Place was exactly as advertised. Communication of host was immediate, and place had everything we needed. Would stay again

The home and all its amenities are wonderful and perfect for our group. Having never been to St. Pete, we didn’t realize at first glance how “unpretentious” the neighborhood would be, but we quickly adapted and ended up having a great time.

Pool and dock are great for relaxing. We saw manatees and a dolphin. House was clean and accommodating.

The heated pool overlooking the bay was a huge plus. We loved seeing Manatee and dolphins in the bay. The house had plenty towels and the kitchen was fully stocked. The twin size beds are standard but the King size bed was SUPER comfortable and pillows were very nice. The Master Bath and shared bath shower water pressure could be better but the house does have an outdoor shower right off the patio that has great water pressure. We really enjoyed our stay and had some amazing food at the local restaurants. Amy communicated very quickly and was very helpful. You wont be disappointed with this home.

The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to downtown and the beaches. We had a wonderful time there.

Fun

The pool area was nice. There was plenty of cooking utensils. We would have liked a gas grill to cook on. The stove and cooling system were difficult to use.

We had a wonderful visit at this property and enjoyed fishing from the dock, watching manatees in the canal and kayaking with the rentals available. The house is lovely and has a great setup for friends and family to have their own spaces. The neighborhood is nice, the neighbors are very friendly and it is in a convenient location. Would highly recommend!

House was generally as described in listing and Amy was a very responsive and helpful host. I would describe the house as neat and comfortably lived in with board games, books, blankets and other homey things. As many guests have stated, the pool area is the highlight of the property with a decent sized pool, plenty of lounge chairs and a boat dock. The water in the channel gathered lots of seaweed and algae since its a dead end but the views are better than a dull backyard. We had a few issues with housekeeping upon arrival which was disappointing since there's a cleaning fee. Amy would have happily sent the cleaners back but we just wanted our privacy so we rolled with it. In general, the place was clean and well stocked. TV's are all over the place if you need it. We spent most of time in the large living/dining and open kitchen areas. The small coffee station with undercounter fridge is a nice touch. The bedrooms are decent sized and the master bedroom has a useful alcove/desk area. We were in town for a long swim meet so we drove back and forth to the Aquatics Complex in North Shore Park which was about 17 minutes drive. We grabbed supplies at Publix along the way which made staying at the house easy. The neighborhood might appear a little worn down in areas but everybody we ran into waved hello. The nights were quiet and the streets were calm. After returning home, we gave Amy a list of suggestions to improve things a bit from our viewpoint and she graciously thanked us. If you're looking for a low key stay in a homey place in south St. Pete, this is a nice option. John

The house was exactly as pictured and was truly perfect for our stay in St. Petersburg. We wanted to be able to hang out at the house and easily get to the beaches - which we were able to do! The only slight down side is that the house is truly in a neighborhood - it's totally on the outskirts of St. Pete so you definitely need a rental car. But otherwise, the homeowner was super responsive and everything was great!

Communication w/ Amy was great, no issues. Pool is great place to chill and the full bath off the back sitting area is perfect. House was fully stocked and decor is beautiful. We had more than enough room for 4 adults and 2 teens. Centrally located in a small, quiet neighborhood in Coquina Key- great for day trips to nearby beaches (Pass-A-Grille was our go to) and near Downtown for restaurants and shopping. Home is at the end of the canal and the kids had no luck fishing- I think that was their only complaint. Beds were comfy (as were the couches) and more than enough to do at the house (board games, movies, books etc.) We really enjoyed our first trip to the area.

This home is gorgeous, clean, and has plenty of supplies for renters to use such as pool/beach towels, beach chairs, grill, fishing rods, pool floats, sunscreen, and coffee pods just to name a few...they really thought of everything. We have two kids ages 2 and 4, and it was so awesome having the pool right there, the dock there to fish, and the kitchen to cook, etc. It is also within walking distance to a playground and a short drive downtown. It was so perfect and we will 100% be renting this home again and again.

Amazing house. The pool was perfect we saw manatees hanging right off our dock and dolphins while kayaking. Great fishing too. Plenty of room to spread out and the owner was super helpful. What a great spot I’d rate above five stars.

Everything we needed for a great vacation, beautiful backyard right on the water with all of the amenities we needed- including lots of games to entertain us when the weather wasn’t cooperating. Owner was great with communication, overall we were really pleased with our stay.

Loved the location! The beds were very uncomfortable and the furniture flimsy. Felt like we might break things. Overall a nice stay.

Our experience could not have been better. The house, the accommodations, the pool, the view, the beaches, the Chattaway restaurant, the books!! It was all perfect!

The property was all that it was advertised as. Very central to restaurants, downtown, pier, shopping...everything you could want. Clean and comfortable and the pool was a big plus. Would definitely consider renting again. Owners were great to work with.

Great place to enjoy St Pete. Close to town, spacious living area, well stocked cabinets and pantry, comfortable pool. Large with movies, games, and fun spot for kids.Its wonderfully located right on the canal which makes for great views and easy water access.We stayed during red tide and the canal was loaded with dead bloated fish. The house and yard had a bad rotten fishy smell the whole time unfortunately. Not the owners fault of course. The windows were closed but the smell still made it in. Made it hard to enjoy the pool too - candles, fans, and my kids unrelenting intent to swim had us in the water anyway. But not great. Owner was very courteous and responsive while we were there. Wish we would have booked away from the red tide death but unfortunately we had a large group meeting us in St Pete that week so rescheduling just wasn't possible. Would recommend staying here but would suggest waiting until after red tide has passed as the smell is quite unbearable.
