The house was beautiful the only thing was that you could have music and you had to be quiet outside by the pool at 7:00 if not you will call or text by owner that just suck I would book there any more……

This home was everything listed and more. It comes fully equipped with everything you need. The backyard was great and the Pool/spa was fantastic for a relaxing weekend. Tina was great and answered all are questions very quickly. Definitely felt everything was clean and well kept. Would absolutely book again

The back yard is a hit. We loved the pool & spa. We BBQ’d and ate in most meals and enjoyed good company in a serene atmosphere. The living room and bedrooms are very spacious. The showers were incredible too. We’ll definitely be back!

Awesome time during this pandemic. Most hotels have rules regarding pool use and we were looking to just get away and have fun at a pool. Plenty of room and the layout was perfect for our group. Would highly recommend!

The property was amazing. We had a little trouble getting into the house initially but that was quickly resolved! The weather was perfect and the house had enough space for everyone to comfortably rest and relax.

Man O Man this place is awesome. First: the backyard makes the place. We loved the inside but the outside is PERFECT. Shady at the LARGE table where you can hang out and play games or eat meals (I don't think we ever ate inside!). The pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures! (We paid extra per day to have the pool heated and it was so worth it!) At one point the hot tub wouldn't turn on so we called Mechelle and she sent someone out to fix it on THANKSGIVING DAY!!! This was well appreciated as we spent most of that day in the hot tub and pool! I've stayed at many rentals and Mechelle is top notch. Arrival is easy. The house comes with ALL starter toiletries: enough for the first day until you get settled but not enough for whole stay, of course. Everything like: hand soap, paper towel roll, coffee filters, coffee, cooking oil, shampoo, bar soap, soft soap, dishwasher soap, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. We loved that there were easily enough pool towels and bath towels for our party of 8. Washer and Dryer were in the garage as is typical in warm climates. Water was filtered through the refrigerator. Refrigerator was big AND there was a SECOND fridge in the garage! For those with mobility issues there were NO steps at this house. NOT ONE (OK, steps down into the pool and up to the hot tub). The indoor area was very accessible for anyone of any age. The layout was interesting. 3 bedrooms are directly off of the living room (one room is right next to the couch as shown in the pictures). The main interior bathroom is near the other 2 rooms. All 3 rooms share this one bathroom as the 2nd bathroom is in the master bedroom and the 3rd bathroom is outside. This felt strange but seriously it wasn't a problem (just letting you know because it took us some time to find it! haha) and the outside bathroom is beautiful, completely new, and gorgeous with a big shower. It also serves the pool activities which is a plus. The master bathroom was my favorite with 2 separate vanities with sinks (No sharing counter space!), a separate room for shower and toilet and a large walk-in closet. The main living room echoes a bit and sound carries quite easily so best to hang out outside at night if someone is a sensitive sleeper. All the appliances worked perfectly as did the grill outside. This is a perfect place for a large group. And Mechelle is really on top of all of it. SO glad we found it! Thanks!

It was a great stay. The owner was available on the phone whenever we needed her. The house is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. Except for a few things that need to be repaired( which is not a big bother), this is a perfect place for a family vacation.

Beautiful home my family and kids had a great time. Kids love the pool and backyard the most over all we hope to be back soon and rent the property in the future again.

We loved Mechelle's property in Cathedral City! It was the perfect place for a bachelorette party, plenty of space in the house and a wonderful pool/hot tub.

Me and my friends stayed here for Coachella 2017 weekend 1. The house was bigger than I expected. Very spacious I loved the decor inside and out. Would definitely stay here and recommend this property to anyone!

This home is exactly as pictured! Beautiful yard and very comfortable living space. Hot tub heats up super fast, we LOVE the gourmet kitchen and outdoor grill. This was our third year booking this home and we can't wait until next year.

We stayed for a month at this location. We loved it! Some great things...Backyard is awesome! Pool, hot tub, outside kitchen, gazebo, full bathroom, covered deck and grassy area are just perfect! We spent a lot of time there. Kitchen is all brand new and had just about everything we needed to live there for the month. During our stay the owners brought in a new couch and chairs so that was a bonus. Master bedroom was great and the bed was great to sleep on. Not sure about the other bedrooms and how good the beds were but I would imagine they were nice also. Location was near a beautiful park and close to grocery store. The only drawback was the TV had very few channels and when you're there for a month it would be nice to have a few more options. We would not hesitate to book this place again. Me and some boys from Canada stayed here this past winter on a week long golf get away. The house and yard with its pool were fantastic and were just what we were looking for after a day on the golf course. Mechelle, the property manager was very responsive to our needs if we did need something. The only suggestion I would have would be to get a more comfortable couch in the tv area as the one there is kinda old and broken down. Otherwise I would recommend it highly!

We came to the area to celebrate my husband's birthday. The house was perfect for our gathering. The kitchen was ideal for our needs as we are big foodies and love to cook. The pool and spa were amazing and the kids loved the grassy area to play. It was a memorable weekend and everyone had a great time.

The home was even more beautiful the photos. The styled out kitchen and outdoor grill were perfect for our group of seven adults to relax and enjoy some great home-cooked meals at the house. The hot tub worked great and the pool and yard were just lovely. Huge living space inside with high ceilings made everything feel extra fancy. Mechelle was so helpful and made the whole experience easy, fun, and affordable. Would definitely stay there again for our annual April getaway!

10 of us stayed here for Coachella weekend 1 and the pictures don't do the house justice. It is very spacious and clean. More then enough towels and sheets for the whole group. The p pool is amazing as well as the newly remodeled kitchen and outside bathroom! There is a grocery store very near by that we took full advantage of for pre-coachella pool fun and BBQ. I highly recommend this house for a large group

My friends and I had a great time at the house. The kitchen was big and easy to cook up meals for everyone. The pool was clean and backyard was well kept! It was conveniently located to grocery stores and Starbucks. I'll be back!

Rented the house for four nights in mid April and had an excellent stay. The good looking house is spacious and in great condition inside and out. The kitchen was well equipped with all of the basic utensils, tools, and more. The rooms and beds were comfortable. Sheets were clean and everything smelled nice. The outdoor pool a jacuzzi steals the show, and is surrounded by a sizable lush and green lawn. The jacuzzi can be heated to melt all the stress away. The area is also fitted with a grill and ample prep space for the, perfect for an afternoon BBQ. Location is also great. Supermarkets and food is less than a five minute drive away, and close to the highway. Definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful stay here! Backyard is a private oasis, with lots of shade, two lounge chairs, and seating for at least 14! Kitchen is completely stocked and gorgeous with a table that seats 10. So much space in house. Very clean. My parents (who are locals) were really impressed with property. We had slight problem with internet service while we were there, but we seemed to be the first to experience any difficulties so not sure what that was. Other than that, the place was wonderful. Overall, a great place to stay.

What a stunning place to spend our holiday. This house is amazing and is great for a family, we actually had 2 families and still had tons of room. We even had 4 families visit at one time and all had room to enjoy. It is clean and has beautiful furnishings. The pool and hot tub was well used and the kids couldnt have asked for anything else! There is a great park just down the road and a grocery store, starbucks, pizza place and pharmacy just up the road - what more do you need??!! We absolutely loved our stay, thanks so much!!!

We had a great time at this propery. The house is very spacious and great for entertaining or just relaxing. Our kids loved the pool, and there was plenty of room in the back yard to run around a play. Great pool/grill/outdoor dining setup. Property manager (Mechelle) is very friendly and profesional. Would recommend this property as a great place to get away and relax.

A group of friends and I stayed here over an extended weekend and were extremely pleased. The house is kept in impeccable condition and had everything we needed. Great pool/grill setup, the outdoor dining was wonderful on the warm desert nights. The rooms are tidy, clean, well-kept and part of a welcoming house layout. If traveling with a group to the Palm Springs area, this is a much better option than a several hotel rooms. I would strongly recommend this rental to anyone.

We stayed here for a week in April-three adults and 4 teenagers. The house was clean, new and the backyard pool/hot tub area was awesome. Initially, the hot tub didn't heat up, but that was taken care of immediately (called in the morning and was fixed in the afternoon). Locations was good with easy access to where ever we went. Grocery store and Starbucks just down the road. :) We had a very nice stay and would book this house again in a heartbeat.
