We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything we could need we found at the condo. We felt very safe and welcome in the neighborhood which was a great mix of year round residents and vacationers. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for the memories.

It was wonderful I had a lot of fun

This condo was gorgeous!! We spent much of our time on the top floor that was open to outside with a roof. The view was beautiful. Our three daughters had a bathroom to themselves, which was so convenient. Danielle provided a binder with a lot of helpful information. The area was perfect for my family. We could walk down a path right to a beautiful beach. And there were also a few great food places within walking distance and more within a 5-10 minute drive. We snorkeled at Steps Beach, which is less than a 10 minute drive from the condo. The snorkeling was AMAZING!!!! Sandy Beach right by our condo was my husband’s and my favorite beach that we visited while in Puerto Rico. If we visit Rincon again, I would book this place again without a doubt!!

I can't say enough great things about this listing. Beach is right there, and plenty of room in the unit for all of us. This is a particularly good place for a larger party. We were a set of grandparents, a set of parents, and a two-year-old. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out. Never felt crowded. The one asset we appreciated the most was the very large upper deck. A lot of our time was spent there -- grilling, eating, reading, lounging. The nearby surf was great for our son-in-law and we drove to other beaches for more peaceful swims. Highly, highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! The location is great - a short walk to Sandy Beach and a short drive to town, but a quiet area to get lots of rest and relaxation. The small pool at the complex is lovely and the roof deck of the condo is divine! We loved mornings up there and dinners up there as well. The condo had lots of towels and beach gear which was appreciated and we were able to cook/grill some meals as well. It was an enjoyable stay for sure!

Rincon's best kept secret Villa located in a quiet & access controlled neighborhood within walking distance to the beaches and pubs. It has an ocean view from all 3 floors facing the Atlantic Ocean. The Villa has all the amenities needed to enjoy your vacation.

Stayed here for a week with my husband and two teens. Great surf spot right in front and awesome sea glass beach to the right! Cute little pool on site also. Lots of space in condo and everything you need for beach and cooking. Had a blast, would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time visiting the west coast. BBQ on the open roof top deck while hearing the waves AMAZING. Goi g to different restaurants around the area, we were never disappointed. Highly recommend. Thank you Danielle and George!

So clean, loved being close to downtown Aguada and Rincon and not far at all from Steps beach as well as Crashboat! Comfy cozy spot with a little beach access. Centrally located and plenty of awesome things to do around. Thank you guys so much.

My family of surfers came down for our annual vacation and this condo was probably the nicest place and best location we have stayed. It had plenty of space for everyone and the top deck with that view is amazing.

My husband and I, and our 11 and 16 year old kids stayed here for a week, and it was great. There was plenty of room to spread out, and of course the rooftop was amazing. The kitchen is well stocked, and there are also beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and snorkel gear there for use. I feel like we got a lot for what we paid for this sweet space. It was our first time to Rincon, and we will be back as soon as possible!

The apt is ok but needs more cleaning we have Two family memebers that detect when there is dust with in rugs , a/c or fans or even in the air and the two of them had a severe nose allergy and the other two thing we found a big roach inside the apartment the first night and the front screen door or door as a suggestion needs at the bottom of the door something to block bugs inside the apartment , mosquitoes and crickets enter the apartment with both doors closed but other than that the apartment was ok big to get my family in a vacation

Our experience in Rincon was wonderful as we really enjoyed the accommodations. The terrace was such an added bonus to renting this property, plus the beach was walking distance away. The property was clean and spacious and the host was communicative and very accommodating. Thank you

This property was very well kept and quite comfortable for my family of 6 adults...The rocking chairs were a nice homey touch for my elderly mom and aunt...The beds and sofas were very comfortable.. The 1st floor had a porch with a fabulous view of the beach and beautiful flamboyant trees....The roof top was an even more amazing view and every evening the sunsets were breathtaking...We had family gather from the island and they all found the place to be extremely comfortable and are considering this rental in the future...The island had an outage but thanks to the generator the lights flickered back on and most needed airconditioners turned on..Everytime I called the property manager Iris she was available and informative...The beach nearby had a lot of rocks on the shoreline but still beautiful and warm...A car is definitely needed to get groceries and to go to other beaches...We were fortunate that family took us around...The only drawback were that there were no frying pans or sauce pans for cooking also no dishwasher besides that the kitchen was fully stocked ...In the roof top when we arrived there seemed to be a damage in the back of one of the sofas...I mentioned any damages to Iris upon arrival..Danielle the owner was very kind when I mentioned a family member that passed away and that is why we gathered...I did not take vacation for over a year due to covid and this place felt like home.

My husband and I stayed at Danielle's condo with our 13 year old son and 10 year old daughter, and we loved itl!! Danielle has it decorated so nicely, and there's plenty of space for everyone. She really thought of everything. The beds were very comfortable, and there were extra blankets in each bedroom closet. There are also beach chairs, large, fluffy beach towels, masks and snorkels, coolers, you name it, available to use. The top floor patio is incredible. I could go on, but I'll end it saying that my family and I wholeheartedly recommend Danielle's condo. Not only is the condo top-notch, but Danielle is very friendly and has excellent communication. Enjoy your vacation!

We were thrilled with the set up of the condo. It was spacious and clean. The third floor open air roof veranda looked right onto the incoming waves. We were able to decide went to head out with surfboards with a quick look. We ate most meals up there too. We would go back without hesitation!

Our family of four (including two adult children) stayed here in May 2021. This is truly an ideal location within Rincon. Direct access to Sandy Beach - a long, beautiful and versatile beach - via a maybe 200 yard walk. Plenty of comfortable spaces to gather. Nicely furnished (thank you to Danielle and George for the great furniture on the rooftop patio), comfortable beds, and lots of beach equipment, including plenty of big fluffy beach towels. We loved hanging out on the rooftop patio. I should mention that there is a view of the ocean from inside the apartment and from the rooftop. We cooked some family dinners and dined out some. The only thing I would improve at this amazing location is adding a few more cooking knives, and maybe a new microwave. I should mention that Danielle was very prompt and helpful in communications and that the owners have collected a lot of helpful local information in a binder. Thank you to Danielle and George for sharing your special place and thank you to Iris for the clear communication and for preparing the unit for our stay.

Rincón is adorable, there are so many beaches to choose from and each one has its own special characteristic. The condo is perfect with it's water views and rooftop lounge/bbq ... This is where we spent our time when home. The location is great, beautiful beach at your footsteps, with no crowd, tasty restaurants which are a walk down the beach. We will be back!
