We stay in T2 every year for the Ironman. This unit had everything we needed. Was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness…throw rugs definitely needed to be vacuumed or replaced. Loved that this unit was tiled and not carpeted

Unit needs some updating, but otherwise an enjoyable place to stay for 2 nights. Very roomy bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area and close to restaurants & shopping. Killer views!

Property is in a great location and the resort offers several pools. We especially liked the store on site that offers Starbucks. As well as the bar that is open until about 10 pm for some adult time

We had a great vacation. This property was perfect for our family. We can’t wait to do it again.

Views from the dining room and balcony and recliners were awesome. It was windy during our stay and had a storm. My wife and I just sat and watched. Views were worth all. Everything we needed here.

This property is in a great location and has great views. Check-in process was easy. However, we were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property. Some examples are: 1. Comforter on beds were so disgusting that we went to Walmart to buy a different blanket to use. I travel frequently for work, and this is the first time I ever felt the need to buy a blanket to replace a comforter. 2. Sofa was also very dirty, and we used another blanket to cover it so we could sit on it. 3. One of the recliners was broke and when you sit in it you lean significantly to the right; 4. The bunk beds sheets had hair on them making us wonder if they actually were washed; 5. Hot water on bathroom faucet didn’t work; 6. Ceiling fan in bedroom only worked if light was on due to pull chain being broke; and 7. The floors and rugs were very grimy as if they hadn’t been cleaned thereby necessitating wearing shoes or slippers at all times. Other general concerns: 1. The hot water tank doesn’t seem big enough for the number of occupants. We routinely ran out of hot water for 6 of us taking showers. 2. The bunk bed setup was concerning. It appears to be two closets converted into a bunk bed. Access was challenging especially for parents. 3. Only two garbage bags provided which is insufficient for large families. 4. Soap only provided in one bathroom. Other bathroom and kitchen had no soap. Owner says supplies are limited due to COVID, but the supplies are available at local Walmart. Overall, while a great location, the owner appears to take a very cheap approach to cleanliness, maintenance and customer service.

Condo is well kept. View of beach is priceless. Close to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas.

The property is great, everybody is always smiling(staff and guest) over all I enjoy the experience. But it would have been better if the floor below hadn't been undergoing renovations, excessive noise during the day, from drilling, hammering, saw noise. Also the property was not fully cleaned before arriving, bathtube and shower sliding glass door didn't work properly (off track).

The property was as advertised. We originally were told no check ins before 5 pm so we arranged our travel time to that. However, we received notification an hour and a half earlier that we could check in, but we weren't close yet. We had to go to an off site office to get our parking passes. It would be nice if it was onsite at the guard shack. Upon arrival the condo was as it appeared in the pictures. Great views! I feel as though house keeling could have done a better job. There was sand in the bunk beds and dirty clothes under the secondary bed in the bedroom. The remotes were missing batteries and the fan in the secondary bedroom only worked when the light was turned on. There was a box fan in the closet that was available for use. We have stayed at Edgewater before and this condo is equivalent to other ones we have stayed at.

Plenty of room, clean, and adequately supplied for cooking in. The view is spectacular!

View was good but could not see sunrise or sunset from room. It needs some updates to furniture, holes in the second bedroom wall looks like headboard was attached at one time. Fan not working in shower. Patio furniture was cheap and dirty. Overall needs a little TLC and deep cleaning.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. The view is beautiful! It was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The only issue I had is that the condo is a bit dated...the rugs, couches, and dining chairs are really worn and don’t appear clean because they are old though it was obvious that the condo had been cleaned.

The elevators also stopped working while we were there so 8 flights of stairs up and down the whole time not owners fault but an inconvenience especially with little ones and lugging beach stuff! We loved this place. Tons of room and everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. Air Conditioner works great. If it were mine I would put a fresh coat of paint. Part of the material on a lamp was hanging dow and I put it up. Light bulb was hanging out in lamp in living room. Little things so the owners know. Over all it’s a beautiful place and we will be back

We had a great week in Panama City! This is the perfect place for all 8 of us. Plenty of room. Great views of the beach. Comfy beds. If we go back to Panama City wed get this room again! Thanks!

Great visit. The condo was clean and well kept. Only downside was listening to the upstairs neighbors open and shut the patio door. The cushion on the lounge chair outside needs to be replaced but everything was perfect. The view was great and truly relaxing. We were there early in August and they do not staff the bar or restaurant well this time of the year other than that it was great.

The place had a great view! The furniture was comfortable and worked well for our family of 5 and grandparents. The kids LOVED the bunk beds. It was their own little hide out and spent most of the time in there. There was a HUGE church event and the property was crawling with unsupervised minors. They were just excited to be there so very loud at all hours of the night and way too many bodies everywhere at all times. Other than that the view was great and you can't beat a place right on the ocean!

We stayed in T2-0811 and enjoyed every minute. The unit was very comfortable. There were 7 of us and the 7 and 8 year olds slept in the bunk beds. Plenty of room and the whole property is clean and inviting. Kids said on way home that they’re ready to go back.
