We just returned from a wonderful week in Estes Park chilling out during Fall Break. The VRBO house was fabulous! The location was perfect, just steps away from the Big Thompson River. We so enjoyed trying our hand at fly fishing & watching as a herd of dear walked through the yard daily. There was even a large elk grazing along the river. The house was very near one of the entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park, allowing multiple easy opportunities to view the beautiful Fall colors, elk ruts & some awesome stargazing! The house itself was beautiful & so comfortable for our group of six. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pans, great appliances & a gas grill on the deck overlooking the river. The beds were comfortable & bathrooms/showers were very clean & well stocked. Ann was fabulous to work with. She contacted us before our arrival to give directions to the house that would bypass the major construction traffic snarls in town. That was so thoughtful of her! She also gave advice about local grocery shopping options & even pointed us to a nearby sporting store where we could get expert advice in searching for the perfect fishing spots. In short, the stay was wonderful, everything we had hoped it would be. We hated to leave, but we hope we can stay there again sometime!

The home is beautiful and located in a great setting. Mule deer and elk came right up to back yard.

This will be our number 1 choice to stay on our next visit to Estes Park. We loved being next to the river and relaxing on the deck every day! Two things that would make this a better property are (1) Local TV Channels, and (2) an outdoor jacuzzi! Still, this is our favorite place!

We loved this stunning home with its amazing property and views. We stayed for 3 nights but wished we could have stayed longer. The home was beautifully decorated yet very comfy. The location was so peaceful and quiet, right on the river but still so close to downtown Estes. We could not have asked for a better home and location. Thank you!

This home is absolutely one of the most beautiful places I have stayed. Great communication from the get go, easy check-in and most importantly, beautiful accommodations! The home was so clean, spacious for 6 adults, cozy, beautifully decorated, and had the most spectacular view to enjoy right off the deck. I highly recommend and will absolutely be back!!

Great location and amazing home! Me and my family loved staying here! There is a fun trail that leads to a cute coffee shop less then a mile and a pond to feed the ducks. My kids (4,7) are dying to go back. The house was clean and so comfortable. We had family and friends that stayed elsewhere and this place By far outranked there’s. Host was so responsive and sweet! We will be back.

Everything about this house was perfect for our family. We are already planning our Estes Park vacation for next year and we wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else.

Property was beautiful, well maintained. Clean. Quiet neighborhood. Great base for access to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. Would recommend anyone stay here and I certainly would again. Slept 8 of us comfortably.

This property was outstanding! Loved the floor to ceiling windows off the great room, allowing for an amazing view of Prospect Mtn. The house was incredibly spacious, the kitchen was the most organized one I’ve ever seen, and we lacked nothing. All the amenities were spot on. Beds were comfy too! We really appreciated having access to a garage also, especially when the cold winds picked up! The property managers were very responsive-we had trouble getting the gas fireplace to light but they came over within 15 minutes and fixed it. Also they responded quickly when we texted any questions. We definitely plan to return!

This rental home was an absolute gem! The house had a 2 car garage which was very nice. The deck in back overlooked the Big Thompson River and we watched many deer from there. We stayed in mid-October, and this was a great time to be in Estes Park. This house is extremely well-appointed. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were all very modern and comfortable. The instruction book left by the owners and property manager were extremely helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

This property had everything that our family needed for cooking and nesting. The view is gorgeous and the backyard was appreciated by my teenagers- they spent hours playing and exploring. The location was close to everything and Sue, the property manager was responsive and accommodating. We would love to return for a longer visit, but there aren’t any dogs allowed in this subdivision, which is really sad.

The house, the location, and the communication with the host are outstanding. But what really makes this place stand out is all the small details they put into it to make it feel like a home.

Another wonderful trip in Estes! Sue and Mark, the managers of this property are the best! Location right on the river was so beautiful and the floor to ceiling windows provided constant beauty! A new discovery most enjoyed was the beautiful stroll to Coffee on the Rocks right out our back door! Another great trip enjoyed by all!

We loved our stay here and hope to return. We were a family of 4 (2 adult children) and there was plenty of room for us! The riverfront has amazing and relaxing views and sounds. Not to mention the herd of elk that came through on our last day to enjoy the grass and river as well. The location to the coffee shop, rock shop and trading post up the trail was wonderful and you can even walk on in to town if you want. Restaurants and groceries are close and the entrance to RMNP is just up the road! Be sure to get online and make a reservation and get a park pass if you want to enter the park!! Perfect getaway that was much needed!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this beautiful property. Sue was very attentive from the start and was available for anything we needed. The creek and outdoor area is so beautiful, and the property was very clean. Everything is a short drive or walk. We highly recommend the walk to Coffee on the Rocks, our favorite breakfast and coffee spot each day and it was wonderful! Thanks Sue for a great stay, we will absolutely be back!

We literally could not have been more pleased with this home. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable, super clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located. There was lots of room for our family who were all in Estes Park for our son’s wedding. We sat out on the deck a lot and just listened to the rushing waters of the Big Thompson River right outside our door. The property manager Sue was fantastic - we needed another baby gate and she brought us one from her home. Also brought us some more hangars for all the wedding garments. Lovely woman with great attention to detail. Thank you to the home owner for sharing their beautiful home with us. Best VRBO experience by far.

This is the perfect location on the river and right in the middle of town! Loved going to sleep each night listening to the River!

My family and I stayed at this property for 4 nights in June. It is ideally located close enough to town and backed up to the river. The house is gorgeous on the inside and spotlessly clean. The back deck provides the perfect spot above the river to enjoy nature (and all the animals that frequent the river). Sue was very communicative, offering tips for maximizing our enjoyment in the area. I would absolutely recommend this property and plan to visit again!
