This was the perfect getaway!! Very spacious! Clean and very comfortable! Had everything you need to cook and bake! Location was great. Very clean and if we had any questions someone answered quickly.

The condo was very nice, Clean new appliances it had been updated with new furniture.

Short family trip. Easy access and location. Close to everything . Condo was just as described maybe even a little better. Would stay again.

Very clean and spacious place. I thought it was beach front, but wasn't. However, it was still right on the beach and has easy access to the beach. We would definitely come back!

We were vacationing with our 4 adult children. Location was great, amenities were great other than no phone line. Being out of country we were unable to use our cellphones and a land line would have been nice for making reservations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This unit was pretty. The king bedroom was very nice. The twin beds are not great for adults. The air conditioner had some issues so we walked through soggy carpet 5 days out of 7. They just added Freon really did not fix anything. When I pay this much for vacation place I expected better.

Opus condo 301 was a nice rental. Everything was clean but could have used a little more cleaning. I think they just need to slow down a bit and do a better job. King size bed in master was hard as a rock I thought, I had to go buy a mattress topper so I wouldn’t wake up with a stiff back. My wife said she thought it was fine but not for me. 301 is not oceanfront but you got ocean views from north and south. Either way it’s right on the beach and you can just walk out back right onto the beach. I like the fact that there’s codes on all doors and there’s a puttputt right across street. Overall the rental was good except for ocean rental property not having our opener or packet in box on sat when we arrived at 1030pm. All we wanted to do was just go to condo and chill but had no opener to open garage door to park one of our vehicles. Since it was Saturday they said we’d have to wait till Monday to figure sumthing out. Not sure why sumbody couldn’t just drop off a packet Sunday morning, I’m sure they all live in the surrounding area. We came with 2 cars and upstairs lot was full even the no parking loading zone had cars in it. I had to park that car 15 mins away at sum storage place called spruce creek storage. His name was Lawrence I think and he got us a parking spot late at night. Thanks to him for that. That’s the only bad part of this condo it’s first come first serve on that lot so you better be ready when sumbody else leaves. Lol

Just a few minor things that we communicated to the property manager, which they attended to promptly.

I have stayed here a few times now. It is always a great place to stay.

This was the first time I had rented like this. It was a surprisingly easy way to get a property that would work with our family and budget.

Comfortable for 8 of us! No issues booking and easy access to the place. Plenty of room in the rooms. Easy walk to the beach and pool area and not crowded!

We loved the room and the area. It was our first trip to Florida and we loved every minute of it. The best vacation my family has ever been own. My daughter was proposed to on the beach which made the trip even more special

Easy process. Condo was as described.great pool and beach access. Had a great time. Not the owners fault but there is minimal parking on the property.

Very clean, modern, easy to get to, easy and close access to the beach, nice pool and Hottub, good value for the size and features of the unit. We will absolutely come back again! But… the parking is horrible, and the process of driving 2.3 miles further south just to get the key is a huge inconvenience to start and end up your vacation experience. A keyless WiFi doorpad would make it so much better! Plus make it easier to not have to carry a key around on the beach and everywhere else you go every time you leave the place. There were also no instructions to park in the single dedicated parking space under the building. And when someone else unwittingly park in that spot, our van got towed within an hour while we were waiting for that vehicle to get moved. Cost an extra $165 (cash only) plus the intense aggravation and $26.75 Uber ride to go get my vehicle back. Lesson learned, but will happen again to someone else and the tow truck driver laughed and said it happens almost daily there. They knew the exact building and reason without me even telling them. Either way, we loved the place and definitely want to stay again soon!!

Opus Condos was great and well kept. The manager was very nice and welcoming when we arrived. However, our room needed some TLC with cleanliness of the carpet, couches, kitchen chair cushions, and there was a broken sliding glass door handle. The company was quick to respond to our concerns and very nice to work with.

Everything was great, the checkin was a little confusing but the host helped out a ton.

We stayed a week here. It was our first time to Daytona, and I was with my boyfriend, daughter, and her two cousins. I am not one to complain, but our stay was AWFUL. They had to move us two times to two different rooms because when we got there to our original room it had a broken toilet, broken jacuzzi bath, and bad leak coming out of a light fixture. Also, I requested an ocean view condo and that room was Putt Putt view only, which was just annoying. Anyway, that night they move us to a room higher up ocean view. It was perfect. But we could only stay in it one night. Then we have to move the next day to another room. They move us for the rest of the week to first floor ocean view. The view was nice, yeah, but you couldn’t damn sleep. Every single night there was 10-15 people in the hot tub and pool screaming and blaring music. And we told management. They said they’d handle it. They didn’t. It still happened every single night at 2-3 a.m. In addition to that our jacuzzis didn’t work in that condo either. The handle was broken in it and it would only reach Luke warm temperature. Now, why in the hell would I follow all your rules for cleaning that damn room, doing laundry, etc. when our stay sucked that bad??? Hell no. I will never be coming back. Not only that, but they were supposed to give us some sort of credit back or refund. Yeah, that didn’t happen. I never got the call I was told I would to fix the fact that our stay was so screwed up. Absolutely ridiculous.

We needed accommodations for several coworkers to work at the Rolex 24 and decided to utilize condos. It was a great choice. Condo was in excellent condition and communication with homeowner was top notch.
