This was perfect for our family of 6 for a wedding at Wychmere. House is clean, comfortable and spacious. Everything was well stocked and the backyard is terrific!

Nice large home, but unfortunately the basement was extremely damp, I tried to keep up with emptying out the humidifier but couldn’t keep up with it. We did have a rainy week while there so it was amplified as the kids didn’t have a place of their own to hang out. Kitchen, bedrooms were nice. Mold on the bathroom ceiling was concerning. Waze led us astray getting there, use google maps.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything as described.

This house was great for our small family. The included linens, beach towels and beach items were an excellent perk. We loved the central location close to red river beach and downtown Harwich.

Nice, spacious house with comfy beds, updated and functioning appliances, air conditioning, great deck, private backyard and outdoor shower. Location was great for restaurants and visiting neighboring towns. Beach was close and easy to get to. The house was not as clean as we expected, however, and the kitchen was not well equipped with essential utensils and pots/bowls for cooking and serving food. But overall, we enjoyed the house and our vacation in Harwich Port.

This was the perfect house to rent! House was perfect side for the amount of people we had and was close to all beaches, stores, and restaurants!!

Has everything you need and more! Backyard is wonderful.

Spent the week for my son’s wedding at Wychmere Beach Club. Perfect location - close to venue, Harwichport, Dennis Port and Chatham which allowed us to easily visit with other friends/family at their rentals and to explore those towns. Easy access to the ferry to Nantucket where we spent a day. Check out the snack shack at that landing - amazing food! Host was very responsive to questions. House is in a very quiet area so no issues sleeping. Nice backyard and deck with entertaining wild rabbits. Perfect for taking a break from the wedding madness. Hosts provide the necessary items and it was awesome that they provide linens/towels as some do not, took one thing off our travel list. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms are nice.

Attending a wedding at the Wychmere Beach Club. Very close to venue. On a quite street and close to many restaurants and activiites. Very nice to be so close to the beach and property has all the beach equipment that you would need.

The house was very cut and clean. The amenities made for a very comfortable stay. Prior to arriving, the owners were very responsive to my communications and we did not have any issues while staying there so we did not need to contact them again. The house was a short (4 minutes?) drive to restaurants, bars and shops. Would definitely stay there again!

We attended the wedding of our nephew which was held at The Wychmere Beach Club - less than five minutes away. Dave was very responsive and accommodating.

House was perfect! Two couples shared the house to attend a wedding at Wychmere Beach Club! Location was very close to all the Wedding activities!

We rented this cottage for a weekend to attend a family wedding at Wychmere Resort. The beds were super comfy and even my teens slept well. We did not use most of the amenities but the cottage seemed well appointed. Would stay here again!!

Very easy. Great accommodations & easy communication with owners.

Plenty of room and parking. Great backyard for kids. Very short drive to the most beautiful beaches. "Man cave" in the basement! Well stocked with everything you could need. Able to fit my bike and 12' kayak and equipment in the shed. Bring your own padlock for the shed.

Our family had a great time staying at this cottage. There was plenty of room to hang out and a lovely backyard.

As we are not prime time beach goers we found this homes location great for the 7-8:30 am/pm walk on the beach. It is walkable and we risked not paying the parking fees for a full day. Most of the Cape is accessible within 30 minutes except P-Town which is worth a full day minimally! The house had good flow for family time both indoors and out and offered space for separation and privacy as well. Adequately stocked. Near groceries, ice cream, coffee shops, restaurants, and a great fish market in Chatham!

Lots of space! Nice deck and yard. Extra room in basement is great for the kids/teens. Close to a lot of shopping, beaches, ice cream, mini golf, etc.

We stayed here due to the proximity to the beaches we typically visit. The house was well-maintained, the backyard and deck were nice for evenings, and the check in process was very easy. The house is set back off the main roads and can be tricky to find at first. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others looking for a rental in this area.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Great central location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, quiet neighborhood, nice patio with chairs/table to eat outside, and a clean Weber grill. The owner was very responsive. We really could not have asked for more. We would definitely rent this property again.

The home at 11 Bayberry was very clean and spacious. Conveniently located to Wychmere Beach Club and wonderful local shops and eateries. Ours was a fast trip from Pennsylvania but the home made it easy to relax. Thanks so much for sharing!

Group of 5 adults came down for a weekend wedding at wychmere. Couldn’t have been a better location. Close by to the venue and a great house. Plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms and everyone enjoyed their stay. Owner was easy to get ahold of and stayed in touch leading up but once we were there we had no reason to contact because we had more than everything we needed. Will return.

We had a wonderful stay in this property. The house has some nice updates on the first floor, newish kitchen and bathroom, and overall was very comfortable. The backyard and back deck were great for relaxing with the family. Great location To enjoy all the area has to offer!

We enjoyed our stay in Harwich Port. The location is close to the center, which was great. The owner recommended two beaches in Dennis, which were about 25 minutes away but were worth the drive (Corporation was our favorite). Our only complaints were that there was no toilet paper in the house when we arrived (which was frustrating after a long ride to have to make an unplanned trip out so that my young children could use the bathroom) and the house is located on a dirt road that had huge pot holes.

The house was super cute. Just a short drive to the beach. Loved the fenced yard for the kids. The owner was very responsive and answered my questions quickly. Would definitely rent again!
