Spent a 4 day weekend at the house. Perfect for a family. Spectacular Water views from master bedroom living room and kitchen. 5 min drive into the center of town bustling with shops and restaurants. 5 min to ferry to Shelter island and 20 min via ferry to The south fork and Sag Harbor. Cozy Home, Viking Appliances for the chef in your family. It felt like home away from home. Very relaxing stay.

We were blown away by the beauty of this property. Morning coffee on the deck, afternoon reading under the umbrellas, cocktails and dinner watching incredible sunsets, we couldn’t have been happier. The house is clean, well equipped and all on one level, and we really appreciated the AC during the heat wave. We booked the house to enjoy Greenport’s restaurants, shops, oysters, farm stands, wineries and the lavender farm but we’ll go back for the sunsets!

I was there with my parents and kids and we had a great time. Property has an amazing view of the Long Island Sound from the living room, kitchen and master suite. View is unsurpassed and very peaceful. Place is relatively clean but could be a little cleaner but not dirty by any means. Basement needs cleaning and updating and is unfortunately kind of wasted space. There are additional beds in basement but you wouldn’t want to sleep down there. Beach is rocky but nice. Bring water shoes to make it easier to walk but it’s nice not having to deal with getting sand off. It’s a long flight of stairs to beach but perfectly fine for anyone in decent shape. Little things that would make it even better would be uniform hangers in closets instead of whatever dry cleaning hangers were left, a nicer sound system (I brought my own Sonos knowing they didn’t have one), an Apple TV or something similar to stream with, nicer wine glasses/dishes and bathroom towels. And a pair of scissors for the kitchen. These little improvements would go a long way to make the place even better than it was. But as it is it’s still really great and we would definitely go back and recommend. Master bedroom is phenomenal. Guest bedroom is adequate but not nearly as nice. And the kids bedroom is really nice too. It has bunk beds. About 5 minutes drive from the town of Greenport which is great little town. Especially once weekend traffic is over it’s much quieter. Avoid the tourist trap restaurants as there are many other great gems. Owner was great and answered any and all questions and was really helpful.

A beautiful and understated house, with spectacular views of the Sound. All the necessaries were there, with a well-appointed kitchen, grill, and many areas to relax and take in the views. The owner was responsive and in touch when needed. A+!

We had such a great weekend. We typically stay in a hotel in Greenport but from now on we will always be renting and I cannot imagine another home could top this one!

We returned to this beautiful house for a long weekend. The views over the water are incredible. It's in a quiet neighborhood but close to stores, restaurants and wineries. An ideal stay.

house is just how pictures show....very clean....freshly painted.....very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children...great deck overlooking sound im sure is wonderfull during summer months as we were here during february....i highly recommend this home for anyone....Valia the owner is also pleasent to speak too

My husband and I stayed at this house for 12 days in Jan/Feb. This house is a real gem. Location is excellent. The neighborhood is quiet (in the winter). It's close to downtown Greenport, which is adorable. The restaurants are delicious. There are many wineries nearby. The owner is easy to contact and super responsive. The layout of the house is cozy and there is a fireplace in the living room. We were there during a blizzard and it was cozy and romantic. The power did not even flicker. The view of the sound is AMAZING! It is a short walk down to the rock beach from the house. The water is clear and I assume would be very refreshing during the summer. Wifi was very good if you need to work while there. We brought our Apple TV which was very useful. My one recommendation to the owner, which I did share with her, is that she replace the nonstick pans, which were very scratched up, and give the kitchen a deep clean. It is not enough to dock the property, just something that could use improvement. If you have young kids, the basement has great toys for them to play with. The kids bunk room is adorable. Kids and adults alike would love sleeping there. We do not have a pet, but I believe dogs are allowed. I am truly looking forward to renting this property again during the spring! We really loved staying here.

Stayed at the property for a long winter weekend. Despite the chills outside, the views are amazing and the house is amazingly outfitted with everything you could need. Kids loved the ship themed bunk beds! Super close to town everything on the North Fork. Owner is super responsive.

My husband and 9 year old son stayed for a long weekend for New Years. The location is great, the views are spectacular. Even on a misty and foggy day the walks on the rocky beach cannot be beat! There is a wonderful trail at Inlet Pond near by. The house was perfectly outfitted for our stay. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back soon! Thank you!

Wow what a view, what a beach, what an experience. We loved our stay in Greenport and would go back to this house just for the porch. Thank you for your hospitality and help during our stay. The basement is not very usable, but we didn’t need it.

This lovely home is well-equipped for having fun or relaxing at the beach, as well as at the house. We swam, kayaked, played board games and pool. Highly recommend renting bikes for the short ride to the cute town of Greenport. Hope to be back soon!

A wonderful, cozy property with amazing views! We stayed the month of Feb and thoroughly enjoyed the lovely and snowy vistas. There is nice walking in the area and you can walk into town as well (35 minutes). The homeowner is terrific. We wish we could stay longer!

Great renovated beach house with nice open floor plan, impressive kitchen, and incredible views of the sound and sunset. We really enjoyed our stay and took frequent walks along the rocky sound beach. The owner was incredibly responsive and made sure we had a great stay. The house is comfortable and great for a family. Our kids especially loved the titanic-themed bunk bed room!! We would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely house in a breathtaking setting. So much to do without getting in a car - The rocky beach is fun to walk in both directions and is endless. There is a county park with trails just down the road. The kayaking is amazing and Dan's bike rental has a drop off and pick up service that is as easy as it gets. And just sitting on the deck or breakfast nook down the steps is stunning. We even saw a school of dolphins swim by one morning. And the location is great too - so close to the vineyards, farm stands and Greenport town and amazing food (especially seafood) - a cross between the Florida Keys and Napa Valley. A trip that was planned as a semi-staycation turned out to be an absolutely perfect getaway.

You can't beat this location! We never got tired of waking up and looking at the ocean, the beach and the birds. In the evenings, we watched the sunset from the deck with local wine and food from nearby farms. It was an amazing and relaxing vacation. The house had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive and always ready to help. We will definitely go back one day.

We had a great time on this vacation. The house was beautiful and clean with nice decor. Beds and patio furniture were super comfortable. We loved relaxing on the main house deck and the smaller deck just down from the yard along the stairs. Perfect for sunsets!! I was able to get in touch with the owner quickly, but only needed to because it took us a while to find the information book. They have a pool table, several books, board games, puzzles, and kayaks available for use so we all had a fun time and relaxed too. It is located close to the wineries and the cute town of Greenport. Overall we had a wonderful stay and our only issues for the whole stay was that the blinds in the main kitchen window were broken and there was not coffee provided (although a regular coffee maker was there for use) which we didnt know. We would definitely recommend this home and likely return again.

We had a fantastic stay at this great home with stunning views and everything one can ask for. Host was attentive and responsive throughout stay. Kitchen and grill provide plenty of opportunity for cooking. Kayaks, pool table and games provide family fun. But it all comes down to enjoying the deck. Nicely appointed and very well maintained. A treasure.
