As others have mentioned, this place is beautiful and I can't say enough about the outdoor space and the views! One thing I didn't realize is that every room led to the outside to go to other rooms so doors had to be kept closed which was hard to do with little kids. Also the beach was much further than we expected and not really walkable when the weather was extremely hot. But overall the property and the location were fantastic and Rico was very responsive to any questions we had!

The house was beautiful and the pool area is amazing!! We had 11 family members from age 3 to 60 and everyone had a fantastic time!

Lovely home with fabulous views! The outdoor area is great!! Which is really the most important feature in our view! The other areas are all lovely although little used as we had beautiful weather and constant breezes which made it very comfortable. Great communication with manager as he waited patiently for us. Will certainly recommend to friends.

A suggestion is that foods be more thoroughly cleared away after each stay. There clearly were items in the kitchen that were over aged. That said, there were fresher items, seasonings etc, which were welcome and helpful. Our group ranging in age from 14 to 87 each found appropriate activities and the setting was extraordinary.

The house was absolutely incredible. Everything we needed. Rico was very quick to get back to us with all questions we had. Very informative.

The house was perfect for our family of 13 with a wide range of ages. Everyone was able to have their own "area" but then able to gather by the pool. The pool area is amazing!!

We had heightened expectations after viewing this property on-line but, in reality, it surpassed anything we had anticipated. I can only say that the photos included in the VRBO listing do not do this property justice! It was beautifully appointed and offered every amenity and convenience one could desire. Adults and children alike particularly loved the pool and outdoor living area where we spent most of our time! The veranda offered much needed respite from the midday sun and occasional, quick moving, showers. The grill and bar areas became favorite gathering places for the entire family! The Palmas Del Mar community is absolutely top shelf and, in our estimation, this property is the crème de la crème. While there, three of us had the pleasure of playing the Flamboyan golf course at the Palmas Athletic Club. The course was in superb condition, rental clubs were fairly current, and the staff members were pleasant and helpful to a person. Visits to El Yunque Rainforest National Park and Old San Juan we’re about an hour’s drive, and well worth the effort. Comfortable walking shoes are a must! Restaurant facilities at Palmanova Plaza were casual and understated, but the food we enjoyed there was authentic and well prepared. With fourteen family members ranging in age from seventy-seven down to eight, we found it more enjoyable to prepare most our own meals and to eat “at home”. To this end, we found several grocery stores nearby that offered all the conveniences we’ve become accustomed to on the mainland, including delivery services, if desired. A special shout-out goes to the local property manager, who tirelessly walked us through every room and amenity available upon our arrival, and who responded immediately to text messages I sent him during our stay. He’s a treasure! The property owner was helpful, responsive and accessible by e-mail before and throughout the rental process. Handing the reins over to his local property manager once we arrived provided the perfect transition. We’ll done all around. We’ll be back!

The photos do not come close to capturing the beauty and size of this house. It felt like having our own personal resort. The kids swam from morning until night and we spent hours outside by the pool barbecuing and bonding as a family. Great food nearby like Chincho's pizza right down the street. We rode around on golf carts and had a blast. I highly recommend this house.

My family and I a total of 14 had the best vacations ,we enjoyed the house, the pool and Palmas del Mar absolutely beautiful. We was able to do a lot in five days. We went to San Juan have dinner at restaurant Vaca Brava, El Yunque was so nice and peaceful. Luquillo Beach, Lagas, La Parguera, Visited family we went to Culebra, rented a jeep and went to the beach, before going to the airport stop in Piñones had lunch at Donde Olga, the food was delicious. We definitely recommended we can't wait to go back. Teresa

The house had a great outdoor area around the pool area that was used a lot. Lots of spaces to take advantage of. Communication with the owner was excellent as well as the local host who got us checked in and answered questions. Beautiful view of the ocean. The private beach ( not for swimming) was very cool. All in all- an A+ experience

Excellent 5 days at this beautiful property. Celebrated my wife’s birthday with immediate family members that included catering and live music. Adequate distribution of rooms for all to mingle. Appreciate the communication with property manager (Enrique). I am a local fr San Juan and highly recommend this property.

This place is spectacular! It’s huge and perfect for multiple couples because it provides a lot of privacy. We also loved the pool and the wide terrace. It’s located in the best area in PR but a bit far from any attractions, so if you don’t mind driving, this place is definitely for you!

We loved the property. We spent so much time outside together since the space was large and amazing. The only caution I would have is all the steps, which would not work for very small children or those with walking issues. It was not a problem for our family and we liked having all the individual spaces.

Super clean house, beautiful outdoor terrace, serene views of the ocean and green palm trees. M family enjoyed a one week stay, and it was hard for us to leave. Our stay was a fantastic one!!!

We are back from a fantastic weekend at Villa Bellamar where we had a great time! Loved the Villa space and location; and very much enjoyed the pool and BBQ area. The views from the Villa are just phenomenal! While at Palmas, we did the Maragata Charter to Vieques and dining and brunch at Chez Daniel which were great activities to carry while in there and both are super recommended!! The communication with Steve, property owner and Enrique, the property manager was right on spot at all times which we very much appreciated. We recommend to stay at Villa Bellamar when visiting Palmas. Thanks Steve for allowing us to stay at your property!

The property was more than we imagined when arriving to the the property at Palmas Del Mar. The property manager Rico was there when we arrived and gave us a personal tour of the property. He was very cordial and always available to meet any of our needs. The view of the ocean and Vieques were breath taking. Even with the Covid 19 pandemic, everryone had a great time and enjoyed their stay. We will definitely come back in the near future.

We had a tropical storm hit during our stay. The generator worked great. Management stayed in touch. Highly recommend the property.

All I have to say is that the pictures on VRBO does the house no justice. This home is definitely a mansion with perfect views! Is sleeps a family of 14 with great comfort. The grounds are clean and the house comes with a lot, especially if you have a little one. We stayed here with our 10 month old and when we arrived, Rico the house manager had groceries for us, the crib set up and a pack n play. The communication with the owner and Rico was fluid. I highly recommend this home.

The house is perfect for a large group which we had and the open aired style of the Villa and large outdoor area allowed everyone in our group to enjoy the space and not feel on top of each other. The amenities Included everything we needed. The view is amazing! However, at the time we visited in mid-July the seaweed was covering all the beaches on the Palmas Del Mar side of the island.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Everything at the house was top notch - the rooms, the decor, the air conditioning, the WiFi, the property manager, the large pool, and the spectacular views of the ocean and Vieques off in the distance. The house is set on one of the highest points in Palmas and is located in a beautiful, private neighborhood in Palmas. If you decide to rent in Palmas, this house has some of the best ocean views. The owner and the property manager were very responsive and made the whole rental process seamless. We will definitely rent here again.
