We absolutely loved staying here. The home was beautiful and clean and the location to the beach was excellent. Would most definitely recommend this property. Excellent communication from the Property manager, Dave, and check in process was a breeze!

The rental was exactly as listed. It worked perfectly for two families with 4 children. There is soooooo much space! It's beautifully decorated and updated and in the absolute perfect location! Very easy walk to the beach with kids. Don't hesitate to book this location!

An amazing townhome with a great location to the beach and to restaurants and the cute downtown! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! Our only criticism is that the linens/towels need a refresh. We would love to stay here again!

We stayed here for a wedding at St. Simon's resort. Everything was in walking distance with many options for eating out along with a really good brewery! The home was beautiful and clean. The only issue we had was with the WIFI not having a strong connection all of the time. Also there was no hair dryer:)

This property was the perfect blend of location (proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping) and comfort ( large, extravagant rooms). Would highly recommend this property as a vacation rental.

The place was a perfect size and location for our family vacation. Proximity to the beach was ideal. Kitchen and dining room great space for the three family gathering. Highly recommend and will probably be back.

The house was as advertised- very spacious, cozy and in a great location & quiet neighborhood. Most everything is in walking distance and there is a beach access around the corner. Highly recommend and we'll book again at the same location next time we come down.

Beautifully updated house in quiet neighborhood close to the beach. There were a few things that needed fixing when we got there, but the Ben was very responsive. It should be noted there are only 3 bathrooms instead of the 4 listed.

This home is in an ideal location for a relaxing family getaway. Within walking distance of the beach and other nearby restaurants. The home is perfect for family game nights and meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

VERY convenient , in walking distance to beach and restaurants. House is updated and very cute! Would be perfect for families and is a couple minute walk to the King and Prince, restaurants and small park with playground.

My sisters and I rented this property to celebrate our mother's 85th birthday. The house was beautifully decorated and the location was great. The property manager, Phil, was friendly, easy to contact, and most helpful. The property would benefit from some yard care and sprucing up on the outside and though the linens and towels were adequate, they could be better quality. All things considered, I would definitely rent this property again.

So much fun! Great location! We absolutely love this property and have stayed twice now. It’s so easy to get to beach-you can walk and also going to town is a quick drive. Accommodated 2 families with a mix of adult and kids and set of grandparent. We highly recommend this property!

This property is all and more than it states in the listing. The location is excellent. Kitchen well stocked and the bedrooms are large and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Rental process was very simple !

A group of friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and it could not have been more perfect! The check in process was so easy and the renters were fabulous to work with! The house was more than we could have hoped for! It was super clean and had all the amenities we needed and more! The walk to the beach was perfect! We are already planning a girls trip next year and plan to rent here again!

We loved everything about this house, especially how easy it was to walk down to the beach. The beach was crowded over July 4th weekend, but that is to be expected. Great location to all of the restaurants and sights of Saint Simons. We'd go back to this house in a heartbeat!

Best vacation my family has had.

We arrived and were pleasantly surprised how spotless and roomy this property was. Beautifully decorated and modern and airy. There was plenty of room and privacy for our whole party. The downstairs suite was perfect for my elderly parents with lots of room and privacy and my mom loved the ceiling rain showerhead in the the large bathroom. The upstairs master was luxurious and a real treat. My older daughter loved the queen bedroom and really enjoyed the rooms balcony at night for her astronomy. The twin room was perfect for my other 2. House was well stocked with everything down to a beach bag and beach towels. We cooked at home every meal and had everything we needed down to steal knives. Loved the wine cooler. Location was perfect with about a brief 2 min walk down the street to a really nice quiet beach that we really enjoyed everyday. We were easily able to walk into town each night for ice cream and Italian ice. Terrific property, we will definitely book again without hesitation for our next visit.

We rented this house for my sister’s birthday weekend and it was perfect! Great location in relation to the beach and restaurants. All rooms are very spacious, we will definitely rent again!

The only thing I thought was missing was some cooking specifics like salt, pepper, Pam, Pyrex dishes for meals.

This house is beautiful. Has everything you need! Perfect location....short walk to beach and several restaurants.
