If you are visiting the Indian Wells area with a group, THIS IS THE HOUSE FOR YOU! Wonderful house, lots of beds, close enough to everything. Ken is a great host with consistent helpful communication and responsive to any questions or needs. The only downside of our amazing weekend was difficulty getting Uber rides in Indio.

Home was well maintained and in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Location was close to everything. Home was stocked with everything needed including TONS of towels - which was very much appreciated! Overall we would stay here again. The host, Ken, was very responsive and always available to answer questions. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The house is absolutely beautiful and well designed to accommodate multiple couples/people. The back yard is also beautiful and super relaxing with the waterfall from the sauna to the pool.

this was a great property for a buddies’ golf trip. Tons of room, TVs in every room, pool table, pool, spa, fire pit and more. Property was in decent shape for a location that probably gets a lot of use. Each time we experienced an issue, the property owner was quick to respond. The location was excellent. Ten to fifteen minutes to very course we played.

I booked this house for my family and I to celebrate my dad’s birthday. We all loved it! It was so spacious - we were a party of 12. The house was beautiful and very clean! The backyard has a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, tv…you name it. My teenage nieces and nephew loved the pool table and Pac-Man in the game room. Restaurants, supermarkets, Target, Costco were minutes away. Our host was super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I have rented several homes in Palm Springs and neighboring cities and by far this has been the best home. Ken is a very experienced host and was always available for any questions. The house was great from the well equipped kitchen, to the cozy decor, the clean smelling sheets, plenty of pool towels and bath towels. The beds were all very comfortable, the only beds that weren’t were the bunk beds. The bottom bunks were fine, but being on the top felt a little unstable and was rocking back and forth so we used a cot instead which was totally fine. My family and I had such a fun, relaxing time and spent most of our time in the salt water pool. Thank you Ken for sharing your home with us. We highly recommend this home and it is also very close to the restaurants, coffee shops, Costco, etc.

This home is packed with everything one would need while away. The home is big enough to give a family space, but cozy and warm. We extended our stay since it was hard to leave. The pool was a hit with the kiddos. Pool towels and outdoor games were available. Check-in was a breeze. Ken is awesome and responds quickly. We never had an issue. We hope to return soon!

Had a great time at this family home. The kids loved all the games especially the pac man and the guys loved playing pool. The owner was available as needed and made the process very easy.

A group of us came down for a few days for a work retreat and had a great time enjoying this beautiful home. Ken was extremely helpful and responsive and had provided detailed instructions for everything around the home. We very much enjoyed our experience here!

This house was absolutely perfect for a Coachella festival weekend with friends. Ken was so accommodating and welcoming. He even delivered cases of beer, soda, water and breakfast for us on Friday. We had so much fun and would absolutely recommend this place!

This home is simply wonderful. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt blessed to have found it. The home is gorgeous, the neighborhood was quiet and the backyard is beautiful and very private. The home is comfortably furnished with all that you could need. Our teens loved the candy room, arcade, pool table and TV on the back patio. We spent many hours enjoying the pool and hot tub and loved that the backyard doesn't face any homes so we had complete privacy. We also loved all the backyard furnishings and that there was plenty of afternoon shade. This home set the bar high for VRBO expectations and we hope to return one day soon!

I loved this house for a girl's weekend! Enough space to comfortably fit 12 adults. The primary bedroom bed is so comfy, and the suite is grand. The pool area is such a retreat. Would definitely recommend and come back to stay here. The host is also responsive and very accommodating.

Clean, well appointed large home and owner/property manager was available for our family during our stay even after when we left something behind. Pool and spa were heated perfectly and home was well maintained and equipped. Game room amazing with candy jar assortment enjoyed by all. Perfect place in the desert, hope to return soon.

This was a fun spot for a multi-family vacation over New Years. There was plenty of space for everyone, a nice kitchen to prep big meals and enough space for everyone to eat at once. The hot tub was great as the weather wasn't super warm during our stay. Ken was very quick to reply to any questions.

Absolutely amazing getaway for 3 generations of our family! The pool was perfect and the kids absolutely loved the arcade games! Holiday decorations made it super cozy for a very Merry Christmas! Thank you!

House was beautiful and we were all well accommodated. Pool and hot tub were great gathering spots as were the kitchen and patio. Only negatives were two. We left the place as spotless as we could and laundry and recycling were all left appropriately. We still haven’t heard from the insurance company whether they will be dinging us. Hopefully not. Also - the pool man showed up unannounced while most of us were in the pool or sunbathing. This should have been taken care of beforehand. Other than those, Ken was great to deal with, the house was beautiful and we hope to be back again!

He was so compassionate, we had a little mishap uponleaving my 8 year old autistic nephew left his dinosaur(Rexie)in the top bunk and I called and asked if he could mail it to him, because if you know anything about autism if they getattached to something it can be an issue. It was because hesleeps with Rexie every night and my niece had to deal with amelt down when we discovered it was left. Ken was gracious and caring and said it wouldn't be a problem .Needless to sayhe went above and beyond what a owner is responsible for. He sent a picture to me of Rexie which in turn I sent it to my niece so she could show him that Rexie is safe and on his wayhome.Thank you Ken for the kind and compassionate personyou are, we just can't thank you enough we need more people in the world like you.Our family is already talking about coming back next summer.

Our long weekend at the Desert House was absolutely wonderful! It was a weekend vaca we all (family and friends) were looking forward to and the house/location and owner did not disappoint. The house was clean, beautifully designed and decorated, very spacious for our group, and really felt like home. Other than bringing our overnight bags and food/drinks, and a few pool toys, we had everything we needed including the fully equiped kitchen, clean sheets and blankets, towels (both shower and pool), and fun games. The kids (adult) loved the pool table. Ken, the owner, was wonderful to work with. He answered all of my questions, was responsive with any concerns we had, and checked on us to make sure everything was going well with our stay. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy, and Ken was helpful ensuring we had additional parking for one of our friends arriving late. We would definitely rent the Desert House again, and two of our friends that joined us that weekend are also separately hoping to book the house for later stays with friends or for a family reunion.
