The house was pretty and clean like the pictures. Check in process was simple. The walk to the beach is a little haul, we would have someone drop us off at the entrance. We had two 10 year old girls and they were just playing in the pool, we had a lady behind the fence come over and ring the doorbell. She said the girls were being too loud! She had already called the rental company and everything. I explained to her they were two 10 year olds having fun in the pool, it had been crappy weather and we had drove 14 hours to get there. They were excited for a sunny day. I thought that was really rude. I made the girls be quieter, but this is a vacation rental, they should be able to have all the fun they want on fall break. It’s not like they are loud teens or anything. So for that reason, we will not be back!

The property was just like the pictures and as described. Very close to the beach and the backyard and pool are a little oasis and perfect for our young son.

We had a wonderful week on Anna Maria Island. The home was perfect for our family of 6, and conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was great to have and we ended most of our days there. The beds were comfortable. My few suggestions for improvement would be an upgrade to the living room furniture, it was not very comfortable, and a bit overcrowded. I would also suggest a larger kitchen waste can and 2nd one for recyclables. There were also no grilling utensils which made it hard to use the grill. That being said, these are minor suggestions- because our stay was absolutely terrific!

We had a wonderful week on Anna Maria Island. The house was perfect for a family of four. The living room area is pretty small but we didn't spend much time in there. Our one suggestion would be a larger waste basket in the kitchen. There was only a small one and no place to but the recycles. The pool was wonderful! We really enjoyed it. The beach equipment was great to have and we took advantage of it. Overall we had a wonderful vacation.

Turtle Nest is a cute house with small pool. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and had a great time hanging out by the pool.

Not much more to say that has not already been shown on your reviews. It was a great spot as advertised terrific for our five and nine year old granddaughters. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Turtles Nest the week of 4/1-4/8. The home was perfect for our family of 5, and conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was such a perk, and our favorite place to finish out most of our afternoons. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and cart were great, and the home supplied pretty much everything we needed. The beds were comfortable too! We had an issue with the air conditioner, and someone was there within an hour to fix it. My only suggestion for improvement would be an upgrade to the living room furniture - it was not very comfortable, and a bit overcrowded (luckily, we rarely spent time inside!) Also, more wastebaskets throughout the house (there wasn't one at all in the main bathroom), and a larger one in the kitchen is needed. That being said, these are minor suggestions- because our stay (and the weather) was absolutely terrific!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Turtle's Nest. The property was very clean and in a great location to explore the area. The heated pool was a big hit with our grandchildren and we enjoyed using it every day of our stay. The unit was well supplied with beach towels, beach chairs, and toys for the beach and pool. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Didn’t have the best weather but it was a great vacation and our rental was perfect. Close to the beach and town.

This place has everything you need for your stay. Lots of room, I would say probably wouldn’t hurt to have a bigger couch or add an additional lounge chair if you have more then four people staying. Loved having plenty of beach chairs and beach cart to take everything to the beach. In all I have stayed in Holmes Beach now three times and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again. We had no real complaints.

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island, and we are already talking about going back! Turtle Nest was lovely. The beds were very comfortable, the home was clean, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The short walk to the beach was perfect for our three children (ages 11, 15, 17).

We had a great time at AMI in this beautiful house. Enough room for 6 adults 20 plus years of age. Never had to call to have anything fixed or looked at. We would definitely stay here again the next time we head back to the island! Only complaint is that it rained three days straight but that is Mother Nature. The pool right in your back yard was fabulous. Highly recommended!

Awesome location, very clean house with short walk to private beach access.

Nice quiet retreat in a laid back part of the island. We enjoyed being on the north end of the island away from some of the busier areas. The street was in a quiet area and was just a few minute walk to the beach access. The pool was perfect and great to keep the kids occupied while not at the beach. Would highly recommend

Great neighborhood with short walk to the beach. Kitchen fully equipped. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice size and comfortable. Towels and linens provided were a huge plus! Pool was very nice with the exception of extreme mosquito’s. Therefore was hard to enjoy like we wanted.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and in a great location. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach every day. There was issue with the pool, but we got an immediate response when we reached out, and the pool was fixed quickly. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great stay!

The property was the perfect size for our two week stay. We worked and my daughter did school remotely. Only a 5 min walk to the beach and the pool was lovely. The location is perfectly located with easy access to anything on the island.

The property is beautiful, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Easy check in process. The pool was warm and clean. Approximately one block from the beach! Definitely coming back!

Everything was perfect

I will give this place a 5 star rating. The house is clean, the interior is very coastal and beautiful . The pool is nicely heated and very clean. I enjoyed a close walk to the beach. Fishing is just few minutes drive away and it is really good. We caught several good size sheephead fish and enjoyed it for dinner.

Amazing place and perfect location to beach and Pine St. would definitely stay here again. Alex was very responsive whenever we needed him.

there was alot of mold out side along the house and on the patio, patio chairs and tables. the pool needed to be scrubbed on the bottom and sides. The mattress in the master bedroom was in very bad shape
