Limited light breakfast, but very good DIY waffles. Comfortable king bed, room size a bit tight, but adequate. Sound barriers excellent, as the hotel was completely full and there was no noise issue at any time. Bathroom and closets are fine.

Too many cockroaches. My wife and I took turns sleeping so one of us could stay up and watch our kids. We had to keep killing and removing roaches from their bed and our bed also

Room was nice - could have been a bit larger

Someplace to sit other than the bed or a desk chair would be nice - able to hang more than one towel would be nice. Breakfast was the same every day - reviews said it was different but it wasn't - fresh fruit other than an apple, maybe some Danish - scramble the eggs now and then instead of just frying them.

An elevator was out of order for two days, breafesr was not good.

1. my room door would stick and was hard to open from both sides 2. pillows are too small and too soft 3. someone else’s hair in shower 4. hot water for the shower in the bathroom didn’t work, luckily I had two showers and the one by the front door worked 5. The elevators broke not once but twice during my stay. I had to carry all my luggage down four flights when checking out. 6. furniture was worn and needs to be replaced/refurbished 7. the coffee was terrible, it smelt really bad and tasted like the machines need to be cleaned

The clean smell when you walk into the lobby. How nice housekeeping kept my room (506). They ensured I had enough shampoo/conditioner and towels which was great since I was working in an office. The room was a little loud since it faced I-275, but I still could sleep because I was tired, but the room also had the blackout curtains. Spacious room. Bed was fine.

Breakfast. Not sure how a sausage patty and egg patty (since it was a flat egg) are considered a hot breakfast. I would have liked bacon or potatoes or scrambled eggs. Something to show it was fresh and not microwaved from frozen because the first morning, my sausage was ice cold in the middle.

We had a roof over our heads.

Everything else. We arrived to find the king room we had booked was on the 4th floor and the elevator was broken. The only alternative we were given was to take an ADA room with double beds on the first floor at the same price. The floors in the room were filthy leaving black residue from our feet when we stepped into the shower. Breakfast was already being removed from the dining area 20 minutes before the posted end time of 10:00 am and what remained was basically inedible. The woman at the desk on our arrival showed no concern about any of our inconvenience.

The beds. Hated the beds and I was charred for 3 rooms and so only reserved and checked into 2.
