This is the 4th year my sisters and I have stayed here and we always love it! Just a beautiful home in a wonderful area. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay!

Beautiful home (just like the photos) in a lovely neighborhood. We so enjoyed walking to shop and eat at some great restaurants. I highly recommend the nearby Farmers Market on Saturday. This was the perfect place to relax and recharge.

We had a nice stay for a family of four in April. The location was fantastic for a short stroll to shopping and eating in Lewes, and the beach (5 min drive) was a thousand times calmer than Rehoboth for the little ones. The house is newish built and very spacious with a lovely enclosed patio. It was very clean also and kitchen supplies were more ample than usual. It really would have been 100 except the mattresses are pretty worn out and the primary bath shower pan squeaked loudly in a way that one was forced to imagine what if it suddenly gave way and crashed through the floor with its occupant in an unfortunate turn of events. (Nothing like that happened of course.) The queen bed in the second bedroom was especially in need of replacement as no matter where you lay down you roll into the middle. Rentals are always a gamble when it comes to the beds so I hope this informs someone sensitive to saggy mattresses. PS: there is no bathtub, for those with very little ones.

This property was amazing. There is so much space, well equipped, comfortable, and Karin could not have been more responsive. The location is amazing as it is only a few blocks from the very quaint village of Lewes. We had such a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when back in the area! Thanks, Karin, for such a fabulous stay.

This was our 2nd time at this house and would rent again. Spacious, close to many restaurants, shops and Bay Area. Very clean and well maintained. Screened in porch is a plus for relaxing as well. You can’t go wrong here.

Felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. Would highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay!

I wanted to rent somewhere for my husband, two daughters and me to spend a few days together after Christmas. I have been to Lewes before but my family has not. We all loved our stay at this house and loved the surrounding area. The house was exactly as advertised and the owner was super communicative and detailed which was wonderful. We had a marvelous time and it was the exact family getaway that we desired. The house is well appointed in all rooms. The kitchen was well stocked as were thr living room and bedrooms. We were pleasantly surprised to find the house decorated for Christmas and enjoyed the light up garland on the fireplace mantle and big and small Christmas trees.

We throughly enjoyed the fireplace and even the screened in porch as we had an unseasonably warm day. Top tier experience. This will be our go to home for future visits to the area!

This lovely home was ideal for our group of three couples. The first floor is open concept and beautifully decorated. There is a screened in porch we enjoyed on a surprisingly warm day in November. We found it perfect in every way.

Great experience. House was clean and well maintained. It did not look like a rental property. We had three couples stay. The sleeping arrangements were adequate and comfortable for six adults. Most other three bedroom properties we looked at had bunk beds or would not comfortably sleep adults in the third room. Great places to gather both in the house in front of the fireplace or outside in the screened in porch. The price was very reasonable. We would definitely look to rent this house again the next time we stay in Lewes.

The house is very well outfitted, with lots of kitchen equipment, a nice screened-in porch with a dining table, and three bedrooms with comfortable beds. The house is not so close to the town historical center that it felt like the other visitors were on top of us, but it was close enough that we often walked in.

Very comfortable home in a great location. We have stayed in this home multiple times and look forward to coming back again! It is in walking distance of shops, eateries and the Saturday Farmer's Market - very convenient! Close to beaches & family attractions.
