A perfect location

The check in was so easy. Roger was very quick to provide all the needed info to make it seamless. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The condo had everything needed plus more than expected. It was clean and had plenty of all the essentials like towels. toiletries..etc. The A/C and internet worked great also. And the location.....right next to all the action at Maho Beach. So many great restaurants, walk to beaches..Maho and Mullet Bay, a market that has everything and of course some of the best beach bars especially to view the planes landing and taking off. I will definitely be back again soon!!

Well......., all of you, if you have a chance to come to Maho, pls rent this amazing apartment. There are 2 great plus ++, location (sure, its Maho), and the owner............... Roger is fantastic, smiling person, always helpful and caring about his guests......... Thank you, and see you soon.

Roger is an excellent host and his property is fantastic! We had the best time on our vacation. Roger is quick and easy to communicate with, was always available when we needed to ask a question. His property is in the best location with restaurants, shops and nightlife and a grocery store all at your doorstep. The condo is furnished beautifully, the air conditioning works very well, the king sized bed is super comfortable, there are plenty of fresh towels, the shower pressure is amazing, all the appliances work and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. We enjoyed the massive pool at the complex, never had a problem getting a pool chaise and the parking underneath the building makes it easy for those who rent a car. 100% would love to stay here again, all the comforts of home yet in paradise. Roger made our vacation one to remember!

Property and staff were beyond expectations. Only negative was that the WI-FI was terrible, very unreliable.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. This property is in the perfect location! Super close to the airport and close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Pure convenience: covid testing right downstairs, next door to a casino, atv rentals right outside, taxis right outside, literally every thing you need is right here. It has a really good view of the courtyard, pool, and airport landing. Room is cute and has all necessities needed for your stay, the only downside is that the room is in need of a deep cleaning. Loved the quantity of towels in the bathroom!!! I would definitely recommend Roger's place to anyone due to location , price, view, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again and I look forward to returning soon

We had a great time! We will definitely try to get back next year! Roger was a great host and was easy to get in touch with when we had questions. The bed was comfy and the room was dark for sleeping. Great views and pool, beach wasn’t far from the room. We had fun chatting with the neighbors too. Everyone was very friendly! The only thing we didn’t like is that it said there was WiFi but it wasn’t free. We had to pay and extra $50 for a week of WiFi. Other than that we had a great time!

Almost hesitant to share how amazing this property is for fear of it always being booked and never available again... this is just about as perfect as you can get for an amazing stay on St Maarten. You can literally walk to/from the airport. ~10-15min walk. Basically just the length of the runway. We’ve done it every time, but we also travel light. Excellent market right at your doorstep, as well as the perfect bar for sunsets and watching the plane activity...which can also be done from the privacy of your balcony. Clean and well stocked unit. Security team is amazing and personable. And then there’s the owner...Roger...who could ask for more. Such a pleasant and kind gentleman. He genuinely wants to ensure your stay is perfect and extremely communicative. A+ all around and one of our very favorite VRBO properties.

The unit was even better than described. We have stayed at dozens of VRBO properties over the years and this was in the top as far as condition, description accuracy, and LOCATION! You literally do not need a vehicle. And we even took advantage of the location to walk both from and to the airport. It is a short walk...basically walking the length of the runway. That’s said, we travel very light and never lug around large suitcases. There is a very well stocked market a few steps around the corner and the Driftwood bar just across the street directly on famous MOHO beach is awesome. Recommend the grilled whole red snapper!! Roger was great. We had a minor snafu with communication but that was due to the island WiFi and Comm systems. It was easily sorted out leveraging VRBO support. Roger’s excellent place will remain a fave location for all future visits to St Maarten. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

What a great location and view! Roger called and came by to check on the accommodations and to make sure all was well. Condo is just a advertised and beautifully decorated with all amenities needed. Centrally located within walking distance to beach, Sunset Beach Bar, Driftwood, Casino, and grocery store. I will be back. Thank you Roger for sharing your lovely condo with me.

Roger's condo was one of the lucky ones that didn't get damaged in the 2017 hurricanes. While repairs to the building are ongoing, we didn't notice any disruption or noise. That said, one should understand this island was thoroughly thrashed by Irma and maria... many stores are still closed, but you can see it's coming back. We had no trouble getting anything, and we cooked half our meals at the condo, and ate out the rest of the time. Highly recommended!

This unit is very clean and perfect location in Maho. Can walk to Maho Beach and Mullet Bay Beach. Driftwood Bar just across the street with the best pizza. 3 Amigos great place to go for Margarita's and Rialto's had delicious homemade pasta. All right there!! Being on the 3rd floor is a great view also!! Would recommend it by far. The owner is so nice, always willing to accommodate you!

Great location near a variety of restaurants, beaches, bars and casino. The condo is very clean and overlooks the botanical garden and pool area. My husband and I will definitely return I also want to say thank you to Roger he was attentive and great to do business with.

I've stayed in SXM many times and renting Rogers condo was by far the best rental experience I've had. He was attentive , informative and called us on the day of arrival to make sure everything was alright. His place is perfect , just as pictured ! We loved every minute of it ! We have been to St. Martin 4 times. We love the Maho area for our stay. This was our first time at Roger's condo in Maho. It is in a perfect location. It is very clean and has everything you need. Roger called to make sure everything was ok. We love the view from the balcony and the pool. Would recommend this place to anyone. We plan on coming back next year!

This is our second stay with Roger and again everything was just wonderful!! Best place to stay Roger makes sure that everything is there that you would ever need. This visit was very special for my husband and I we needed to just be able to relax and lay back and staying here is the perfect place to do that. When we first walked in it was very nice, but was damp and musty. Very clean, most things you would need including dish towels,paper products, and soaps. The bathroom had towels and wash cloths beach towels were provided and switched at front desk. House keeping if you wanted was an extra charge. The ocean view is great. Very nice pool area. You are right next to the airport for plane viewing which we wanted. They even have a viewing deck area where you can reach out and almost touch the planes. It can have airplane noise during the day(which we love) but quite quiet after 7pm. We were very happy with our decision. The pull out couch was uncomfortable. But the next am. We had a visitor in the bathroom, a roach. There was spray under one of the cabinets and knowing this is the Caribbean I figured you may see one. So we sprayed around the room. But when we came back to the room they were all over. We were very upset and called roger. He said he never had a problem like this and said they have bug control monthly to prevent any problems like this. I told him I wouldn't stay there and he immediately made other accommodations for us. Roger was honest and wonderful to deal with. So it is hard to review this but I felt I had to be honest about the roaches. The other room he provided was very nice, and had no problems.

Our second visit to Roger's Condo and again Roger out did his normal happy you are hear calls.We had three calls from Roger to make sure all was ok and to see if we needed anything at all like towels since we were here fro two weeks.All was perfect at the unit and the staff was wonderful helping us with any problem we had.Fantastic location and just what we needed for a get away.Hope to return next year.Hats off to Roger..Glenn & Sally Fort Myers Fl

For our 4th consecutive trip to St. Martin, my husband and I stayed 14 days in Roger's condo. My mother aged of 76 was accompanied us. Our stay at this condo was more than pleasant. The main reason for choosing this condo is its location, we are within walking distance of everything: restaurants, market, beach, casino, shops., etc. The view from our balcony was spectacular. My mother could get around on foot and always felt safe. The terrace is very beautiful and the pool is very well maintained. Everything was spotless. Roger contacted us regularly to make sure we lacked nothing. He took great care of us. We will be back next year. Thank you again Roger.

Just returned from our one week stay with Roger our great host. He was busy flying but did call us on two different nights to make sure all ok Our third visit to the island and the best by far with respect to clean condo,location in Maho and things to do within walking distance including my wife's all time best jewelry store JN Jewlery. Parking is a plus in the garage and all of the on site service people are very helpful. Again the unit exceeded our wishes from the views listed on the site. I am missing our lanai time watching the planes and enjoying the pool and spa areas..Thanks again we are ready to return...Glenn & Sally Fort Myers Florida

My family has been visiting St Maarten for years, and I would have to say that this was the best place that we have ever stayed at. Very clean and well maintained. A lot of things to do and visit within walking distance. The description and location were right on the money. Our host Roger was great. He visited us twice to see if we had any problems. (none) If you are looking for a place to relax, or unwind, this is the place. I would recommend this place for anyone.

We could not have stayed at a better condo, it was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed and more. The views from the balcony are fantastic. It is also fun to see the planes take off and land. It is close to all kinds of dining experiences, cafes, bars, casinos and shops. The Staff was great and the pool and the gardens are really something to see. Getting around the island is very easy, you can get a bus for $2 or less and it will take you just about any place you want to go. Roger checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and we did have the pleasure of getting to meet him before we left and you could not meet a nicer person. We had a very relaxing vacation and can't wait to go back. Thank you again Roger for making our vacation something special to remember. We will be back!

The condo was clean, well maintained, and equipped. The staff could not have been nicer. Mr. Hodge could not have been easier to work with. I would not hesitate to recomend this property. Already planning return trip.

At least five stars! I would be in a big trouble if I had to write something negative about this condo. My brother and I stayed here for 7 days. We traveled far from our home, Hungary, but arrived to a perfect apartment in a perfect location. Two spacious rooms with air conditioner and flat TV's, large balcony, well equipped kitchen, towels, soaps, shampoos etc., we had every comfort we needed to feel at home. In the well-kept garden you can swim in the pool, relax in the jacuzzi or just watch the planes landing or lining-up - the threshold of the runway is just in front of the observation deck of La Terrasse. Roger has an own WiFi router, so excellent quality Skype-calls made possible for us to keep in touch with relatives in Hungary. And Roger is a great host. His kindness is exceptional. He called us to know if we arrived safely and everything is OK after two days of traveling. Once he visited us to talk - as an aviation fan it was a pleasure to have some words with a real captain. I really hope that one day I will have the opportunity to return to the island. I won't look for accommodation anywhere else. I already know where the best is. I absolutely recommend to everyone.

This is a great place to stay. It was very,very clean. This condo was very spacious,and the balcony was great for breakfast every morning. The rooftop pool was wonderful and the gardens were beautiful. The location was awesome , a casino right nextdoor for those who like to gamble and lots of shopping and restaurants to also enjoy. The condo was everything we expected, The listing says it all. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner , Roger, who was always available to make sure we didn't need anything as he wanted his guest to feel right at home and be comfortable.
