Es gab sehr wenige Strandliegen. Der Strandservice kam immer erst um 11 Uhr, man musste hinterherlaufen, um Liegen und Sonnenschirme zu organisieren. Am Wochenende hat sich keiner blicken lassen.

Pools are clean.

Maintenance personnel enter the room, when they are not authorized. I had the tag on the door that said "Do not disturb" and 3 men opened the door when my husband and son were resting. It was about 9am. They weren't looking for a room in my building or in the same floor. As soon as they saw me inside, they apologized and left the building. From the procedure I can say that one watches and two check the rooms. I didn't feel safe there in the room. I complained at the front desk to agent Isabel, and she offered $50 dollars of credit, for the bad time. I thank her, is not her fault, but that maintenance staff works there. They're still there. Is it normal for them to enter the room without requesting it? I asked the front desk woman at night if she knows about golf cart rentals and her answer was "I don't know" thant shouldnt be an answer.

I loved the pool, and the room, it was very clean.

The tv in the room wasn’t working and we had trouble finding drinking water. In the morning the coffe shop was alone and I couldn't get it.
