Beautiful house. Great floor plan. Nicely decorated in beach theme. Updated kitchens and baths. Nice furniture. Comfy beds. Thick towels. Large open kitchen/dining/living room. All appliances and AC worked great! Loved the bench swing on the front porch. Nice screened-in side porch. Outdoor shower in back of house. Back deck with grill. Nice font yard, side yard, and backyard space along with sidewalks everywhere in the neighborhood to walk the pups. Got to use the nice community pool. Walk to the beach too long for kids so drove to the public beach access. Got lucky and was able to find a parking space close by every day (in off season). Hope to come again soon! Stephanie is a wonderful host and very responsive to questions. Highly recommend this sweet place. Located in a really nice, safe neighborhood.

Nice place, perfect location to beach and pool. Easy access to restaurants. If I were to say anything negative the road was very busy with traffic and the Kitchen had only one fry pan and not even salt/pepper

We enjoyed everything about this home. Our son and his family are stationed at Hurlburt so it was a perfect location for us. The home is exactly as pictured in the advertisement, centrally located and perfect for our visit to Destin.

This has been by far the best house we have stayed in. The parking is very spacious. The porch was our favorite place to be. It was super clean and smelled amazing when we got there. We enjoyed staying in this house so much we will definitely be trying to rent it every year when we come back. The air-conditioning works amazing which is a plus plus for us.

The house was beautiful and convenient. It is about a 5min walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart and that was a life saver since we had a toddler and a bunch of stuff to carry. There is a wagon, umbrella, and beach chairs that they have available to use which was awesome to have. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach with all the provided essentials. Many shops and restaurants were located close by. The house was perfect for preparing meals and grilling out. We were able to have family game nights at the table and watched movies together as many streaming options were available.

The home was perfect for our needs. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it is beautiful, immaculate, and everything worked. We were within a 10 minute drive to everything, and there are a LOT of places to go to eat, play, shop. It is also within walking distance to the beautiful beach. The communication with the host was great from the very beginning. We would easily come back again!!!

We had a great time! Stefanie was a great hostess, easy to communicate with, and super responsive to a minor/non-emergency issue (DishTV - a provider we have no experience with). The home was great - clean, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of linens, cute decor - all of it! We appreciated the big assortment of beach/water gear, and that the community pool was just around the corner. Groceries and other shopping/restaurants/stores are just a few minutes away, and easy to get to. Our kids appreciated that they each had their own bed, and I was glad that no one needed to sleep in the living room. Overall, it was a great week (we were in town for sports), and if we find ourselves back in Destin, we'd love to stay again.
