The property and site were excellent except that the unit was on the north side of the building and the elevator on that side was undergoing repair. The kitchen could have a few more dishes.

Perfect spot for a long weekend on Amelia, the view was amazing and ease of access to the beach and local restaurants could not be beat.

Loved our stay! Enjoyed the beachside location for easy access. Listened to the waves on the balcony. Caught some sunrays while lounging by the pool. Clean and great communication from property management!

Very nicely decorated and extremely clean. Big Thank You to Nick who came and helped us figure out how to work the televisions, so we could watch College Football.

Everything was great from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. The condo was very clean and and the beds was very comfortable. If I was going to do anything to this condo I would update the TVs and patio furniture. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks

I would recommend this property. It was so nice and clean. Convenient to grocery, restaurants, downtown and things to do. We hope to visit again soon. Thank you!

This condo needs a very deep clean (bathroom moldy and hairy, balcony dirty, etc) and updating big time (balcony furniture broken, rugs tattered, etc). The building itself needs tic, it's rundown. The balcony view pretty, dolphins everyday!

I want to go again to this unit, and real soon. Next time I will take a beach chair but I thnk there is a beach service somewhere that rents umbrellas and chairs.

The condo was clean and very pretty - just as described and seen in pictures. Good location. The weather was not good so we left a couple of days early.

Great Condo
The condo was clean and nicely updated. Keep in mind if you need handicapped parking they do not offer this at this location. They did have unmarked visitor parking that worked out. The walk to the beach is long but it's nice when you get there. Both the sunrise and the full moon rise were great for pictures. I'd definitely stay again.

Great condo at beach, great view and location, realaxing balcony, short walk on to beach, pool was great also, good location for trip into town for sightseeing, restaurant etc!!!

Perfect Getaway
Very nice stay. The pictures do not do the property justice. Easy to book and absolutely no hiccups. Everything we needed was provided. Most importantly my wife loved it. We will be going back!

Lovely stay
We spent a week here at Fernandina Beach during Fall Break. The property was lovely and the location is spectacular for shelling. The sound of the waves was calming all night long. The only thing I’d share is that it is on the 4th floor, which might be good or bad depending on where you want to stay.

Needed to be in Northern Florida for work and decided to spend a few days of vacation in advance. This property is excellent! There were no surprises, everything was just as described. Pool was great, beach of course was wonderful. I would certainly stay at this property again.

Great trip. Condo is excellent, everything is as pictured and advertised. Perfect ocean view. Awesome beach; many great restaurants and shops in town. Highly recommend this spot!

We loved our stay at Amelia Island. The condo was great. Amazing shower! Right on the beach. True to the listing. Very clean. Old town is a great place to shop and eat. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable and spacious. Spectacular beach and ocean view. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses, particularly in the master bedroom.

Mostly Loved Amelia Island
We liked Amelia. But you need to check water heater. You have an element going out or something. Could never get nice hot water in tub/shower bathroom. That was a disappointment. Other than that was good. Great view. Easy parking. Beds ok.
