issues.

We had a small gathering of some family members. The views of the ocean were great. The space was just right for two couples and one single person. The owner was responsive to our requests.

The property was wonderful for our group of 7. It’s in a great location. Beach access was easy and pool was fine. Parking was plenty and within the building. The property manager was very responsive from the time we booked.

We enjoyed the week! The place was as advertised! Wonderful!

The condo was very nice and had so many things for the beach such as chairs, toys for the kids, as well for the kitchen. Great for families. I had one 10 year old and he always found someone to play with at the pool. Julie was great. I wil recommend this condo to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach in the future.

We had a bad problem with fruit flies. Made a concoction to catch them. Forwarned about the bikers weekend. Pretty bad experience. We also recommend in the master bathroom putting hand bars on the walls to be able to hold on to. Was hard getting in and out of tub. The tub grout needs to be cleaned due to Mold. In the master bath close off the Clutter space as a closet. Could use some updating, furniture, linens. Other than that we had a great time even with the weather. Thank you.

The condo was well stocked, clean and was the perfect location. The beach views were amazing, all amenities in the building were functional and available for our visit. Jules was very responsive and communicative throughout our entire stay. Great rental, great property owner. Thank you for a great vacation!

Lovely condo on the beach. The scenery is beautiful. Condo is well stocked especially if you want to cook there!!! Jules is very responsive. Furniture is a little outdated but we didn’t go there for the furnishings-we went for the beach and it’s very centrally located near all the action. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and it’s own balcony-so nice! The kids will love the pool.

This property is very easy to be at. The safety codes to get in and out of the building, pool area, and the condo unit were so easy to use. The Beach is absolutely amazing! We had 3 balconies and enjoyed them too but especially the main one with the 6 of us sitting for sunrise and sunset just a step out of the great room area. The building and condo unit were kept very clean but the condo unit itself iis very dated with drab furnishings that are well worn. However that is just a visual ovservation and it did not affect our stay. What did affect our stay was that the hot tubs were not working. One was not running the entire week we were there and the other wasn't hot! We did call Julie but she didn't answer. Some of the days the hot tub was maybe 99 but never warm enough to sit in plus the wataer level was low. Also the lazy river was not running but being upgraded which was being filled the day we left. Did we still enjoy this trip.......absolutely! I really feel though that we should have been told that the hot tub and lazy river were being worked on and not usable as expected. We talked with some condo unit owners their and they said these issues have been going on since at least February. Which to us seems like they were deceptive with us.

The host was great and very responsive, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, unbenownced to her, the indoor pool and lazy river which drew us to this property were not in service during our stay.

The condo was wonderful!! The views are amazing the proximity to all the attractions is fantastic!!! The only issue was the lighting in the pool and parking areas, they need to be updated and brightened. Julie and the condo itself were awesome and exactly as advertised.

Absolutely beautiful condo, very large with lots of space, you can't get a better view of the ocean, watching the moon and the sun come up was awesome, lots of great memories, this was out second time here in two years and we'll be back. J. Davis

Property was as advertised. Communication with Julie was excellent. All 3 of us enjoyed having our own room, our own bathroom and our own balcony. Plenty of towels and extra blankets were provided. The view from the oceanfront balcony was amazing and there were plenty of chairs provided for sitting out there and enjoying the ocean air. The indoor pool was a plus as it was a little too chilly to get in the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

I packed my mom, wife, and 4/6 yo kids up for a long president's day weekend at Myrtle Beach. Location 5/5: Mom prefers the Cherry Grove area and this is very close. Easy trip to Boulineau's for groceries, very close to Barefoot Landing for shopping. Duplin Winery for cheap but entertaining wine sipping and not too far from the Aquarium/Broadway at the Beach. Condo Building 4/5 Building is dated but offers 4 levels of parking, shopping and luggage carts, new(ish) beach access walkway, indoor pool, outdoor pools, and trash chute. Condo 3.5/5 The 3 Balconies are the star of the show. Couches and Beds in need of replacing. The kitchen was nice and well equipped. W/D is always helpful at the beach. The couches are laughably uncomfortable. The beds are worn out, not the worst but below average for sure. Kids had no problem, mom has a bad neck/back and was very uncomfortable, while my wife and I sank into ours laughing at night and cringing in the morning. Host 5/5 Nice, responsive, and even checked in with us to make sure everything was okay.

My parents, brother & I stayed in this unit for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The bedrooms are big with private bathrooms and balconies facing the ocean. The building is close to lots of shopping, restaurants and other activities in tge area. Julie was quick to repsond when I contacted her. We definitely plan on staying here again. Thanks!

This place is just beautiful! Exactly as described and the pictures are current, Perfect location - everything is close by. The view of the ocean is perfect - we so enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sitting on the balcony just enjoying the ocean. Everything was wonderful and I’d recommend this property and this host to anyone!!! Would stay here again and again.

It was a perfect place for my husband and me and our friends. It was not ready when we got there but a phone call to Julie got the ladies there and when we came back from dinner all was ready. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and appreciate all of Julie's help.

This property was wonderful. Besides having all that one would expect, the owner provided a number of thoughtful touches. The owner was extraordinarily responsive to inquiries, providing prompt and complete information, and even emailed me after check-in to be sure all was right. If a stay in North Myrtle Beach is planned, this property should be at the top of everyone’s list!
